技术领域
本发明涉及全铝热交换器,尤其涉及一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料
背景技术
传统的这些用到手工铝钎焊采用铝焊丝和和钎剂配合使用,但钎剂有很强的腐蚀性,在焊接时由于钎焊焊料的熔点接近母材的熔点,焊接不良比例很高,钎焊时腐蚀性钎剂易流入工件内部造成二次腐蚀破坏,另外这种方式焊接由于钎剂与钎料是分开的,对焊工的水平要求高,自动化不易实现,生产成本高。
发明内容
为了克服上述上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料。
本发明的方案如下:一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料,它是由钎料和钎剂构成,所述钎料内部设有通孔;所述钎剂放置在钎料通孔处;所述钎剂设置在钎料中的横截面呈圆形;所述钎剂是由氟化锡和氟化锌两种化合物组成;所述钎焊时温度为600°~630°;所述钎料通孔的半径小于钎料的半径。综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有作业效率高、焊接优良率高和生产成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料,其内部设有通孔3,将传统的钎剂1填入钎料2的内部生成自钎焊料料,在实际焊接时不用再边抹钎剂1边加热钎焊,同时也将钎料2的熔点温度降到母材的熔点630度左右,这样在实际钎焊时易于操作,降低对工人的熟练程度依赖,解决了传统的工件内部易流入钎剂腐蚀,焊接不良率高,自动化程度低,作业效率低,生产成本高等缺陷。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料,其特征在于:所述钎剂设置在钎料中的横截面呈圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料,其特征在于:所述钎剂是由氟化锡和氟化锌两种化合物组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料,其特征在于:所述钎焊时温度为600°~630°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀自钎焊铝焊料,其特征在于:所述钎料通孔的半径小于钎料的半径。
