本发明涉及一种焊接平台,具体的说是一种钢带增强螺旋波纹管生产中的钢带焊接平台。该焊接平台包括机架、设置在机架上的台面,设置在台面两端的端部固定夹紧机构,设置在台面中部的中间焊接夹紧机构,设置在台面上中间焊接夹紧机构和端部固定夹紧机构之间的归位校正机构,本发明是一种结构简单合理,对齐、校正简单方便,焊接后的钢板的接缝平整,能够满足后续加工的工艺要求,劳动强度小,焊接效率高的钢带焊接平台。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接平台,具体的说是一种用于钢带增强螺旋波纹管生产中钢带原料的焊接平台。
背景技术
钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管是一种以高密度聚乙烯(PE)为基体(内外层)与表面涂敷粘接树脂钢带复合的缠绕结构壁管,该螺旋波纹管广泛适用于市政、工业、农业和交通工程建设等使用的各种排水和排污系统。
钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管管壁结构由三层构成:内层是一个连续实壁PE内层管,内层管外缠绕有环形波状钢带增强体,在波状钢带增强体外复合有聚乙烯的外层,从而复合成整体的螺旋波纹管;作为螺旋波纹管的主要原料钢带原料是成卷的结构,连续生产时需要将每卷钢带首尾相接,现有的连接方法是采用人工焊接的方式实现,存在很多的缺点和不足,具体表现在:①、焊接时需要人工对齐、校正,由于钢板卷曲后对齐和校对困难,存在很大的误差,导致焊接后钢板的接缝不整齐,钢带两侧不成直线,设备无法通过,无法达到生产工艺的要求。②、焊接效率低,劳动强度大,严重影响钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种结构简单合理,对齐、校正简单方便,焊接后的钢板的接缝平整,能够满足后续加工的工艺要求,劳动强度小,焊接效率高的钢带焊接平台。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,该焊接平台包括机架、设置在机架上的台面,设置在台面两端的端部固定夹紧机构,设置在台面中部的中间焊接夹紧机构,设置在台面上中间焊接夹紧机构和端部固定夹紧机构之间的归位校正机构,所述的端部固定夹紧机构和中间焊接夹紧机构由压杆,连接在压杆下面的汽缸连动架,设置在汽缸连动架上的汽缸构成;所述的归位校正机构由归位推杆,倾斜连接在归位推杆下端的归位夹紧踏板,设置在归位推杆和归位夹紧踏板连接部位的铰接轴,设置在归位推杆上的回位机构。
所述的汽缸连动架穿过台面上的圆孔与压杆连接,归位推杆穿过台面上的长形回位孔被设置在台面上。
所述的台面上还设置有多个呈直线排列的限位杆。
本发明由于采用上述结构实现了钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管生产中钢带材料的完全对齐、校正焊接,能够满足后续加工的工艺要求,劳动强度小,焊接质量高,本发明还具有结构简单合理,操作简单方便等优点。

具体实施方式
由附图1所示:该焊接平台包括机架1、设置在机架1上的台面2,设置在台面2两端的端部固定夹紧机构3,设置在台面2中部的中间焊接夹紧机构4,设置在台面2上中间焊接夹紧机构4和端部固定夹紧机构3之间的归位校正机构5,所述的端部固定夹紧机构3和中间焊接夹紧机构4由压杆6,连接在压杆6下面的汽缸连动架7,设置在汽缸连动架7上的汽缸8构成;所述的归位校正机构5由归位推杆9,倾斜连接在归位推杆9下端的归位夹紧踏板10,设置在归位推杆9和归位夹紧踏板10连接部位的铰接轴11,设置在归位推杆9上的回位机构12。
所述的汽缸连动架7穿过台面2上的圆孔与压杆6连接,归位推杆9穿过台面2上的长形回位孔13被设置在台面2上。
所述的台面2上还设置有多个呈直线排列的限位杆14。
所述的台面2上限位杆14的周围还开有多个限位杆安装孔16,以便根据不同钢带尺寸的大小调整限位杆14的安装位置。
工作原理:分别将两个钢带卷打开,将连接端分别由焊接平台台面2的两端插入,通过踩踏两个归位夹紧踏板10带动归位推杆9移动将钢带15完全靠紧限位杆14归位,然后启动端部固定夹紧机构3和中间焊接夹紧机构4上的汽缸8使得压杆6压紧台面2上的钢带15,在调整好两个钢带15的焊接部位间隙后就可以实施焊接。
在调整好两个钢带15的夹紧和归为后松开两个归位夹紧踏板10,归位推杆9会在回位机构12的带动下自动回位。

1.一种钢带增强螺旋波纹管生产中的钢带焊接平台,其特征在于:该焊接平台包括机架、设置在机架上的台面,设置在台面两端的端部固定夹紧机构,设置在台面中部的中间焊接夹紧机构,设置在台面上中间焊接夹紧机构和端部固定夹紧机构之间的归位校正机构,所述的端部固定夹紧机构和中间焊接夹紧机构由压杆,连接在压杆下面的汽缸连动架,设置在汽缸连动架上的汽缸构成;所述的归位校正机构由归位推杆,倾斜连接在归位推杆下端的归位夹紧踏板,设置在归位推杆和归位夹紧踏板连接部位的铰接轴,设置在归位推杆上的回位机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢带增强螺旋波纹管生产中的钢带焊接平台,其特征在于:所述的汽缸连动架穿过台面上的圆孔与压杆连接,归位推杆穿过台面上的长形回位孔被设置在台面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢带增强螺旋波纹管生产中的钢带焊接平台,其特征在于:所述的台面上还设置有多个呈直线排列的限位杆,所述每个限位杆的周围台面上还开有多个限位杆安装孔。
