Abstract

Description

钻孔工具
本发明涉及一种石料钻头,其上设有夹紧杆、钻头尖端及设于夹紧杆与钻头尖端之间并在长度方向上呈螺旋线状延伸的排屑沟槽,而且在排屑沟槽之间保留的脊背部上各与排屑沟槽邻接的导屑部之间设有辅助沟槽。
所涉及的这种石料钻头,用来在岩石、混凝土、墙砌体等上钻孔。大多数情况下,这种石料钻头由驱动装置使之作旋转运动和冲击运动。这两种运动使钻孔得以进行下去。就常规的石料钻头而言,石料钻头与石料间的摩擦,对钻头的钻进产生不利影响,这是由于此种摩擦消耗掉驱动装置所输出的大部分功率。
为在相当程度上克服上述摩擦,已知的石料钻头至少有两道呈螺旋线状延伸的排屑沟槽,这两道排屑沟槽之间形成脊背部。由于此脊背部因材料强度的缘故而必须有一定宽度,故而与石料的贴合面相当大,这就相应导致摩擦也大。这种摩擦还由于钻下来的粉屑而进一步增大,钻下来的粉屑虽能从脊背部与石料之间进入排屑沟槽,但会堵塞排屑沟槽而进一步增加摩擦,或者甚而会夹住石料钻头。
由美国专利US-PS2,370,706已知一种用来克服上述缺点的石料钻头,它有两道排屑沟槽,而且在这两道排屑沟槽之间的脊背部上各增设一道辅助沟槽。这道应使脊背部上导致摩擦的面积减小的辅助沟槽呈平坦拱形。基于这种平坦拱形,有必要对脊背部的宽度进行选择,以达到足以减小摩擦面积的目的。但是,这个需特别选择的脊背部宽度导致这样的缺点:必须将排屑沟槽的宽度选择得比脊背部宽度小。这种相对小的排屑沟槽宽度,只能为排出钻孔粉屑提供很小的空间,故而在这种已知钻头的情况下,会因排屑能力不足而产生功率消耗。
当在潮湿的岩石、混凝土、墙砌体等上钻孔时,或当在可能有的情况下,在钻孔过程中对加工部位供给冷却剂时,这种已知钻头的排屑就还有特别令人感到不足之处。如果钻屑塞到向钻头范围形成得相当平坦的辅助沟槽中,就会互相夹住,以致钻孔过程因进一步的功率下降而受阻。此外,排屑沟槽宽度小,还引起排屑不畅,使钻孔过程中断,从而增加时间上的浪费。
本发明赖以为基础的任务是提供一种由于排屑通畅和摩擦损耗小而以高效率为特点的石料钻头。
根据本发明,此任务可使垂直于斜坡(Nei-gung)测得的排屑沟槽宽度相当于垂直于斜坡测得的包括辅助沟槽和包括两道导屑部的脊背部宽度之和的1.4-2.5倍并且垂直于斜坡延伸的辅助沟槽的横截面基本上呈半圆形来实现。
较大的排屑沟槽宽会产生这样的可能性:一方面可排出更大量的钻屑,另一方面可减小与所钻孔的内壁接触的脊背部面积,从而总起来使钻孔效率提高。
相宜的是,垂直于斜角测得的辅助沟槽宽度是垂直于斜角测得的一道导屑部宽度的0.5-2.5倍。视待加工岩石、混凝土、墙砌体等的特性而定,导屑部的宽度可增大,而辅助沟槽的宽度可减小。举例来说,在硬材料的情况下,导屑部的宽度可窄些,而辅助沟槽可宽些。
诸辅助沟槽首先起着减小脊背部面积的作用。它们同样也可用来排出那些到达脊背部上钻孔内壁之间的粉屑。因此,石料钻头不会被夹住,从而可进一步提高石料钻头的功效。在本发明中,相宜的是,径向测得的辅助沟槽深度为排屑沟槽深度的0.2-0.5倍。
如果垂直于斜坡延伸的辅助沟槽横截面优选基本上是呈半圆形,则尤其在排除潮湿岩石、混凝土、墙砌体等时,可阻止钻孔粉屑被夹在辅助沟槽范围内。
如果垂直于斜坡延伸的排屑沟槽横截面相宜地基本上对称,从中间起平坦向上并陡峭地升到导屑部去,就能借助排屑沟槽使排除钻孔粉屑有可能完全正常地进行。这种适宜的排屑沟槽横截面使接纳较大量的钻孔粉屑和非常通畅地传送钻孔粉屑成为可能。
下面根据附图来更详细地阐明本发明,附图中描绘了一个实施例。附图示出:

按图1及图2所示的石料钻头具有一根夹紧杆1和一个钻头尖端部2,该尖端上载有一块硬质金属切削板2a。在钻头尖端部2与夹紧杆1之间,该石料钻头具有呈螺旋线状延伸的排屑沟槽3,4,并在位于这两道排屑沟槽之间的脊背部范围具有同样呈螺旋线状延伸的辅助沟槽5、6。排屑沟槽3、4与辅助沟槽5、6被导屑部7、8、9、10相互隔开。
垂直于倾角为α的斜坡测得的排屑沟槽3、4的宽度BH是垂直于倾角为α的斜坡测得的辅助沟槽5、6与包括两个导屑部7、8、9、10的脊背部R的宽度BG的1.4-2.5倍。垂直于斜坡测得的辅助沟槽5、6的宽度BN,是垂直于斜坡测得的导屑部7、8、9、10的宽度BF的0.5-2.5倍。辅助沟槽5、6的深度TN是排屑沟槽3、4深度的0.2-0.5倍。
垂直于倾角为α的斜坡延伸的辅助沟槽5、6的横截面基本上呈半圆形。
垂直于斜坡延伸的排屑沟槽3、4的横截面对称向上,从排屑沟槽3、4中间起平坦向上,并在到达导屑部7、8、9、10处陡峭上升。
装在钻头尖端2的硬质切削金属板2a在径向上突出于由脊背部上导屑部7、8、9、10形成的直径。

Claims (4)

1.一种石料钻头,它具有夹紧杆(1)、钻头尖端(2)及在轴向上设在夹紧杆与钻头尖端之间并呈螺旋线状延伸的排屑沟槽(3、4),其中保留在排屑沟槽(3、4)之间的脊背部(R)在各邻接排屑沟槽(3、4)的导屑部(7、8、9、10)之间设有辅助沟槽(5、6),其特征在于,垂直于倾角为(α)的斜坡测得的排屑沟槽(3、4)的宽度(BH)是垂直于倾角为(α)的斜坡测得的包括辅助沟槽(5、6)和两道导屑部(7、8、9、10)的脊背部(R)宽度(BG)的1.4-2.5倍,且垂直于倾角为(α)的斜坡延伸的辅助沟槽(5、6)的横截面基本上呈半圆形。
2.如权利要求1所述的石料钻头,其特征在于,垂直于倾角为(α)的斜坡测得的辅助沟槽(5、6)的宽度(BN)是垂直于倾角为(α)的斜坡测得的导屑部(7、8、9、10)宽度(BF)的0.5-2.5倍。
3.如权利要求1所述的石料钻头,其特征在于,辅助沟槽(5、6)的深度(TN)是排屑沟槽(3、4)深度(TH)的0.2-0.5倍。
4.如权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的石料钻头,其特征在于,垂直于倾角为(α)的斜坡延伸的排屑沟槽(3、4)的横截面基本上对称,并从中间起平坦地并向导屑部(7、8、9、10)陡峭地上升。
