本发明公开了一种南瓜干及其制作方法,将浸泡过的南瓜片放入洗衣机中甩干;加入干辣椒、大蒜、生姜、糯米粉、蜂蜜、枸杞、盐、白砂糖,将搅拌后的各物质放入锅内蒸,放在阳光下晒,完成南瓜干的制作。本发明具有以下优点:1.南瓜干直接食用,口感极佳;2.枸杞、蜂蜜的加入有养肝,滋肾,润肺的作用,起到养生保健的效果。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,特别涉及一种南瓜干及其制作方法。
背景技术
柚子营养价值很高,含有非常丰富的蛋白质、有机酸、维生素以及钙、磷、镁、钠等人体必需的元素。而人们在食用完柚子后,往往将南瓜扔掉,造成浪费。南瓜的药用价值也较高,食用南瓜对积食不化、久咳不愈、风疹、支气管炎均有治疗的效果。但是南瓜味道较涩,口感不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种南瓜干及其制作方法,以达到使南瓜口感好、同时具有养生作用目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种南瓜干,含有以下物质及重量份:
一种南瓜干的制作方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:
a)将南瓜用清水冲洗后切片,然后浸泡在80°-90°水中,浸泡时间为48小时-72小时;
b)将浸泡过的南瓜片放在阳光下晒2-3小时;
c)加入干辣椒、大蒜、生姜、糯米粉、蜂蜜、枸杞、盐,至各物质重量份为:南瓜100-110;干辣椒2-6;大蒜3-8;生姜1-2;糯米粉12-20;蜂蜜0.5-1;枸杞1-4;盐0.1-0.3;白砂糖3-5,将各物质搅拌;
d)将搅拌后的各物质放入锅内蒸20-30分钟,放在阳光下晒7-10小时。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:1、南瓜干直接食用,口感极佳;2、枸杞、蜂蜜的加入有养肝,滋肾,润肺的作用,起到养生保健的效果。

a)将南瓜用清水冲洗后切片,然后浸泡在80°水中,浸泡时间为48小时小时;
b)将浸泡过的南瓜片放入洗衣机中甩干;
c)加入干辣椒、大蒜、生姜、糯米粉、蜂蜜、枸杞、盐,至各物质重量份为:南瓜100;干辣椒3;大蒜3;生姜1;糯米粉12;蜂蜜0.5;枸杞1;盐0.1;白砂糖3,将各物质搅拌;
d)将搅拌后的各物质放入锅内蒸20分钟,放在阳光下晒7小时,完成南瓜干的制作,该南瓜干可直接食用,口感极佳。
枸杞、蜂蜜的加入有养肝,滋肾,润肺的作用,起到养生保健的效果。

d)将搅拌后的各物质放入锅内蒸30分钟,放在阳光下晒10小时,完成南瓜干的制作,该南瓜干可直接食用,口感极佳。
枸杞、蜂蜜的加入有养肝,滋肾,润肺的作用,起到养生保健的效果。

一种南瓜干,其特征在于:含有以下物质及重量份:
一种南瓜干的制作方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:
a)将南瓜用清水冲洗后切片,然后浸泡在85°水中,浸泡时间为60小时;
b)将浸泡过的南瓜片放入洗衣机中甩干;
c)加入干辣椒、大蒜、生姜、糯米粉、蜂蜜、枸杞、盐,至各物质重量份 为:南瓜105;干辣椒5;大蒜5;生姜1.5;糯米粉16;蜂蜜0.8;枸杞3;盐0.2;白砂糖4,将各物质搅拌;
d)将搅拌后的各物质放入锅内蒸25分钟,放在阳光下晒8小时,完成南瓜干的制作,该南瓜干可直接食用,口感极佳。
枸杞、蜂蜜的加入有养肝,滋肾,润肺的作用,起到养生保健的效果。
实施例四
一种南瓜干,其特征在于:含有以下物质及重量份:

a)将南瓜用清水冲洗后切片,然后浸泡在88°水中,浸泡时间为55小时;
b)将浸泡过的南瓜片放入洗衣机中甩干;
c)加入干辣椒、大蒜、生姜、糯米粉、蜂蜜、枸杞、盐,至各物质重量份为:南瓜108;干辣椒2;大蒜7;生姜1.6;糯米粉19;蜂蜜0.6;枸杞2;盐0.3;白砂糖3,将各物质搅拌;
d)将搅拌后的各物质放入锅内蒸22分钟,放在阳光下晒7.5小时,完成南瓜干的制作,该南瓜干可直接食用,口感极佳。
枸杞、蜂蜜的加入有养肝,滋肾,润肺的作用,起到养生保健的效果。
