本发明公开了一种经编机压电贾卡元件,包括两片压电陶瓷晶片,一片基片,两片压电陶瓷晶片粘接在基片的两面上,所述基片由纤维层的两面包覆铜薄膜组成,所述纤维层为一层或者多层单向纤维层与一层或者多层经纬纤维层组成,采用一层或者多层单向纤维层与一层或者多层经纬纤维层组成设计能有效去除单层单向纤维布在压制过程中纤维随胶水流淌而弯曲造成的影响,提高纤维板表层的平整度,使得纤维板在弯曲使用中不易开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及压电陶瓷经编机技术领域,特别涉及一种经编机压电贾卡元件。
背景技术
经编机压电贾卡元件用于控制经编机上贾卡导纱针的偏移。它由两片压电陶瓷晶片组成,它们之间由基片隔离。经过极化的压电陶瓷晶片加上电压会产生收缩和伸张的形变,与此同时,为了传递电压,采用了具有很好弹性和传导性的覆铜纤维板。通过两侧电路开关的切换,在压电贾卡元件的两侧交替加电压,压电陶瓷产生形变,使得导纱针向左偏移或者向右偏移。因为压电陶瓷效果象电容一样,压电贾卡元件能保持在它的偏移位置,由电流脉冲控制偏移一个针距。
现有压电贾卡元件中常用玻璃纤维板或者碳纤维板作为基片,其弯曲韧性、抗老化性能以及玻璃纤维板的绝缘性均能满足压电贾卡元件对基片的要求,但在实际产品设计中,常采用单向纤维排布的纤维板,这样的纤维排布在使用过程中可以起到回弹的作用。但由于纤维板在压制过程中,纤维会随着环氧胶水的流淌而弯曲,导致纤维板表面不平整,影响压电陶瓷晶片的粘接。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种能够解决上述问题的经编机压电贾卡元件。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种经编机压电贾卡元件,包括两片压电陶瓷晶片,一片基片,两片压电陶瓷晶片粘接在基片的两面上,所述基片由纤维层的两面包覆铜薄膜组成,所述纤维层为一层或者多层单向纤维层与一层或者多层经纬纤维层间隔组成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明对比已有技术具有以下显著优点:
1.从结构分析,采用一层或者多层单向纤维层与一层或者多层经纬纤维层组成设计能有效去除单层单向纤维布在压制过程中纤维随胶水流淌而弯曲造成的影响,从而提高纤维板表层的平整度。
2.使得纤维板在弯曲使用中不易开裂。

图1出示了本发明一种经编机压电贾卡元件的一种实施方式,包括两片压电陶瓷晶片,一片基片,两片压电陶瓷晶片粘接在基片的两面上,所述基片由纤维层的两面包覆铜薄膜1组成,所述纤维层为单层或的单向纤维层2与两层的具有交叉纤维方向的经纬纤维层3间隔组成,采用一层或者多层单向纤维层与一层或者多层经纬纤维层组成设计能有效去除单层单向纤维布在压制过程中纤维随胶水流淌而弯曲造成的影响,提高纤维板表层的平整度,而且使得纤维板在弯曲使用中不易开裂。

1.一种经编机压电贾卡元件,包括两片压电陶瓷晶片,一片基片,两片压电陶瓷晶片粘接在基片的两面上,所述基片由纤维层的两面包覆铜薄膜(1)组成,其特征在于:所述纤维层为一层或者多层单向纤维层(2)与一层或者多层经纬纤维层(3)间隔组成。
