Abstract

一种机箱,包括一底座、安装于该底座中的风扇和一导风件,该底座包括一底板和垂直设于该底板的一侧的一侧板,风扇固定于该底板,进出风扇的风流方向平行于该侧板,该导风件包括滑动连接于该侧板的固定部和转动装设于该固定部的一导风部,该导风部能够相对该固定部转动以调节自风扇流出的风流的方向。该机箱的导风件能够滑动装设于一侧板,该导风件的导风部可以转动,方便根据实际需要调节导风部的位置和角度。

本发明涉及一种机箱。
背景技术
现有导风件通常是一体成型,当机箱内的发热元件的位置发生改变时,必须更换对应的导风件来改变风流的方向并引导风流对这些发热元件进行散热,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种可调节风流方向的导风件的机箱。
一种机箱,包括一底座、安装于该底座中的风扇和一导风件,该底座包括一底板和垂直设于该底板的一侧的一侧板,风扇固定于该底板,进出风扇的风流方向平行于该侧板,该导风件包括滑动连接于该侧板的固定部和转动装设于该固定部的一导风部,该导风部能够相对该固定部转动以调节自风扇流出的风流的方向。
相较现有技术,该机箱的导风件能够滑动装设于侧板,该导风件的导风部可以转动,可根据实际需要调节导风部角度来调节自风扇流出的风流的方向。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3,本发明机箱包括一底座10、一顶板20、两导风件30及若干风扇16。
该底座10包括一底板12和分别垂直设于该底板12的两侧的两侧板14。这些风扇16沿垂直该两侧板14的方向排列于底板12,进出这些风扇16的风流方向平行于侧板14。每一侧板14的顶端向内弯折形成一折边140。该折边140端末端再向下弯折形成一延伸片141。该折边140、该延伸片141和该侧板14之间形成一滑槽142。
请参照图4,每一导风件30包括一方形的导风部32和一方形的固定部34。该导风部32的一侧的上部和下部分别凸设一凸片320。该两凸片320的内侧对应地分别凸设一凸柱322。该固定部34的一侧沿纵向凸设一枢接轴340。该枢接轴340于上下两端分别开设一固定孔342。该固定部34于顶缘和底缘分别设有呈波浪形的弹片344。
组装时,该导风部32的两凸柱322分别卡入该固定部34的固定孔342,将该导风部32能够转动地装设于该固定部34。
请参照图1和图5,使用时,每一导风件30的固定部34自该底座10的一滑槽142的一端滑入该滑槽142。该固定部34的两弹片344分别弹性变形地抵顶于对应的折边140的内侧和该底板12,从而将该导风件30滑动装设于该底座10。
转动导风件30的导风部32,使得该导风部32相对这些风扇16的出风方向的角度可调,从而调节自风扇16流出的风流的方向。导风部32通过摩擦力定位于固定部32。
之后将该顶板20装设于该底座10,该顶板20的底面抵接该两折边140的顶面。

Claims (6)

1.一种机箱,包括一底座、安装于该底座中的风扇和一导风件,该底座包括一底板和垂直设于该底板的一侧的一侧板,风扇固定于该底板,进出风扇的风流方向平行于该侧板,该导风件包括滑动连接于该侧板的固定部和转动装设于该固定部的一导风部,该导风部能够相对该固定部转动以调节自风扇流出的风流的方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:导风部于一侧凸设一枢接轴,枢接轴于两端分别开设一固定孔,固定部于一侧凸设两凸片,该两凸片凸设能够转动地插入对应的固定孔的两凸柱。
3.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:侧板向内弯折形成一折边,该折边向底板的方向弯折形成一延伸片,该侧板与该折边和延伸片之间形成一滑槽,该导风件的固定部滑动地装设于该滑槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的机箱,其特征在于:该固定部的顶缘凸设一弹性变形地抵顶折边的内侧的弹片。
5.如权利要求3所述的机箱,其特征在于:该固定部的底缘凸设一弹性变形地抵顶该底板的弹片。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的机箱,其特征在于:该弹片呈波浪形。
