本实用新型涉及一种焊锡装置，尤其是涉及一种用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置。
背景技术
目前，柔性线路板上都需要有焊接作业，随着订单量的增大以及焊接部件越来越小，市面上现有的焊接机器许多都不适用，单独开发新设备成本也非常高，不得以，我们只能靠人去完成焊接动作，但客户对焊接部位的要求也越来越高，这样对焊接岗位的人的要求也越来越高，人是生产作业中最关键也是最不稳定的因素。
因是人在焊接，所以最终出来的成品焊接点位置总是有偏移，同时焊锡枪还容易破坏焊接点以外的其他部位，如何解决这个问题，如何使一个新人能够很快的上手提高良品率是目前亟待解决的问题之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种极大提高产品合格率的用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置，包括线路板、线路板上设置有用于定位柔性线路板的定位针及焊接用的焊接点，线路板的板侧设有固定锡线位置的机构，还包括一压板，该压板与线路板活动连接。
所述的压板为可升降的压板，经支撑机构与线路板活动连接。
所述的压板在焊接柔性线路板时放下，下落的位置位于焊接点侧。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过在现有柔性线路板加工治具上加装一个压板，需要焊接的时候将压板放下，落下的压板正好在焊点附近，有效的遮蔽了容易被焊枪碰坏的部位，通过上述简单的改动，极大提高产品合格率，并且也不会增加太大的成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
一种用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置，其结构如图1所示，包括线路板1，以及在线路板1上设置的用于定位柔性线路板的定位针2及焊接用的焊接点4，在线路板1的板侧设有固定锡线6位置的定位机构5，另外，还包括一压板3，该压板3为可升降的压板，经支撑机构与线路板1活动连接。压板3在焊接柔性线路板时放下，下落的位置位于焊接点侧。通过加装的压板3，需要焊接的时候将压板放下，落下的压板正好在焊点附近，有效的遮蔽了容易被焊枪碰坏的部位，通过上述简单的改动，极大提高产品合格率，并且也不会增加太大的成本。

1.一种用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置，包括线路板、线路板上设置有用于定位柔性线路板的定位针及焊接用的焊接点，线路板的板侧设有固定锡线位置的机构，其特征在于，还包括一压板，该压板与线路板活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置，其特征在于，所述的压板为可升降的压板，经支撑机构与线路板活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于柔性线路板的焊锡装置，其特征在于，所述的压板在焊接柔性线路板时放下，下落的位置位于焊接点侧。
