[0002]炉灶是指以天然气、液化气等气体燃料进行直火加热的厨房用具。一般炉灶在工作时,气体材料通过阀体的控制从进气管进入炉头中,同时混合一部分的空气后,从分火器的火孔中喷出并被点火装置点燃形成火焰。
[0003]燃气作为一种不可再生资源,随着全球能源供应的日趋紧张,人们对燃气炉具提出了越来越高的要求。目前传统的煲仔炉结构简单,对煲锅加热不够充分,由于燃烧系统和进风系统设计的不够科学,使得燃气燃烧的效率低下,导致大量的燃气来不及燃烧就被白白流失到空气中了,造成了大量的能源浪费,同时由于燃气燃烧不够充分,热效率还达不到25%,产生大量的有毒气体一氧化碳,排放到空气中,对人体的健康造成危害。并且在燃烧时产生大量的噪音,对厨师的工作环境造成影响。因此,在能源紧缺的情况下,设计一种高效节能的炉具是迫在眉睫。
