一种红外聚焦焊接光伏电池片装置,由导轨、红外灯安装板、红外灯、丝网架、两个抽风管、焊接平台和导轨支架组成,主要用于焊接太阳能电池片,其工作流程为,红外灯首先处于等待工位,电池片进入焊接区域后,导轨驱动红外灯下降,红外灯抵住丝网架后带动丝网架继续下降,直至红外灯到达焊接工位,启动红外灯管和抽风管,完成焊接,最后关闭红外灯管和抽风管,红外灯上升回等待工位,焊接过程快速高效,另外,装置带有维修工位,方便设备维护和保养。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种红外聚焦焊接光伏电池片装置,该装置采用红外线焊接技术,焊接面覆盖整个电池片,范围广、焊接效率高,该装置同时带有三工位升降系统,除用于焊接的两个工位外,多加一个维修工位,方便用户后期维护和保养。
背景技术
焊接机构是电池片串焊机中非常重要的一个部分,对成品电池串的质量和效果起着至关重要的作用,传统电池片焊接多采用接触式热焊接,由于电池片受热不均产生的碎裂经常出现,因此提供一种红外聚焦焊接光伏电池片装。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种红外聚焦焊接光伏电池片装置,由导轨、红外灯安装板、红外灯、丝网架、两个抽风管、焊接平台和导轨支架组成,主要用于焊接太阳能电池片,其工作流程为,红外灯首先处于等待工位,电池片进入焊接区域后,导轨驱动红外灯下降,红外灯抵住丝网架后带动丝网架继续下降,直至红外灯到达焊接工位,启动红外灯管和抽风管,完成焊接,最后关闭红外灯管和抽风管,红外灯上升回等待工位。
本发明的技术方案是:一种红外聚焦焊接光伏电池片装置,导轨(1)竖直方向固定在导轨支架(7)上,红外灯安装板(2)固定在导轨(1)的滑块上,红外灯(3)固定在红外灯安装板(2)正下方,丝网架(4)固定在焊接平台(6)上方,由四个弹簧支撑,抽风管(5)固定在红外灯(3)两侧。
导轨上装有三个位置感应器,分别对应等待工位、焊接工位,以及维修工位,装置工作流程为,红外灯首先处于等待工位,电池片进入焊接区域后,导轨驱动红外灯下降,红外灯抵住丝网架后带动丝网架继续下降,直至红外灯到达焊接工位,启动红外灯管和抽风管,完成焊接,最后关闭红外灯管和抽风管,红外灯上升回等待工位;另外,所述维修工位位于三个工位的最上方,装置保养或维护期间红外灯处于维修工位。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明装置滑块采用高速模组,整个焊接过程快速高效。
2.本发明装置才用三工位模式,方便设备维护和保养。

图1为本发明装置结构示意图,由导轨(1)、红外灯安装板(2)、红外灯(3)、丝网架(4)、两个抽风管(5)、焊接平台(6)和导轨支架(7)组成;导轨(1)竖直方向固定在导轨支架(7)上,红外灯安装板(2)固定在导轨(1)的滑块上,红外灯(3)固定在红外灯安装板(2)正下方,丝网架(4)固定在焊接平台(6)上方,由四个弹簧支撑,抽风管(5)固定在红外灯(3)两侧。

1.一种红外聚焦焊接光伏电池片装置,由导轨(1)、红外灯安装板(2)、红外灯(3)、丝网架(4)、两个抽风管(5)、焊接平台(6)和导轨支架(7)组成;导轨(1)竖直方向固定在导轨支架(7)上,红外灯安装板(2)固定在导轨(1)的滑块上,红外灯(3)固定在红外灯安装板(2)正下方,丝网架(4)固定在焊接平台(6)上方,由四个弹簧支撑,抽风管(5)固定在红外灯(3)两侧。
