Abstract

本发明公开了一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,该电路板金属元件手动焊接压机包括底座、双启动按钮、压力设置监测屏、电路板模板、手动铆合机构和铆合架,所述底座上设有双启动按钮和压力设置监测屏,底座的上平面设有电路板模板和铆合架,铆合架位于电路板模板的后侧,铆合架的前板上安装有手动铆合机构。通过上述方式,本发明能够对电路板上的金属部件进行定压铆合后焊接,可预先设定下压力,有效防止下压力过大或是达不到,提高产品合格率。

技术领域
本发明涉及工装焊接夹具领域,特别是涉及一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机。
背景技术
在电子产品中有很多电路主板都是带有金属部件,这些金属部件有些是贴片上去的,有的是压合上去的,还有部分是铆合后焊接的,因为电路半上其他电子元件的特殊性,其铆合焊接的金属部件在铆合时后是有一定的压力要求的,小了不到位,大了无法焊接,导致产品的报废比较多,从而导致效率的下降。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,能够对电路板上的金属部件进行定压铆合后焊接,可预先设定下压力,有效防止下压力过大或是达不到,提高产品合格率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,该电路板金属元件手动焊接压机包括底座、双启动按钮、压力设置监测屏、电路板模板、手动铆合机构和铆合架,所述底座上设有双启动按钮和压力设置监测屏,底座的上平面设有电路板模板和铆合架,铆合架位于电路板模板的后侧,铆合架的前板上安装有手动铆合机构;所述手动铆合机构包括平推肘夹、上绝缘压块、下绝缘压板、圆柱形压力传感器、铜质焊接压头、导向杆和导向块,所述平推肘夹安装于铆合架的前板,平推肘夹的推杆连接到上绝缘压块,上绝缘压块通过螺丝连接到下绝缘压板,上绝缘压块和下绝缘压板之间设有圆柱形压力传感器,下绝缘压板的下平面设有铜质焊接压头,下绝缘压板的上平面后侧垂直安装有两根导向杆,可上下活动的导向杆插在导向块内,导向块固定于铆合架的前板背面;
优选的是,所述圆柱形压力传感器通过电线连接到压力设置监测屏。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,能够对电路板上的金属部件进行定压铆合后焊接,可预先设定下压力,有效防止下压力过大或是达不到,提高产品合格率。

一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,该电路板金属元件手动焊接压机包括底座1、双启动按钮2、压力设置监测屏3、电路板模板4、手动铆合机构5和铆合架6,所述底座1上设有双启动按钮2和压力设置监测屏3,底座1的上平面设有电路板模板4和铆合架6,铆合架6位于电路板模板4的后侧,铆合架6的前板60上安装有手动铆合机构5;
所述手动铆合机构5包括平推肘夹50、上绝缘压块51、下绝缘压板52、圆柱形压力传感器53、铜质焊接压头54、导向杆55和导向块56,所述平推肘夹50安装于铆合架6的前板60,平推肘夹50的推杆连接到上绝缘压块51,上绝缘压块51通过螺丝连接到下绝缘压板52,上绝缘压块51和下绝缘压板52之间设有圆柱形压力传感器53,下绝缘压板52的下平面设有铜质焊接压头54,下绝缘压板52的上平面后侧垂直安装有两根导向杆55,可上下活动的导向杆55插在导向块56内,导向块56固定于铆合架6的前板60背面;所述圆柱形压力传感器53通过电线连接到压力设置监测屏3。
本发明电路板金属元件手动焊接压机使用时,先将电路板放置到电路板模板4内,再将需要铆压焊接的金属部件放置到电路板的指定位置,推动平推肘夹50,铜质焊接压头54压到金属部件上,此时圆柱形压力传感器53开始工作,将压力数据传回压力设置监测屏3并与预先设置的压力数值范围对比,大于或是小于这个压力数值范围都会发出警报,当压力数据在预先设置的压力数值范围内时,就可以对铜质焊接压头54通高频脉冲电流,开始瞬间焊接,焊接结束,松开平推肘夹50,取出电路板。
本发明电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,能够对电路板上的金属部件进行定压铆合后焊接,可预先设定下压力,有效防止下压力过大或是达不到,提高产品合格率。

1.一种电路板金属元件手动焊接压机,其特征在于:该电路板金属元件手动焊接压机包括底座、双启动按钮、压力设置监测屏、电路板模板、手动铆合机构和铆合架,所述底座上设有双启动按钮和压力设置监测屏,底座的上平面设有电路板模板和铆合架,铆合架位于电路板模板的后侧,铆合架的前板上安装有手动铆合机构;所述手动铆合机构包括平推肘夹、上绝缘压块、下绝缘压板、圆柱形压力传感器、铜质焊接压头、导向杆和导向块,所述平推肘夹安装于铆合架的前板,平推肘夹的推杆连接到上绝缘压块,上绝缘压块通过螺丝连接到下绝缘压板,上绝缘压块和下绝缘压板之间设有圆柱形压力传感器,下绝缘压板的下平面设有铜质焊接压头,下绝缘压板的上平面后侧垂直安装有两根导向杆,可上下活动的导向杆插在导向块内,导向块固定于铆合架的前板背面。
