背景技术
传统活塞发动机,依靠可燃气体的燃烧产生的膨胀力推动活塞,通过连杆带动曲轴旋转,后来人们设想研究转子发动机,消除活塞和连杆的惯性力所消耗的功率。百度文库载文:德国人汪克尔1954年研制成一台三角转子发动机。虽然有诸多的优越性能,但是,能耗高,污染重,寿命短,推广困难。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是:三角转子发动机转子的三个角在茁形的气缸内滑动,角端的密封片磨损快,气缸内各空间密封不佳,润滑问题大。滚动阀滚动转子发动机,应用本人申请号为2013103961063的滚动转子,申请号为2014100186439的双轴缸及摆动阀,加之本发明的滚动阀技术;没有活塞和连杆往复的,高速的,直线运动所消耗的功率。偏心转子在气缸内是滚动的;滚动阀上的滚动轮在转动轮上、在偏心转子上也是滚动的,减少磨损,节约能源。
本发明的技术方案是:在一个径向设置的两个气缸中间的压缩室和燃烧室内,有一个板式的、不等长的、两端有轴的摆动阀。摆动阀轴端的凸轮与主轴一端的凹轮中间是两端有半圆形卡头的滑动杆,构成使摆动阀动作准确的正时器。在两个圆形的气缸内,是外缘套着滚动环的两个偏心转子,由四个同齿数的齿轮传动。在压缩室和燃烧室的两侧,气缸壁的凸出部份是双半圆仓,在双半圆仓内是一个两端有轴的转动轮和一个滚动轮。滚动轮的外侧是弧形的气动仓。气动仓到压缩室口,气动仓到燃烧室口各有一条通气道。在压缩缸气动仓到压缩室口的通气道中间有个逆止阀。在靠近两个双半圆仓的气缸壁上,分别有进气口和排气口。在压缩室和烧燃室的两侧,各有相应的喷油器孔和火花塞孔。主轴中心有圆孔式的润滑主油道,在偏心转子两侧,有槽形的油道和密封条。
本发明的有益效果是:滚动阀滚动转子发动机,没有活塞和连杆往复的,高速的,直线运动所消耗的功率。偏心转子在气缸内,滚动阀在偏心转上不是滑动的,少磨损,少污染,节约能源。

具体实施方式
在图中,两个气缸(6)内的偏心转子上的两个滚动环(5)、按相反的方向滚到压缩室(20)燃烧室(16)时压缩缸内的偏心转子的后边进入气体,其前边将缸内的气体压入压缩室(20)摆动阀(17)长端受力大,使其摆向对侧,压缩室(20)入口封闭,出口打开,压缩室变成燃烧室,爆发行程开始。爆发缸内的偏心转子前边开始排除废气。双半圆仓(10)内的滚动轮(11)外侧的气动仓(12)到压缩室口(20)、到燃烧室口(16)各有通气道(13)相连;两个气缸内的高压气体将滚动轮(11)压在转动轮(9)和滚动环上,控制气缸内的气体逆流,当爆发行程将要开始时刻,正时器上的滑动杆(22)一端的卡头进入主轴(4)端凹轮(21)的凹槽内,使摆动阀(17)阀轴(14)端的凸轮(24)失去卡头(23)的控制,摆动阀(17)摆向对侧。
