本发明涉及一种管道喷涂器包括:供料系统和辅助支撑机构,所述供料系统主要由料泵、料包、输料管、压力管以及供料控制机构等构成,所述料泵为小型柱塞泵,供料控制机构通过固接的连接方式与料泵的开关终端连接,料泵的输压口通过压力管与料包的进压口连接,料包的出料口通过输料管与旋杯连接,所述辅助支撑机构主要由喷涂电机、旋杯、旋杯轴承前后端盖、旋杯轴承底座、喷涂电机前后端盖、喷涂机构连接杆件、后支撑轮导向轴后端盖、后支撑轮导向轴连接杆件、导轮及导轮支架、直线轴承以及车体连接板等部分构成,本发明物料不与泵体直接接触,延长了泵的使用寿命,也降低了泵的故障概率,清洗维护简单、方便。清洗时只需将稀料注入料包,启动供料系统,稀料或有机溶剂像供料一样供出即可完成供料装置的清洗工作。

本发明涉及一种管道喷涂用品,特别是一种管道喷涂器。 
背景技术
目前市面上通用小型齿轮泵的泵体材质都为有机塑料,齿轮轮体材质为塑料或者金属,若采用小型齿轮泵供料,则物料和齿轮泵机构直接接触,连续喷涂作业没有问题,但作业一段时间或完成全部作业需清洗料泵、料包、输料管道时,稀料等有机溶剂会与泵体的有机塑料反应影响使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明主要针对以上问题,提供一种不与泵体直接接触,延长了泵的使用寿命,也降低了泵的故障概率,清洗维护简单、方便。清洗时只需将稀料注入料包,启动供料系统,稀料或有机溶剂像供料一样供出即可完成供料装置的清洗工作的喷涂器,其技术方案如下: 
一种管道喷涂器包括:供料系统和辅助支撑机构,所述供料系统主要由料泵、料包、输料管、压力管以及供料控制机构等构成,所述料泵为小型柱塞泵,供料控制机构通过固接的连接方式与料泵的开关终端连接,料泵的输压口通过压力管与料包的进压口连接,料包的出料口通过输料管与旋杯连接,所述辅助支撑机构主要由喷涂电机、旋杯、旋杯轴承前后端盖、旋杯轴承底座、喷涂电机前后端盖、喷涂机构连接杆件、后支撑轮导向轴后端盖、后支撑轮导向轴连接杆件、导轮及导轮支架、直线轴承以及车体连接板等部分构成,所述旋杯与喷 涂电机的连接通过联轴器连接,旋杯杯杆轴承通过旋杯轴承前后端盖固定在旋杯轴承底座上,固定旋杯,喷涂电机通过喷涂电机连接杆件固定,喷涂电机前后端盖固定在喷涂装置主体上,连接杆件一端与喷涂电机前后端盖相连,另一端与旋杯轴承底座相连,喷涂电机与旋杯同心,喷涂电机后端盖和旋杯轴承底座上都安装辅助支撑导轮机构的位置,由于旋杯端空间狭小,在旋杯轴承底座处采用了导轮及导轮支架和扭簧的配合方式完成对喷涂装置的支撑和导向,这种装置在确保支撑机构正常支撑的前提下,最大限度的保证旋杯的喷涂作业不受影响,在喷涂装置后端空间较大,喷涂电机后端盖处采用直线轴承、导轮及导轮支架的配合方式完成支撑导向功能,后支撑轮导向轴后端盖用于固定导向装置的导向轴,使喷涂机构和驱动机构连接。 
在上述技术方案基础上,所述旋杯为圆锥形状,连接端为小直径端喷口为大直径端加大喷涂面积,旋杯轴承前后端盖主体为三角形中心设有穿装孔,周边设有卡接槽与旋杯轴承底座底端卡接轴通过螺栓连接固定其内部供料系统。 
本发明不与泵体直接接触,延长了泵的使用寿命,也降低了泵的故障概率,清洗维护简单、方便。清洗时只需将稀料注入料包,启动供料系统,稀料或有机溶剂像供料一样供出即可完成供料装置的清洗工作。

下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步说明: 
如图1和图2所示,一种管道喷涂器包括:供料系统和辅助支撑机构,所述供料系统主要由料泵1、料包2、输料管3、压力管4以及供料控制机构5等构成,所述料泵1为小型柱塞泵,供料控制机构5通过固接的连接方式与料泵1的开关终端连接,料泵1的输压口通过压力管4与料包2的进压口连接,料包2的出料口通过输料管3与旋杯7连接,所述辅助支撑机构主要由喷涂电机6、旋杯7、旋杯轴承前后端盖8、旋杯轴承底座9、喷涂电机前后端盖10、喷涂机构连接杆件11、后支撑轮导向轴后端盖12、后支撑轮导向轴连接杆件13、导轮及导轮支架14、直线轴承15以及车体连接板16等部分构成,所述旋杯7与喷涂电机6的连接通过联轴器连接,旋杯7杯杆轴承通过旋杯轴承前后端盖8固定在旋杯轴承底座9上,固定旋杯7,喷涂电机6通过喷涂电机连接杆件11固定,喷涂电机前后端盖10固定在喷涂装置主体上,喷涂机构连接杆件11一端与喷涂电机前后端盖10相连,另一端与旋杯轴承底座9相连,喷涂电机6与旋杯7同心,喷 涂电机后端盖10和旋杯轴承底座9上都安装辅助支撑导轮机构的位置,由于旋杯7端空间狭小,在旋杯轴承底座9处采用了导轮及导轮支架14和扭簧的配合方式完成对喷涂装置的支撑和导向,这种装置在确保支撑机构正常支撑的前提下,最大限度的保证旋杯7的喷涂作业不受影响,在喷涂装置后端空间较大,喷涂电机6后端盖处采用直线轴承15、导轮及导轮支架14的配合方式完成支撑导向功能,后支撑轮导向轴后端盖用于固定导向装置的导向轴,使喷涂机构和驱动机构连接。 
优选地,所述旋杯7为圆锥形状,连接端为小直径端喷口为大直径端加大喷涂面积,旋杯轴承前后端盖8主体为三角形中心设有穿装孔,周边设有卡接槽与旋杯轴承底座9底端卡接轴通过螺栓连接固定其内部供料系统。

1.一种管道喷涂器,其特征是,包括:供料系统和辅助支撑机构,所述供料系统主要由料泵、料包、输料管、压力管以及供料控制机构等构成,所述料泵为小型柱塞泵,供料控制机构通过固接的连接方式与料泵的开关终端连接,料泵的输压口通过压力管与料包的进压口连接,料包的出料口通过输料管与旋杯连接,所述辅助支撑机构主要由喷涂电机、旋杯、旋杯轴承前后端盖、旋杯轴承底座、喷涂电机前后端盖、喷涂机构连接杆件、后支撑轮导向轴后端盖、后支撑轮导向轴连接杆件、导轮及导轮支架、直线轴承以及车体连接板等部分构成,所述旋杯与喷涂电机的连接通过联轴器连接,旋杯杯杆轴承通过旋杯轴承前后端盖固定在旋杯轴承底座上,固定旋杯,喷涂电机通过喷涂电机连接杆件固定,喷涂电机前后端盖固定在喷涂装置主体上,连接杆件一端与喷涂电机前后端盖相连,另一端与旋杯轴承底座相连,喷涂电机与旋杯同心,喷涂电机后端盖和旋杯轴承底座上都安装辅助支撑导轮机构的位置,由于旋杯端空间狭小,在旋杯轴承底座处采用了导轮及导轮支架和扭簧的配合方式完成对喷涂装置的支撑和导向,这种装置在确保支撑机构正常支撑的前提下,最大限度的保证旋杯的喷涂作业不受影响,在喷涂装置后端空间较大,喷涂电机后端盖处采用直线轴承、导轮及导轮支架的配合方式完成支撑导向功能,后支撑轮导向轴后端盖用于固定导向装置的导向轴,使喷涂机构和驱动机构连接。
