Abstract
本发明公开了油田驱油微生物菌液扩培反应装置,在底座上安装有培养罐,在培养罐顶部中央设有一个能观测到罐内的进料口,在进料口前方设有蒸汽进口,蒸汽进口内安装有向外引出的压力控制计和温度控制计,在进料口后方向罐内安装有搅拌器,在培养罐前下方向罐内通入有进水管,在底座下方安装有一个循环泵,在培养罐后下方从罐内引出有一根出料管,在出料阀前边的出料管上安装有液位计,在出料阀与出料口之间的出料管与循环泵之间连通有回水管,循环泵的出水管经管上的阀门从底座内密封伸入到罐内至蒸汽管的下方安装有喷淋头。本发明在培养罐内使微生物菌快速繁衍,待罐内微生物菌液扩培一定数量后,通过出料口放料,注入油层,可提高采收率。

技术领域:
本发明是一种适用于油田原油开采时提高采收率的驱油微生物菌液扩培反应装置。
背景技术:
用微生物驱油菌液提高原油采收率,是目前国内外迅速发展的一项改善原油流动性,提高原油采收率的新技术,它具有适用范围广,工艺简单,经济效益好,无污染等特点,越来越受到人们的重视。微生物菌种直接进入油层,存活率低,生长繁衍速度慢,驱油效果差,怎样使微生物菌最大限度的生长繁衍,改善原油流动性,提高采收率是当前需要解决的主要问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种能使微生物直接进入油层,最大限度的生长繁衍,改善原油滚动性,提高采收率的油田驱油微生物菌液扩培反应装置。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,油田驱油微生物菌液扩培反应装置,其特征在于:在一个底座上安装有一个培养罐,在培养罐顶部中央设有一个能观测到罐内的进料口,在培养罐顶部进料口前方设有一个蒸汽进口,蒸汽进口内安装有向外引出的压力控制计和温度控制计,在培养罐顶部进料口后方设有一个伸入罐内的搅拌器,在培养罐前下方向罐内通入有进水管及其阀门,在底座下方安装有一个循环泵,在培养罐后下方从罐内引出有一根出料管,在出料管上安装有出料阀,在出料阀后边的出料管后端安装有一对出料口,在出料阀前边的出料管上安装有一个液位计,在出料阀与出料口之间的出料管与循环泵之间连通有回水管,循环泵的出水管经管上的阀门从底座内密封伸入到罐内至蒸汽管的下方安装有喷淋头。
本发明在培养罐内使微生物菌快速繁衍,待罐内微生物菌液扩培一定数量后,通过出料口放料,注入油层,可提高采收率。

结合附图详细描述实施例,它是在一个底座1上安装有一个培养罐4,在培养罐顶部中央设有一个能观测到罐内的进料口8,在培养罐顶部进料口前方设有一个蒸汽进口5,蒸汽进口内安装有向外引出的压力控制计6和温度控制计7,在培养罐顶部进料口后方设有一个伸入罐内的搅拌器9,在培养罐前下方向罐内通入有进水管3及其阀门,在底座下方安装有一个循环泵14,在培养罐后下方从罐内引出有一根出料管11,在出料管上安装有出料阀,在出料阀后边的出料管后端安装有一对出料口12,在出料阀前边的出料管上安装有一个液位计10,在出料阀与出料口之间的出料管与循环泵之间连通有回水管13,循环泵的出水管经管上的阀门从底座内密封伸入到罐内至蒸汽管的下方安装有喷淋头2。工作时,微生物菌液和培养液通过进料口加入罐内,通入水后控制温度和压力,并通过蒸气和充分搅拌,利用循环泵循环加速罐内菌液培养,培养液再通过罐内喷淋头喷洒入罐内,用液位计严格检测罐内液体容量,待罐内微生物菌液扩培至一定数量后,通过出料口放料,注入油田应用。

1. 油田驱油微生物菌液扩培反应装置,其特征在于:在一个底座上安装有一个培养罐,在培养罐顶部中央设有一个能观测到罐内的进料口,在培养罐顶部进料口前方设有一个蒸汽进口,蒸汽进口内安装有向外引出的压力控制计和温度控制计,在培养罐顶部进料口后方设有一个伸入罐内的搅拌器,在培养罐前下方向罐内通入有进水管及其阀门,在底座下方安装有一个循环泵,在培养罐后下方从罐内引出有一根出料管,在出料管上安装有出料阀,在出料阀后边的出料管后端安装有一对出料口,在出料阀前边的出料管上安装有一个液位计,在出料阀与出料口之间的出料管与循环泵之间连通有回水管,循环泵的出水管经管上的阀门从底座内密封伸入到罐内至蒸汽管的下方安装有喷淋头。
