Abstract
通过一个在冶金容器的空心砖上喷洒修补材料的装置,可以在空心砖损耗后,方便和目标明确地修补。为此,设置一个其外部轮廓与要装入空心砖中的气体吹洗砖外部轮廓相同的仿形胎和一个喷头。喷头固定在一根材料输入管上,材料输入管通过仿形胎延伸并由它导引。
Description
本发明涉及一种将修补材料喷在冶金容器中的空心砖上的装置,空心砖上具有一个为安装一种砖尤其是气体吹洗砖的插入孔。
在具有气体吹洗砖的冶金容器中,不仅气体吹洗砖会损耗,而且装有气体吹洗砖的空心砖也会损耗。气体吹洗砖损耗后被更换。但空心砖的情况不同,由于它不能立即更换,故要对它进行修补。按照现有技术,空心砖在装入新的气体吹洗砖后对其进行修补,为此从容器开口侧送入一个喷枪,修补材料通过它喷在气体吹洗砖周围的空心砖上。在这种情况下,几乎不可能目标明确地将修补材料喷洒在空心砖的损耗区。由于这种无目标的喷洒,修补材料不仅到达空心砖损耗部位,而且也喷在它的周围以及尤其是会喷在气体吹洗砖上。这就会堵塞气体吹洗砖。因此,必须在另外的工序中重新清除掉喷在气体吹洗砖表面的修补材料。所以空心砖的修补过于麻烦,并需要非常细心。
本发明的目的是提出一种上述类型的装置,用它可以方便和目标明确地修补空心砖。
按本发明,在上述类型的装置中达到此目的采取的措施是,设置一个其外部轮廓与砖的外部轮廓相同的仿形胎和一个喷头,喷头装在一根材料输入管上,材料输入管通过仿形胎延伸并由它导引。
借助于此装置,能以简单的方式修补空心砖。仿形胎插在为砖所设的空心砖插入孔中。它占据了在修补工作完成后要装砖的位置。接着,修补材料通过喷头喷在仿形胎周围的空心砖损耗区中。为了便于操作,最好使材料从其中装入空心砖的壁的外侧输入,因此省去了从容器开口侧插入和导引一根长的喷枪。
修补材料硬化后,成形胎和喷头一起从插入孔拔出。这时可以装入新砖。在新砖上溅上修补材料的危险不再存在。
喷头最好能使修补材料的出口方向,相对于在材料输入管中的流动方向,偏转一个在90°和180°之间的角度。因此,修补材料的出口方向直接对准为砖尤其是为气体吹洗砖所设之插入孔周围通常的损耗位置。
按本发明的设计,喷头固定在材料输入管上,材料输入管可沿仿形胎纵轴线方向移动和/或绕纵轴线转动。因此,通过材料输入管的移动可调整喷头位置,以便将修补材料均匀地供入损耗区。
本发明的进一步设计中,设置了一个使仿形胎内腔与修补材料隔开的盖板。盖板保护修补材料不会进入仿形胎中。

空心砖1有一个用于图中未表示的锥形气体吹洗砖的插入孔2。所表示的空心砖1在插入孔2周围的区域3已被损耗。
在插入孔2中插入了一个用薄板制的仿形胎4,它的外部轮廓形状和气体吹洗砖的外部轮廓相同。仿形胎4装在插入孔2的未损耗部分中,并进入已损耗区3。
仿形胎4设有底部5,螺钉6固定在底部上。导向衬套7与底部5连接,衬套7与仿形胎4的纵轴线8同心。
借助于螺钉6使仿形胎4与封盖9可分解地连接在一起。封盖9上有一个凸台10,它同心地插入底部5中。封盖9上设有一个管段11,在管段11的端头安装有一个可在轴13上回转的盖12。在盖12上设气体连接管14。盖12在本文所关心的使用情况下是开着的,所以管段11的这一端对外敞开。
材料输入管15经仿形胎4和管段11延伸,材料输入管15支承在导向衬套7中,它可沿纵轴线8的方向移动和绕纵轴线8旋转。在材料输入管15在管段11外的那一端处装了一个操作手柄16(见图2)。材料输入管15通过一个接合器17与材料输入软管18相连接。
在材料输入管15的另一端固定了一个喷头19,它设有两个喷嘴20。喷嘴20安装成使出口方向A相对于材料输入管15中的流动方向F偏转W角。W角大于90°,但小于180°,例如为135°。因此出口方向A对准损耗区3。
在材料输入管15上固定有盖板21,它的直径使其适合于进入仿形胎4中。在盖板21上设有套环22。套环的长度决定了工作行程H。在仿形胎4中设有套环22的止动环23。
所介绍的装置其工作方式大致如下:
在图1所表示的喷头19或材料输入管15的位置下,出口方向A对准在仿形胎4近旁的损耗区。修补材料被挤压通过材料输入管15,并喷在损耗区3中。盖板21复盖住仿形胎4的内腔24,以防修补材料侵入。通过绕轴线8旋转材料输入管15,并因而转动了喷头19,可使修补材料绕仿形胎4均匀分布。若损耗区3较大,则使材料输入管15沿纵向进一步移动,使喷头19更多地伸出仿形胎4之外。只要这种移动处于工作行程H的范围之内,套环22便可防止修补材料进入内腔24。
若提供了足够的修补材料,则切断材料的输入,并将材料输入管15拉回,直至套环22停靠在止动环23上。此时喷头19退回仿形胎4中。
待修补材料硬化后,将此装置在管段11处从插入孔2中拔出,这时的插入孔已准备好装入气体吹洗砖。气体吹洗砖例如可以这样来置入插入孔2中,即,将带有材料输入管15的仿形胎4与封盖9分开,并将气体吹洗砖固定在封盖9上以代替仿形胎4。封盖9的凸台10插在气体吹洗砖的分气室中。闭合盖12后,吹洗用气体可经气体连接管14供往气体吹洗砖。
为了使从喷头19出来的修补材料均匀分布,除材料输入管15以外,喷头19还与一个压缩空气输入装置连接。修补材料通过与修补材料一起从喷头19的喷嘴20出来的压缩空气喷出,所以它们不只是蛇形地堆积在损耗区3中。压缩空气输入装置可以是一根压缩空气输入管,它与材料输入管15同轴地安装。
Claims (13)
1、将修补材料喷在冶金容器中的空心砖上的装置,空心砖上具有一个为安装一种砖尤其是气体吹洗砖的插入孔,其特征为:设置一个其外部轮廓与砖的外部轮廓相同的仿形胎(4)和一个喷头(19),喷头(19)装在一根材料输入管(15)上,材料输入管通过仿形胎延伸并由它导引。
2、按照权利要求1所述之装置,其特征为:喷头(19)使修补材料的出口方向(A),相对于材料输入管(15)中的流动方向(F),偏转一个在90°和180°之间的角度(W)。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述之装置,其特征为:喷头(19)固定在材料输入管(15)上,材料输入管可沿仿形胎(4)纵向轴线(8)的方向移动,和/或可绕纵轴线(8)转动。
4、按照前述诸权利要求之一所述之装置,其特征为:在喷头(19)上设有一个或多个喷出修补材料的喷嘴(20)。
5、按照前述诸权利要求之一所述之装置,其特征为:设置一个将仿形胎(4)的内腔(24)与修补材料隔开的盖板(21)。
6、按照权利要求5所述之装置,其特征为:盖板(21)固定在材料输入管(15)上,它有一个套环(22),套环在工作行程(H)中将仿形胎(4)的内腔(24)与修补材料隔开。
7、按照权利要求5或6所述之装置,其特征为:在仿形胎(4)中设一止动环(23),当喷头(19)退回仿形胎(4)中时,套环(22)和盖板(21)停靠在此止动环(23)上。
8、按照前述诸权利要求之一所述之装置,其特征为:材料输入管(15)被仿形胎(4)的导向衬套(7)所导引。
9、按照前述诸权利要求之一所述之装置,其特征为:在背离喷头(19)的空心砖(1)那一侧的材料输入管(15)处,设置操作手柄(16),用于移动和/转动材料输送管(15)。
10、按照前述诸权利要求之一所述之装置,其特征为:仿形胎(4)可拆卸地固定在封盖(9)上,封盖(9)适用于夹持气体吹洗砖。
11、按照前述诸权利要求之一所述之装置,其特征为:另外还有一个压缩空气输入装置与喷头(19)相连接。
12、按照权利要求11所述之装置,其特征为:一根压缩空气管与材料输入管(15)平行地设置。
13、按照权利要求12所述之装置,其特征为:材料输入管(15)和压缩空气输入管同轴地设置。
