Abstract
本发明公开了一种阵列基板、显示面板及其修复方法,在阵列基板中除最后一条栅线外,其余每条栅线的两端分别设置有与栅线连接的第一引线,在每组栅极集成驱动电路中除第一级移位寄存器外,其余移位寄存器的输入端均设置有与输入端连接的第二引线;与栅线连接的第一引线和其邻近的下一级移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线具有重叠区域且相互绝缘,在显示面板扫描过程中,若一个或多个移位寄存器发生扫描中断,可以将发生中断的移位寄存器连接的栅线的第一引线与下一级移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线在重叠区域进行激光融合,使栅线上的信号作为触发信号传递到下一级移位寄存器,从而保证显示面板逐行扫描的顺利进行,实现显示面板的全屏扫描。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种阵列基板、显示面板及其修复方法。
背景技术
目前,显示技术被广泛应用于电视、手机以及公共信息的显示,用于显示画面的显示面板也多种多样,而且可以显示丰富多彩的画面,但是无论是薄膜晶体管液晶显示面板(TFT-LCD,Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display),还是有机发光显示面板(OLED,Organic Light Emitting Diode)都需要驱动集成电路(IC,Integrated Circuit)的控制,驱动IC控制显示面板实现了逐行扫描和逐帧刷新的功能,使得输入到显示面板的图像数据能够实时刷新,从而实现动态显示。其中,源驱动IC负责接收图像数据,并对图像数据进行缓存以及数字信号向模拟信号的转换,最终将转换后的信号通过输出缓冲器输送到显示面板的各条数据线;栅极驱动IC负责实现逐行扫描,针对时序控制产生逐行打开的栅线扫描信号;每一行的栅线扫描信号加载到对应的栅线后将控制像素开关打开,使图像数据进入这一行像素的存储电容,最终实现图像的正常显示。
一般地,栅极驱动IC设计比较简单,功能比较单一,随着平板显示技术的发展,相关技术领域的技术人员开始利用显示面板的边缘搭建栅极集成驱动电路,以实现栅极驱动IC的功能,这样的设计可以省去在显示面板的边框区域单独设置栅极驱动IC,有利于实现显示面板的窄边框设计,同时降低了相关产品的生产成本。
栅极集成驱动电路包括多个移位寄存器,每个移位寄存器对应一条栅线,多个移位寄存器采用串联设置,相邻两个移位寄存器之间有逐级传递的触发信号,每个移位寄存器接收到触发信号后,向对应栅线输出栅线扫描信号,并把触发信号输送给下一级单元电路。然而移位寄存器在实际应用过程中,由于微小颗粒的存在,或者在显示面板生产过程中层间电路设置不当,可能会引起某一级移位寄存器无法产生触发信号,或某一级移位寄存器输出了错误的触发信号,这将导致这一级之后所有的移位寄存器都接收不到或接收不到正确的触发信号,造成显示面板扫描中断,以致于无法实现显示面板的全屏扫描。
对移位寄存器易出现扫描中断的问题,在现有技术中采用栅极集成驱动电路双边设置的方式,即如图1所示,在栅线两端分别设置一组栅极集成驱动电路,每组栅极集成驱动电路中的移位寄存器与栅线一端连接,使用两个移位寄存器共同驱动一条栅线,以改善移位寄存器易发生扫描中断的问题,即栅线一端的移位寄存器发生扫描中断,则栅线另一端的移位寄存器输出扫描信号到栅线。但是,上述这种双边设置方式不能完全消除无法全屏扫描的隐患,这是由于栅线两端的移位寄存器都有可能出现扫描中断的问题,例如如图1所示,当栅线两端的栅极集成驱动电路中的第二级移位寄存器都无法向相邻的下一级正常输出触发信号时,使得第二级移位寄存器之后的所有移位寄存器都接收不到触发信号,进而无法向相连的栅线输出扫描信号,显示面板无法实现全屏扫描。因此,显示面板能持续扫描到哪一行,取决于栅线两端中哪一端连续正常驱动栅线扫描的移位寄存器多,所以双边设置栅极集成驱动电路的方式还是无法保证显示面板的全屏扫描。
因此,如何可以有效地保证显示面板的全屏扫描,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种阵列基板、显示面板及其修复方法,用以解决现有的移位寄存器在发生扫描中断时,无法修复导致不能保证显示面板全屏扫描的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种阵列基板,包括:多条栅线,以及分别设置在各条所述栅线两端的两组栅极集成驱动电路;其中,每组所述栅极集成驱动电路包括与所述栅线一一对应的移位寄存器,每个所述移位寄存器的输出端与对应的所述栅线相连,且除最后一级所述移位寄存器之外,其余所有所述移位寄存器的输出端还与其相邻的下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端相连;
除最后一条所述栅线之外,其余每条所述栅线的两端分别设置有与所述栅线连接的第一引线;
在每组所述栅极集成驱动电路中除第一级所述移位寄存器之外,其余所有所述移位寄存器的输入端均设置有与所述输入端连接的第二引线;
与所述栅线连接的第一引线与其邻近的下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线具有重叠区域,且两者相互绝缘。
在一种可能的实施方式中,本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,所述第一引线和所述栅线同层设置,所述第二引线和所述阵列基板中的数据线同层设置。

在一种可能的实施方式中,本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,每组所述栅极集成驱动电路中的移位寄存器,除第一个所述移位寄存器之外,其余所有所述移位寄存器的输出端还与其相邻的上一级所述移位寄存器的复位端相连;最后一个所述移位寄存器的输出端还与本级移位寄存器的复位端相连。

本发明实施例提供了一种显示面板的修复方法,包括:
确定所述显示面板的除每组所述栅极集成驱动电路中最后一级所述移位寄存器之外的各所述移位寄存器的输出端是否向与其连接的所述栅线输出栅极扫描信号;
在确定所述移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的所述栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,将发生中断的所述移位寄存器连接的所述栅线的第一引线与下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线在重叠区域进行激光融合。
在一种可能的实施方式中,本发明实施例提供的上述显示面板的修复方法中,还包括:在确定所述移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的所述栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,切断发生中断的所述移位寄存器的输出端与其相邻的下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端的连接。
在一种可能的实施方式中,本发明实施例提供的上述显示面板的修复方法中,还包括:在确定所述移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的所述栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,切断发生中断的所述移位寄存器的输出端与其相邻的上一级所述移位寄存器的复位端的连接。

下面结合附图,对本发明实施例提供的阵列基板、显示面板及其修复方法的具体实施方式进行详细地说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种阵列基板,如图2所示,包括:多条栅线01,以及分别设置在各条栅线01两端的两组栅极集成驱动电路;其中,每组栅极集成驱动电路包括与栅线01一一对应的移位寄存器02,每个移位寄存器02的输出端与对应的栅线01相连,且除最后一级移位寄存器02之外,其余所有移位寄存器02的输出端还与其相邻的下一级移位寄存器02的输入端相连;
除最后一条栅线01之外,其余每条栅线01的两端分别设置有与栅线01连接的第一引线03;
在每组栅极集成驱动电路中除第一级移位寄存器02之外,其余所有移位寄存器02的输入端均设置有与输入端连接的第二引线04;
与栅线01连接的第一引线03与其邻近的下一级移位寄存器02的输入端连接的第二引线04具有重叠区域A,且两者相互绝缘。
本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,除最后一条栅线01之外,其余每条栅线01的两端分别设置有与栅线01连接的第一引线03,在每组栅极集成驱动电路中除第一级移位寄存器02之外,其余所有移位寄存器02的输入端均设置有与输入端连接的第二引线04;与栅线01连接的第一引线03与其邻近的下一级移位寄存器02的输入端连接的第二引线04具有重叠区域,且两者相互绝缘。这样,在显示面板进行扫描过程中,若一个或多个移位寄存器02的输出端向相连的栅线输出扫描信号发生中断时,可以将发生中断的移位寄存器02连接的栅线01的第一引线03与下一级移位寄存器02的输入端连接的第二引线04在重叠区域进行激光融合,使栅线01上的信号作为触发信号传递到下一级移位寄存器02,从而保证了显示面板逐行扫描的顺利进行,最终实现显示面板的全屏扫描。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,第一引线03可以和栅线01同层设置,第二引线04可以和阵列基板中的数据线同层设置。
或者,在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,第二引线04还可以和栅线01同层设置,第一引线03还可以和阵列基板中的数据线同层设置。
在具体实施时,在本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,第一引线03与栅线01同层设置,或与数据线同层设置;对应的第二引线04与数据线同层设置,或与栅线01同层设置,这样可以利用阵列基板中已有膜层形成第一引线03和第二引线04,而不必增加新的工艺步骤。并且,第一引线03与第二引线04应分别设置在不同层,以保证第一引线03和第二引线04之间相互绝缘,避免显示面板中移位寄存器02在正常向与其相连的栅线输出扫描信号时,由于第一引线03与第二引线04相互连接而使得栅线01上的信号传递到相邻下一级移位寄存器02中,对下一级移位寄存器02的触发信号产生不必要的干扰的问题。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,可以将第一引线03与第二引线04的重叠区域设置在位于栅线01和移位寄存器02的输入端之外的区域。这样在使用激光将第一引线03和第二引线04在重叠区域进行融合时,可以避免由于激光融合失败时,影响栅线01和移位寄存器02正常工作的可能性。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板中,如图3所示,每组栅极集成驱动电路中的移位寄存器02,除第一个移位寄存器02之外,其余所有移位寄存器02的输出端还可以与其相邻的上一级移位寄存器02的复位端相连;最后一个移位寄存器02的输出端还与本级移位寄存器02的复位端相连。这样,在显示面板进行全屏扫描时,移位寄存器02输出扫描信号到与其相连的栅线01的同时,还会输出复位信号到上一级移位寄存器02的复位端,使上一级移位寄存器02停止工作,以保证阵列基板中的栅极逐行开启。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种显示面板,包括本发明实施例提供的上述阵列基板。该显示面板可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。该显示面板的实施可以参见上述阵列基板的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了上述显示面板的修复方法,如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
S101、确定显示面板的除每组栅极集成驱动电路中最后一级移位寄存器之外的各移位寄存器的输出端是否向与其连接的栅线输出栅极扫描信号;确定结果若为是则进行步骤S102,若为否则结束;在具体实施时,可以在显示面板制作完成后的点灯检测过程中确定显示面板中的各移位寄存器是否正常工作,从而判断出各移位寄存器的输出端是否向与其连接的栅线输出栅极扫描信号,其中检测的具体过程不再赘述;
S102、在确定移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,将发生中断的移位寄存器连接的栅线的第一引线与下一级移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线在重叠区域进行激光融合,使栅线上的信号传递到下一级移位寄存器,从而保证了显示面板逐行扫描的顺利进行,最终实现显示面板的全屏扫描。例如图5所示,通过测试可知在左侧第三级的移位寄存器02的输出端存在问题时,可以将第三级移位寄存器02连接的栅极01的第一引线03与第四级移位寄存器02的第二引线04在重合区域A1进行激光融合。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的上述显示面板的修复方法,如图4所示,还可以包括以下步骤:
S103、在确定移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,切断发生中断的移位寄存器的输出端与其相邻的下一级移位寄存器的输入端的连接。从而避免发生扫描中断的移位寄存器的输出端输出错误的信号到与其相邻的下一级移位寄存器的输入端,进而干扰到相应栅线通过第一引线与第二引线融合后传递到下一级移位寄存器的信号的问题。例如图5所示,在确定左侧第三级的移位寄存器02的输出端存在问题时,可以切断第三级移位寄存器02的输出端与其相邻的第四级移位寄存器02的输入端的连接,如图中B处所示。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的上述显示面板的修复方法,如图4所示,还可以包括以下步骤:
S104、在确定移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,切断发生中断的移位寄存器的输出端与其相邻的上一级移位寄存器的复位端的连接。从而避免了发生扫描中断的移位寄存器的输出端输出错误的信号到与其相邻的上一级移位寄存器的复位端,影响到与其相邻的上一级移位寄存器的工作状态,使其输出错误的信号到与其相连的栅线的问题。例如图5所示,在确定左侧第三级的移位寄存器02的输出端存在问题时,可以切断第三级移位寄存器02的输出端与其相邻的第二级移位寄存器02的复位端的连接,如图中C处所示。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述方法中的步骤S102-S104的执行不分先后顺序。
本发明实施例提供了一种阵列基板、显示面板及其修复方法,在阵列基板中除最后一条栅线之外,其余每条栅线的两端分别设置有与栅线连接的第一引线,在每组栅极集成驱动电路中除第一级移位寄存器之外,其余所有移位寄存器的输入端均设置有与输入端连接的第二引线;与栅线连接的第一引线与其邻近的下一级移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线具有重叠区域,且两者相互绝缘。这样,在显示面板进行扫描过程中,若一个或多个移位寄存器的输出端向相连的栅线输出扫描信号发生中断时,可以将发生中断的移位寄存器连接的栅线的第一引线与下一级移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线在重叠区域进行激光融合,使栅线上的信号作为触发信号传递到下一级移位寄存器,从而保证了显示面板逐行扫描的顺利进行,最终实现显示面板的全屏扫描。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (9)
1.一种阵列基板,包括:多条栅线,以及分别设置在各条所述栅线两端的两组栅极集成驱动电路;其中,每组所述栅极集成驱动电路包括与所述栅线一一对应的移位寄存器,每个所述移位寄存器的输出端与对应的所述栅线相连,且除最后一级所述移位寄存器之外,其余所有所述移位寄存器的输出端还与其相邻的下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端相连,其特征在于:
除最后一条所述栅线之外,其余每条所述栅线的两端分别设置有与所述栅线连接的第一引线;
在每组所述栅极集成驱动电路中除第一级所述移位寄存器之外,其余所有所述移位寄存器的输入端均设置有与所述输入端连接的第二引线;
与所述栅线连接的第一引线与其邻近的下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线具有重叠区域,且两者相互绝缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一引线和所述栅线同层设置,所述第二引线和所述阵列基板中的数据线同层设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第二引线和所述栅线同层设置,所述第一引线和所述阵列基板中的数据线同层设置。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一引线与所述第二引线的重叠区域位于所述栅线和所述移位寄存器的输入端之外的区域。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,每组所述栅极集成驱动电路中的移位寄存器,除第一个所述移位寄存器之外,其余所有所述移位寄存器的输出端还与其相邻的上一级所述移位寄存器的复位端相连;最后一个所述移位寄存器的输出端还与本级移位寄存器的复位端相连。
6.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的阵列基板。
7.一种如权利要求6所述的显示面板的修复方法,其特征在于,包括:
确定所述显示面板的除每组所述栅极集成驱动电路中最后一级所述移位寄存器之外的各所述移位寄存器的输出端是否向与其连接的所述栅线输出栅极扫描信号;
在确定所述移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的所述栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,将发生中断的所述移位寄存器连接的所述栅线的第一引线与下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端连接的第二引线在重叠区域进行激光融合。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在确定所述移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的所述栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,切断发生中断的所述移位寄存器的输出端与其相邻的下一级所述移位寄存器的输入端的连接。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在确定所述移位寄存器的输出端向与其连接的所述栅线输出的栅极扫描信号发生中断时,切断发生中断的所述移位寄存器的输出端与其相邻的上一级所述移位寄存器的复位端的连接。
