Abstract

本发明为水热汽(蒸汽)参与二次燃烧节能灶。采用密闭燃烧室,锅与灶间连接以石棉等耐高温材料为密封圈层进行机械固定。燃烧室上部设置环形烟道喉管,并与五根连接(为使火焰分布均匀,五根烟道成五角星形排列)。燃烧时尾气受势力作用从烟道内导出,回流到灶下部的热气分流室,部分水热汽(蒸汽)上升后从调节孔进入,与燃气室中燃气和空气入口处空气混合参与燃烧。其余的尾气则从下部的尾气出口溢出。灶具正面设一观火孔,由耐高温玻璃密封与外界隔离。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型节能灶,属能源类,特点在于利用燃气燃烧后的尾气中水热汽(蒸汽)参与二次燃烧,实现节能降耗。 
背景技术
目前市场上的节能燃气灶主要是以燃气与空气充分混合为主,依然存在高耗能、弃热能严重等缺点,并非真正意义上的节能;据悉高温水燃烧能产生大量的热能,如何让水燃烧以成为全世界关注的热点,为此设计出该型水热汽二次燃烧节能灶。由热力学原理可知,燃气尾气中高温水蒸汽比二氧化碳气体轻,在热力作用下水蒸汽上升快,易于与二氧化碳分流。因此让燃气尾气中的水热汽(蒸汽)分别与空气和燃气混合后,再进行燃烧成为可能。从而使高温水热汽(蒸汽)燃烧释能,实现真正的节能降耗。 
发明内容
该款设计为水热汽(蒸汽)参与二次燃烧节能灶。采用密闭燃烧室,锅与灶间连接以石棉等耐高温材料为密封圈层进行机械固定。燃烧室上部设置环形烟道喉管,并与五根连接(为使火焰分布均匀,五根烟道成五角星形排列)。燃烧时尾气受势力作用从烟道内导出,回流到灶下部的热气分流室,部分水热汽(蒸汽)上升后从调节孔进入,与燃气室中燃气和空气入口处空气混合参与燃烧。其余的尾气则从下部的尾气出口溢出。灶具正面设一观火孔,由耐高温玻璃密封与外界隔离。

具体实施方式
组装测试时只需将现有燃气灶增设热气分流室,燃气室延长和装配烟道管就行,其余配件装置不需要更改,测试可行高。

1.该型设计图中锅与环形烟道喉管的固定装置未标注。
2.水热汽(蒸汽)分流后上升的调节孔未标注调节板。
3.灶具正面设一观火孔未设计和标示在图示中。
