Abstract

本发明公开了一种防漏液电池盒,包括长方体型盒体与上盖,盒体两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部,所述上盖包括第一盖体与第二盖体,第一盖体与第二盖体的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部对应的盖侧壁折弯部,两个盒侧壁折弯部与两个盖侧壁折弯部相互卡合,第一盖体与第二盖体的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部,两个盖顶壁折弯部相互卡合,本发明通过弹簧将第一盖体与第二盖体以及盒体与上盖卡的更紧,保证了密封性,防止漏液。

一种防漏液电池盒
技术领域
本发明涉及电池盒技术领域,尤其涉及一种防漏液电池盒。
背景技术
通常,一些低压直流电器设备都依赖电池供电,然而由于设备所使用的环境各不相同,有可能在比较潮湿的环境下使用,一旦电池受潮有可能损坏漏液,漏液将进一步损坏设备的电子元件,那么如何采用简单的结构保证电池的防潮就成为了电池盒设计迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
       为了解决现上述问题,本发明提供一种防漏液电池盒,大幅提高了电池盒的密封性,防止了电池漏液。
      本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
      一种防漏液电池盒,包括长方体型盒体与上盖,盒体两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部,所述上盖包括第一盖体与第二盖体,第一盖体与第二盖体的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部对应的盖侧壁折弯部,两个盒侧壁折弯部与两个盖侧壁折弯部相互卡合,第一盖体与第二盖体的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部,两个盖顶壁折弯部相互卡合,第一盖体的顶壁内端设有暗槽,暗槽内设有第一弹簧,第一弹簧的一端与暗槽底部连接,另一端与弹片的底端连接,弹片的另一端抵在第二盖体侧壁上端内侧,第二盖体侧壁高度超过其顶壁高度,盒体内还设有托槽,托槽内设有第二弹簧,第二弹簧下端与托槽底部连接,上端与顶托的底部连接,顶托上端抵在上盖上。
   优选地,顶托上端还设有橡胶垫。
   优选地,盒侧壁折弯部、盖侧壁折弯部以及盖顶壁折弯部均为楔形。
优选地,盒侧壁折弯部、盖侧壁折弯部以及盖顶壁折弯部的接触面均涂油橡胶层。
优选地,所述第二盖体的上表面还设有拨块。
优选地,所述第一弹簧与第二弹簧均采用不锈钢材质。
      本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过第一弹簧与第二弹簧的作用使第一盖体与第二盖体以及上盖与盒体之间将卡合的更紧,保证了密封性,防止了电池受潮漏液损害设备元器件。

为了进一步描述本发明的技术特点和效果,以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述。
参照图1-图3,一种防漏液电池盒, 包括长方体型盒体1与上盖2,盒体1两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部11,所述上盖2包括第一盖体21与第二盖体22,第一盖体21与第二盖体22的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部11对应的盖侧壁折弯部23,两个盒侧壁折弯部11与两个盖侧壁折弯部23相互卡合,第一盖体21与第二盖体22的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部24,两个盖顶壁折弯部24相互卡合,第一盖体21的顶壁内端设有暗槽,暗槽内设有第一弹簧4,第一弹簧4的一端与暗槽底部连接,另一端与弹片5的底端连接,弹片5的另一端抵在第二盖体22侧壁上端内侧,第二盖体22侧壁高度超过其顶壁高度,盒体1内还设有托槽6,托槽6内设有第二弹簧7,第二弹簧7下端与托槽6底部连接,上端与顶托3的底部连接,顶托3上端抵在上盖2上。
为了保证上盖与盒体闭合的稳定性,顶托8上端还设有橡胶垫81。
进一步的,盒侧壁折弯部11、盖侧壁折弯部23以及盖顶壁折弯部24均为楔形。
为了进一步保证密封性,盒侧壁折弯部23、盖侧壁折弯部23以及盖顶壁折弯部24的接触面均涂油橡胶层。
进一步的,所述第二盖体22的上表面还设有拨块9。
为了方便打开电池盒,所述第一弹簧4与第二弹簧7均采用不锈钢材质。
本发明的上盖2与合体1均采用弹性塑料件,使用时,向下按住上盖2将第二弹簧7下,并拨动拨快9,然后将上盖2的两个侧壁相外稍微掰开少许,打开电池盒,将电池放入后,再将上盖2和盒体1卡合,在第一弹簧4与第二弹簧7的作用下第一盖体21与第二盖体22以及上盖2与盒体之间将卡合的更紧,保证了密封性。

1.一种防漏液电池盒,其特征在于:包括长方体型盒体(1)与上盖(2),盒体(1)两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部(11),所述上盖(2)包括第一盖体(21)与第二盖体(22),第一盖体(21)与第二盖体(22)的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部(11)对应的盖侧壁折弯部(23),两个盒侧壁折弯部(11)与两个盖侧壁折弯部(23)相互卡合,第一盖体(21)与第二盖体(22)的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部(24),两个盖顶壁折弯部(24)相互卡合,第一盖体(21)的顶壁内端设有暗槽,暗槽内设有第一弹簧(4),第一弹簧(4)的一端与暗槽底部连接,另一端与弹片(5)的底端连接,弹片(5)的另一端抵在第二盖体(22)侧壁上端内侧,第二盖体(22)侧壁高度超过其顶壁高度,盒体(1)内还设有托槽(6),托槽(6)内设有第二弹簧(7),第二弹簧(7)下端与托槽(6)底部连接,上端与顶托(3)的底部连接,顶托(3)上端抵在上盖(2)上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏液电池盒,其特征在于:顶托(8)上端还设有橡胶垫(81)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏液电池盒,其特征在于:盒侧壁折弯部(11)、盖侧壁折弯部(23)以及盖顶壁折弯部(24)均为楔形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏液电池盒,其特征在于:盒侧壁折弯部(23)、盖侧壁折弯部(23)以及盖顶壁折弯部(24)的接触面均涂油橡胶层。
5.根据权利要求1述的一种防漏液电池盒,其特征在于:所述第二盖体(22)的上表面还设有拨块(9)。
