本发明涉及一种钎焊用化学试剂,尤其是一种新型钎焊用钎剂。其化学组分包括:四氟铝酸钾与六氟铝酸钾共晶体、氟化锌、氟化铜、氟化锡、氟化镉。它熔点低,无腐蚀,成分价格低且配制简单,生产效率高,焊接使用范围广;使用时,钎剂的润湿性和铺展性良好,利于钎料的润湿和铺展,焊缝细,牢固美观,无虚焊、钎料堆积,焊后钎剂残余量少且焊渣易清洗,是一种成本低、实用价值高的新型钎剂。

本发明涉及一种钎焊用化学试剂,尤其是一种新型钎焊用钎剂。
背景技术
钎焊是用比母材熔点低的金属材料作为钎料,用液态钎料润湿母材和填充工件接口间隙并使其与母材相互扩散的焊接方法。钎焊变形小、接头光滑美观,适合于焊接精密、复杂和由不同材料组成的构件。钎剂是钎焊时使用的熔剂,它的作用是清除钎料和母材表面的氧化物,并保护焊件和液态钎料在钎焊过程中免于氧化,改善液态钎料对焊件的润湿性。对于大多数钎焊方法,钎剂是不可或缺的。

本发明旨在提供一种新型钎剂,它熔点低,无腐蚀,成分低,效率高,焊接使用范围广,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型钎剂,其特征在于,所述新型钎剂包括以下化学组分,各组合成分按重量百分比(单位:wt%)依次为:
四氟铝酸钾与六氟铝酸钾共晶体会在母材表面上形成一个不腐蚀、不吸潮的覆层,能有效阻止母材表面被氧化,提高了母材的化学稳定性;氟化锌、氟化铜、氟化锡、氟化镉对母材有轻微腐蚀,从而形成沟槽,利于钎剂的润湿和铺展,钎剂毛细作用下对焊缝进行填充,经冷却结晶形成焊缝。
本发明具有如下优点:熔点低,无腐蚀,成分价格低且配制简单,生产效率高,焊接使用范围广;使用时,钎剂的润湿性和铺展性良好,利于钎料的润湿和铺展,焊缝细,牢固美观,无虚焊、钎料堆积,焊后钎剂残余量少且焊渣易清洗,是一种成本低、实用价值高的新型钎剂。
