本发明公开了排气催化阻火器,包括阻火器本体,阻火器本体内部设有滤芯,滤芯为不锈钢钢条盘绕而成,呈圆盘状;不锈钢钢条包括齿形钢条及板形钢条,盘绕成圆盘状后,齿形钢条及板形钢条相间设置;齿形钢条及板形钢条外镀设有催化剂镀层。本发明提供的排气催化阻火器,滤芯通过镀设贵金属催化层,促使HC与CO氧化天生水蒸汽和二氧化碳,促使NOx还原为氮气和氧气,净化尾气,减少环境污染。

排气催化阻火器
技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿运输车尾气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有净化尾气功能及快速更换的排气催化阻火器。
背景技术
防爆胶轮运输车是煤矿井下的主要辅助运输车辆,由于井下环境要求,防爆胶轮运输车需要具备阻火功能,而目前,使用于防爆胶轮运输车上的排气催化阻火器也仅仅具有阻火功能。但是,车辆排放的尾气中含有大量污染物质,包括HC(碳氢化合物)、CO(一氧化碳)和NOx(氢氧化合物)三种主要污染物质,井下空间较小,排放的尾气无法扩散,对人体伤害较大。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有净化尾气功能及快速更换的排气催化阻火器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的排气催化阻火器,包括阻火器本体,其特征在于,阻火器本体内部设有滤芯,滤芯为不锈钢钢条盘绕而成,呈圆盘状;不锈钢钢条包括齿形钢条及板形钢条,盘绕成圆盘状后,齿形钢条及板形钢条相间设置;齿形钢条及板形钢条外镀设有催化剂镀层。
在一些实施方式中,催化剂镀层为具有氧化及还原功能的贵金属镀层。
在一些实施方式中,阻火器本体还包括设于滤芯两侧的法兰盘,法兰盘四角处通过螺栓及螺母连接,两法兰盘间还设有多个导杆,导杆上设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧两端抵设于两法兰盘内侧。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、本发明提供的排气催化阻火器,滤芯通过镀设贵金属催化层,促使HC与CO氧化天生水蒸汽和二氧化碳,促使NOx还原为氮气和氧气,净化尾气,减少环境污染。
二、本发明提供的排气催化阻火器,采用两端压紧结构,滤芯设于两端压紧结构之间,只需松开压紧结构,就可以直接取出,安装、拆卸方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的详细描述说明。
图1至图3示意性的显示了根据本发明一种实施方式的排气催化阻火器。
如图3所示,本发明提供的排气催化阻火器包括阻火器本体1,阻火器本体1包括滤芯2及设于滤芯2两侧的法兰(3,4),法兰盘(3,4)四角处通过螺栓5及螺母6连接,两法兰盘(3,4)间还设有多个导杆7,导杆7上设有压缩弹簧8,压缩弹簧8两端抵设于两法兰盘(3,4)内侧。滤芯2夹设于法兰盘(3,4)之间,滤芯设于两端压紧结构之间,只需松开压紧结构,就可以直接取出,安装、拆卸方便快捷。
如图1和图2所示,滤芯2为不锈钢钢条盘绕而成,呈圆盘状;不锈钢钢条包括齿形钢条21及板形钢条22,盘绕成圆盘状后,齿形钢条21及板形钢条22相间设置。
齿形钢条21及板形钢条22外镀设有催化剂镀层,催化剂镀层为具有氧化及还原功能的贵金属镀层,如铂、铑等珍贵金属组成。铂催化剂会促使HC与CO氧化天生水蒸汽和二氧化碳;铑催化剂会促使NOx还原为氮气和氧气。
综上所述,本发明提供的排气催化阻火器,滤芯具有净化尾气,减少环境污染的功能。

Claims (3)

1.排气催化阻火器,包括阻火器本体(1),其特征在于,所述阻火器本体(1)内部设有滤芯(2),所述滤芯(2)为不锈钢钢条盘绕而成,呈圆盘状;所述不锈钢钢条包括齿形钢条(21)及板形钢条(22),盘绕成圆盘状后,所述齿形钢条(21)及板形钢条(22)相间设置;所述齿形钢条(21)及板形钢条(22)外镀设有催化剂镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排气催化阻火器,其特征在于,所述催化剂镀层为具有氧化及还原功能的贵金属镀层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的排气催化阻火器,其特征在于,所述阻火器本体(1)还包括设于所述滤芯(2)两侧的法兰盘(3,4),所述法兰盘(3,4)四角处通过螺栓(5)及螺母(6)连接,所述两法兰盘(3,4)间还设有多个导杆(7),所述导杆(7)上设有压缩弹簧(8),所述压缩弹簧(8)两端抵设于两法兰盘(3,4)内侧。
