本发明涉及一种用于将冷却空气供应给位于炉篦冷却器中的可移动炉篦元件的柔性连接件,这种冷却器包括若干排交错排列的可移动的和静止的炉篦元件,并设计成用于冷却在窑中(例如转窑)经受了热处理的颗粒物料。
US 4600098公开了一种炉篦冷却器,其包括若干排交错排列的可移动的和静止的炉篦元件,所述的冷却器用于冷却在窑中经受了热处理的颗粒状物料,所述的炉篦元件通过连接件与支座连接。其炉篦元件的多孔表面可通过冷却空气冷却物料。
丹麦专利申请No.1227/92中也公开了一种炉篦元件。通常,由于炉篦元件的物料床的尺寸不同,冷空气总是分别供给每个炉篦元件,因而可控制冷空气以达到最佳冷却。因此,对于每个炉篦元件,不论静止的或可移动的,都需要一个空气供应连接件。
向静止炉篦元件供应空气并不很困难,但对于可移动的炉篦元件来说,空气连接件有一定程度的柔性却是必要的,由此,这种连接件可随着这些炉篦元件的往复运动而运动。
因此,柔性连接件通常包括一柔性软管,它可由橡胶、粗帆布或者甚至是由做成弹性波纹管的不锈钢制成,但是,这种柔性连接件由于受到连续的弯曲应变而易于磨损和老化,而且因受到从炉篦元件之间跌落的非常热的物料的影响而更加恶化。
本发明的目的是提供一种克服了上述缺点的向炉篦冷却器中的可移动炉篦元件供应冷空气的寿命长的柔性连接件。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于向位于炉篦冷却器中的可移动炉篦元件供应冷空气的柔性连接件,所述的冷却器包括若干排交错排列的可移动的和静止的炉篦元件,所述的冷却器用于冷却在窑中经受了热处理的颗粒状物料,所述的炉篦元件通过连接件与支座连接,其特征在于,所述的可移动炉篦元件的连接件是一根具有两个端部的刚性管,端部的壁厚大于管的管厚,其外侧为圆形并以可移动和倾斜的方式安装在各个管座中,其中第一管座固定在可移动的炉篦元件上,而第二管座固定在冷却器的静止框架上。
这种柔性连接件没有任何受到磨蚀和恶化弯曲应变的部分,而且,如果至少端部是由耐磨材料制成的,则连接件的使用寿命可延长,其抗磨损和抵抗热的坠落物料的能力均增加。
为了进一步防止可能坠落的热的物料,可通过在管上设一轴环而保护位于冷却器框架上的静止管座不受物料的影响。
下面通过参照附图说明根据本发明的柔性连接件的实施例而进一步详细描述本发明。
附图示意性地表示了炉篦冷却器的具有根据本发明的柔性连接件的部分的纵剖面。
图中示出三个以已知的方式相互叠置的炉篦元件1、2、3,最中间的元件2可如双箭头4所示来回移动。通过可移动的炉篦元件2的移动,欲冷却的物料可如箭头6所示从左手侧向右手侧传送过炉篦表面。
在物料传送过程中,物料被从位于炉蓖元件的表面上的孔7向上吹过物料的冷空气扫过。在每一个炉篦元件中的表面下面有一个空气腔8,冷空气从冷却框架9的下部输送至该腔中。
通过刚性连接件10和11向静止炉篦元件1和3中供入冷却空气并不很困难,向可移动的炉篦元件2中供入冷却空气却需要柔性连接件,该连接件可随着这种炉篦元件的往复运动4而运动。
图中所示为根据本发明的这种柔性连接件12的一个实例,它包括一根具有两端部14和15的刚性管13,两端部以可移动和倾斜的方式安装在两管座16和17中,其中,第一管座16固定在往复运动的炉篦元件2上,而第二管座17则固定在用作空气供应管道的冷却器框架9上。如果刚性管13具有一圆形横截面,则端部的外侧最好为球形。
可通过安装在管13上的轴环18来保护静止管座17不受热的坠落物料的侵害。
刚性管的横截面也可为矩形,最好为正方形,但在这种情况下,端部将不具有球形外侧,但也将具有矩形或正方形轮廓,其外侧将具有相互垂直的四个柱面的形状。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于向位于炉篦冷却器中的可移动炉篦元件供应冷空气的柔性连接件,所述的冷却器包括若干排交错排列的可移动的和静止的炉篦元件(1、2、3),所述的冷却器用于冷却在窑中经受了热处理的颗粒状物料,所述的炉篦元件(1、2、3)通过连接件(10、11、12)与支座连接,其特征在于,所述的可移动炉篦元件的连接件(12)是一根具有两个端部(14,15)的刚性管(13),端部的壁厚大于管(13)的管厚,其外侧为圆形并以可移动和倾斜的方式安装在各个管座(16,17)中,其中第一管座(16)固定在可移动的炉篦元件(2)上,而第二管座(17)固定在冷却器的静止框架(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性连接件,其特征在于,刚性管(13)的横截面为圆形,并且其端部(14,15)的外侧为球形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性连接件,其特征在于,刚性管(13)的横截面为矩形,这时其端部(14,15)的外侧具有四个相互垂直的柱面的形状。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3中任一项所述的柔性连接件,其特征在于,端部(14,15)的耐磨材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1,2,或3中任一项所述的柔性连接件,其特征在于,通过在刚性管(13)上设一轴环(18)而保护位于冷却器框架(9)上的静上管座(17)不受坠落物料的损害。
