Abstract

本发明涉及一种钎焊用钎剂,尤其是一种散热器用无腐蚀钎剂。其组成成分包括:溴化铵、氯化锌、盐酸苯胺、三乙醇胺和水。它具有无污染、无腐蚀、成分配制简单、制造成本低的特点;焊接的产品焊缝细、强度高、无虚焊,焊接后钎剂残留量少,而且残渣容易清洗干净,是一种成本低、配制简单、实用价值高的铜散热器用无腐蚀钎剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊用钎剂,尤其是一种散热器用无腐蚀钎剂。
背景技术
铜散热器一直以其高的散热效率、良好的优越性以及可修复性仍被广泛用于要求高或特种车辆或工程机械中。但是,传统工艺生产铜散热器用的钎剂往往具有一定的腐蚀性,从而降低散热器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种散热器用无腐蚀钎剂,它克服了传统钎剂腐蚀基材,降低散热器的使用寿命的弊端,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种散热器用无腐蚀钎剂,其特征在于,所述无腐蚀钎剂各组合成分按重量百分比为:溴化铵1.5-5%、氯化锌1-3%、盐酸苯胺4-5.5%、三乙醇胺2-4%,余量为蒸馏水;所述无腐蚀钎剂会在母材表面上形成一个不腐蚀、不吸潮的覆盖层,有效阻止母材表面被氧化,提高了母材的化学稳定性,而且焊接过程中不会因温度过高产生对操作者身体造成伤害的气体;所述溴化铵、氯化锌对母材有轻微腐蚀,从而形成沟槽,利于钎剂的润湿和铺展,钎剂毛细作用下对焊缝进行填充,经冷却结晶形成焊缝。
本发明具有如下优点:无污染、无腐蚀、成分配制简单、制造成本低,焊接的产品焊缝细、强度高、无虚焊,焊接后钎剂残留量少,而且残渣容易清洗干净,是一种成本低、配制简单、实用价值高的铜散热器用无腐蚀钎剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种散热器用无腐蚀钎剂,其特征在于,所述无腐蚀钎剂各组合成分按重量百分比为:溴化铵1.5-5%、氯化锌1-3%、盐酸苯胺4-5.5%、三乙醇胺2-4%,余量为蒸馏水;所述无腐蚀钎剂会在母材表面上形成一个不腐蚀、不吸潮的覆盖层,有效阻止母材表面被氧化,提高了母材的化学稳定性,而且焊接过程中不会因温度过高产生对操作者身体造成伤害的气体;所述溴化铵、氯化锌对母材有轻微腐蚀,从而形成沟槽,利于钎剂的润湿和铺展,钎剂毛细作用下对焊缝进行填充,经冷却结晶形成焊缝。
