本发明公开了一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆,包括螺杆本体,所述螺杆本体上安装有安装头,所述螺杆本体上开设有螺纹,所述的螺纹深度从H1渐变至H2,其中H1为H2的1.5~2倍,所述螺纹的间距从C渐变至D,螺距比C为D的2~2.5倍,所述螺杆本体的直径与螺杆本体的长度的比为1:25~1:35。实现塑料熔体在挤出时的塑化均匀与挤出压力的恒定,使挤出压力更加均匀、塑化效果更佳。避免了现有的技术造成的螺杆塑化不均,熔体有黑点,和挤出压力有波动的缺陷,也减少了制作螺杆的材料,使得螺杆制作更加容易,节约钢材,减少加热能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料挤出螺杆技术技术领域,尤其涉及一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆。
背景技术
目前现有的挤出螺杆有:固液分离式挤出螺杆,多屏障式挤出螺杆,带搅拌头挤出螺杆。
固液分离式螺杆对于塑化要求比较高的材料很容易造成原料塑化效果不好有晶点,从而影响挤出产品的质量。
多屏障式螺杆的屏障间隙选择不好的情况下会很容易造成螺杆内积料,使原料发黄甚至变黑,从而影响挤出产品的质量。
带搅拌头挤出螺杆虽然能够解决塑化问题,可是,搅拌头很容易造成原料堆积,原料堆积后就会变黄,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆。具有加工设备投入小,能耗小,挤出压力稳定、塑化效果好的的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆,包括螺杆本体,所述螺杆本体上安装有安装头,所述螺杆本体上开设有螺纹,所述的螺纹深度从H1渐变至H2,其中H1为H2 的1.5~2倍,所述螺纹的间距从C渐变至D,所述螺纹的间距C为D的2~2.5倍。
所述螺杆本体的直径与螺杆本体的长度的比为1:25~1:35。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过包括螺杆本体,所述螺杆本体上安装有安装头,所述螺杆本体上开设有螺纹,所述的螺纹深度从H1渐变至H2,其中H1为H2 的1.5~2倍,所述螺纹的间距从C渐变至D,螺距比C为D的2~2.5倍,所述螺杆本体的直径与螺杆本体的长度的比为1:25~1:35。实现塑料熔体在挤出时的塑化均匀与挤出压力的恒定,使挤出压力更加均匀、塑化效果更佳。避免了现有的技术造成的螺杆塑化不均,熔体有黑点,和挤出压力有波动的缺陷,也减少了制作螺杆的材料,使得螺杆制作更加容易,节约钢材,减少加热能源,从而使大直径大长径比螺杆制作变为现实,不再使用超长超大的加工机床。可以制作出超大产量挤出机,挤出效果还明显高于现有技术。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-3所示:一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆,包括螺杆本体1,所述螺杆本体1上安装有安装头3,所述螺杆本体1上开设有螺纹2,所述的螺纹2深度从H1渐变至H2,其中H1为H2 的1.5~2倍,所述螺纹2的间距从C渐变至D,所述螺纹2的间距C为D的2~2.5倍。
所述螺杆本体(1)的直径与螺杆本体(1)的长度的比为1:25~1:35。
当挤出塑料为聚氯乙烯(PVC)时,所述螺纹深度H1为H2 的1.5倍,所述螺纹2的间距C为D的2.5倍,所述螺杆本体1的直径与螺杆本体1的长度的比为35。
当挤出塑料为聚乙烯塑料(PE)时,所述螺纹深度H1为H2 的1.8倍,所述螺纹2的间距C为D的2.3倍,所述螺杆本体1的直径与螺杆本体1的长度的比为28。
当挤出塑料为聚丙烯(PP)时,所述螺纹深度H1为H2 的1.5倍,所述螺纹2的间距C为D的2.0倍,所述螺杆本体1的直径与螺杆本体1的长度的比为25。
 根据塑料熔体的种类不同来确定螺纹2深度H1与H2的倍数和螺纹2的间距C与D的倍数以及螺杆本体1的直径与螺杆本体1的长度的比。来实现塑料熔体在挤出时的塑化均匀与挤出压力的恒定,使挤出压力更加均匀、塑化效果更佳。避免了现有的技术造成的螺杆塑化不均,熔体有黑点,和挤出压力有波动的缺陷,也减少了制作螺杆的材料,使得螺杆制作更加容易,节约钢材,减少免了现有的技术造成的螺杆塑化不均,熔体有黑点,和挤出压力有波动的缺陷加热能源。从而使大直径大长径比螺杆制作变为现实,不再使用超长超大的加工机床。可以制作出超大产量挤出机,挤出效果还明显高于现有技术。

1.一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆,其特征在于:包括螺杆本体(1),所述螺杆本体(1)上安装有安装头(3),所述螺杆本体(1)上开设有螺纹(2),所述的螺纹(2)深度从H1渐变至H2,其中H1为H2 的1.5~2倍,所述螺纹(2)的间距从C渐变至D,所述螺纹(2)的间距C为D的2~2.5倍。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种渐变螺距式塑料挤出螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆本体(1)的直径与螺杆本体(1)的长度的比为1:25~1:35。
