水是生命之源,目前市售阀门无自动关闭功能,起不到漏水保护作用,本发明响应国家号召,安装在水路的总端起自动关闭作用,节约用水,保护财产。本发明的工作程序是:1.水流通过阀门(漏水或用水),2.水流推动磁性梭芯上行使单簧管闭合导通市电,3.时间继电器得电开始计时,当时间达到预设时间段,继电器导通,4.变速电机得电,齿轮运转扭动阀门轴组关闭阀门,5.大齿轮触点触动微动开关,电机失电停止,6.此时阀门完全关闭无水通过,磁性梭芯在重力作用下下行,单簧管失磁分离断开市电,时间继电器失电时间归零,完成一个工作周期,排除问题后手动打开阀门。

技术领域:本发明是一种由时间控制可自动关闭的新型节水阀门,电动关闭手动打开,特别适用于小户型自来水的水路总控制,当水路有水流通过(漏水、突然爆裂、用水),本新型阀门会在时段内自动关闭,灵敏度高,节水节电,有水通过就用电,水停止则不用电. 
背景技术:水是生命之源,目前市售阀门无自动关闭功能,起不到漏水保护作用,本发明响应国家号召,安装在水路的总端起自动关闭作用,节约用水,保护财产. 
发明内容:本发明是一种由时间控制可自动关闭的新型阀门,电压220-240V,最大功率6-10W,出水口向上安装;本发明由阀门主体、梭套、梭芯、丝套、阀门轴组、面板盒、底盖、大齿轮、小齿轮、时间继电器、变速电机、单簧管、电路板、微动开关,压缩弹簧、密封圈、压圈螺丝、磁铁、热熔胶、带垫螺丝、自攻螺钉、螺母、垫圈,带插头电线、短电线,胶水(阀门为PVC材料才需要)组合而成,时间继电器的时段可以跟据实际情况调整,本发明精度很高,微小水流通过都能感应到,有水流通过阀门立即工作,无水流则停止;本发明的工作程序是:1.水流通过阀门(漏水或用水),2.水流推动磁性梭芯上行使单簧管闭合导通市电,3.时间继电器得电开始计时,当时间达到预设时间段,继电器导通,4.变速电机得电,齿轮运转扭动阀门轴组关闭阀门,5.大齿轮触点触动微动开关,电机失电停止,6.此时阀门完全关闭无水通过,磁性梭芯在重力作用下下行,单簧管失磁分离断开市电,时间继电器失电时间归零,完成一个工作周期;本发明有水通过才用电,水止则不用电,微动开关和小齿轮都隐藏在大齿轮下,整阀更美观.

具体实施方式:本发明可以用国标PVC材料、PPR材料、金属材料制造,丝牙均为标准丝,整件组装步骤:1.将磁铁装进梭芯(图2)内,再将梭芯装进梭套(图2),2.将梭套梭芯拧入阀门主件(图1)内,3.将丝套(图3)与阀门主体紧密连接(PVC材料用胶水,PPR材料热熔接,金属材料需刻丝配油封),4.将阀门轴组(图4)插入阀门主体,5.套好油封,6拧紧压圈螺丝(图9),7.将时间继电器、变速电机(可改变接线法改变转向)、微动开关用自攻螺钉和热熔胶安装在面板盒(图5)内,8将面板盒用自攻螺钉安装在阀门主体上,9.在电机上用带垫螺丝和压缩弹簧安装小齿轮(图8),10.在阀门轴组上用螺母和垫圈安装大齿轮(图7),11.将单簧管焊接于电路板(图10),12.用自攻螺钉将电路板安装在阀门主体上,13.焊接电路(图11),14.安装底盖(图6),组装完成,组装步骤可以在实际工作中作以调整,小齿轮为单向主动设计,时间继电器、变速电机、单簧管、微动开关、压缩弹簧、密封圈、磁铁、热熔胶、自攻螺钉、带垫螺丝、垫圈、带插头电线,短电线、胶水等可市购也可定做。 

Claims (15)

1.本发明是一种由时间控制可自动关闭的新型节水阀门,电动关闭手动打开,特别适用于小户型自来水的水路总控制,当水路有水流通过(漏水、突然爆裂、用水),本新型阀门会在时段内自动关闭,灵敏度高,节水节电,有水通过就用电,水停止则不用电。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型节水阀门,电压220-240V,最大功率6-10W,出水口向上安装;本发明由阀门主体、梭套、梭芯、丝套、阀门轴组、面板盒、底盖、大齿轮、小齿轮、时间继电器、变速电机、单簧管、电路板、微动开关,压缩弹簧、密封圈、压圈螺丝、磁铁、热熔胶、带垫螺丝、自攻螺钉、螺母、垫圈,带插头电线、短电线,胶水(阀门为PVC材料才需要)组合而成,时间继电器的时段可以跟据实际情况调整,本发明精度很高,微小水流通过都能感应到,有水流通过阀门立即工作,无水流则停止。 
3.权利要求1所述的新型节水阀门,可以用国标PVC材料、PPR材料、金属材料制造,丝牙均为标准丝。 
4.本新型阀门的配套变速电机可用改变接线法改变其转向,选择正确转向,电压220-240V,功率6-10W。 
5.本新型阀门的丝套与阀门主体必须紧密连接(PVC材料用胶水,PPR材料热熔接,金属材料需刻丝配油封)。 
6.在电机上用带垫螺丝和压缩弹簧安装小齿轮,注意电机转向与齿轮所需转向一致,小齿轮和微型开关都隐藏在大齿轮下,大齿轮外周围有细齿用于增加手动摩擦。 
7.小齿轮为单向主动设计,一向机动,反向手动,作用是手动开阀时更轻松。 
8.组装步骤可以在实际工作中作以调整。 
9.时间继电器、变速电机、单簧管、微动开关、压缩弹簧、密封件、磁铁、热熔胶、自攻螺钉、带垫螺丝、垫圈、带插头电线,短电线、胶水等可市购也可定做。 
10.新型节水阀门两端接口分内牙和外牙两种,丝牙为标准丝。 
11.梭芯内磁铁必须磁力强劲,能够吸合常开单簧管。 
12.新型节水阀的阀门轴组与阀门主体、压圈螺丝之间用油封精准配合,要求阀门轴旋转1500次无漏水,阀门轴从“开”旋转至“关”的角度为88-92度。 
13.为了节约用水,希望本新型节水阀能像漏电保护开关一样强制使用。 
14.本发明还可以在小型油管油路中使用。 
15.生产工艺和质量要求参照现有标准。
