本发明涉及一种钎焊用钎剂,尤其是一种6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂。其化学组成成分包括:氟化铝(AlF3)、氟化钾(KF)、溴化钾(KBr)、氟化铯(CsF)。它熔点低,无腐蚀,成分配制简单方便,成本低,效率高;高温下,钎剂的润湿性和铺展性好,从而利于钎料的润湿和铺展,焊接的产品焊缝质量好、强度高,无虚焊、无钎料堆积,焊接后钎剂残留量少,而且残渣容易清洗干净,是一种低成本、高效率的6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊用钎剂,尤其是一种6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂。
背景技术
铝及铝合金制品以其低廉的价格和高的比刚度、比强度被广泛使用,6063铝合金是AL-Mg-Si系中具有中等强度的可热处理强化合金,以其良好的塑性、适中的热处理强度、良好的焊接性能以及阳极氧化处理后,表面华丽的色泽等诸多优点而被广泛应用于建筑型材、灌溉管材、供车辆、台架、家具、升降机、栅栏等用的管、棒、型材。然而由于铝合金熔点低,表面易形成一层致密氧化膜,其钎焊难度较大,因此铝及铝合金的钎焊一直是近年来材料钎焊中的难题,主要表现在焊接工艺、钎料及钎剂的选用等。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂,它熔点低,无腐蚀,而且焊缝质量好,焊后残留量少,成本低,效率高,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂,其特征在于:其原料包括以下化学成分,各组合成分按重量百分比(单位:wt%)依次为:
所述的氟化铝(AlF3)和氟化钾(KF)在高温下会反应生成四氟铝酸钾(KAlF4)和六氟铝酸钾(K3AlF6),其会在母材表面上形成一个不腐蚀、不吸潮的覆层,能有效阻止母材表面被氧化,提高了母材的化学稳定性;所述氟化铝(AlF3、氟化钾(KF)、溴化钾(KBr)、氟化铯(CsF)对母材会有轻微腐蚀,从而形成沟槽,利于钎剂的润湿和铺展,钎剂在毛细作用下对焊缝进行填充,经冷却结晶形成焊缝;优选地,氟化铯(CsF)中Cs+离子的加入会促进钎剂对镁的氧化膜的去除。
本发明具有如下优点:熔点低,无腐蚀,成分配制简单方便,成本低,效率高;高温下,钎剂的润湿性和铺展性好,从而利于钎料的润湿和铺展,焊接的产品焊缝质量好、强度高,无虚焊、无钎料堆积,焊接后钎剂残留量少,而且残渣容易清洗干净,是一种低成本、高效率的6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂。

一种6063铝合金钎焊用钎剂,其特征在于:其原料包括以下化学成分,各组合成分按重量百分比(单位:wt%)依次为:
