Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料，由锡、铅、锌、多孔石墨烯、铜、三乙酸铵、铝基粉末、氟化锌、四氢糖醇、氢化松香组成。将铜制成条状，将锡、铅、锌、多孔石墨烯、三乙酸铵、铝基粉末、氟化锌、四氢糖醇、氢化松香混合后凝固在条形的铜表面上。与现有技术相比，本发明采用铜为主要原料，并采用锡、铅、锌三种金属混合至多种助剂构成的助燃剂，使铜能够快速融化，提高焊接效率，具有推广使用的价值。

一种铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接技术，尤其涉及一种铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料。
背景技术
铝合金和钢的焊接由于熔化温度相差太多，而且所形成的合金很脆易裂，所以很难焊接。目前比较理想的有以下几种。1：摩擦焊，主要适合于轴状物。2：爆炸焊，主要适合于铝板与钢板的焊接。3：钎焊，主要是采用气焊火焰作为热源，熔化铅焊料来焊接的。现有技术中，钎焊的钎料焊接效率较低，本着精益求精的精神，需要不断的改进与创新。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
本发明由锡、铅、锌、多孔石墨烯、铜、三乙酸铵、铝基粉末、氟化锌、四氢糖醇、氢化松香组成。
具体地，按重量比，所述锡占10％、所述铅占10％、所述锌占10％、所述多孔石墨烯占2％、所述铜占50％、所述乙酸铵占1％、所述铝基粉末占5％、所述氟化锌占5％、所述四氢糖醇占2％、所述氢化松香占5％。
进一步，将铜制成条状，将锡、铅、锌、多孔石墨烯、三乙酸铵、铝基粉末、氟化锌、四氢糖醇、氢化松香混合后凝固在条形的铜表面上。
具体地，所述条状的铜的截面为三角形。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明是一种铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料，与现有技术相比，本发明采用铜为主要原料，并采用锡、铅、锌三种金属混合至多种助剂构成的助燃剂，使铜能够快速融化，提高焊接效率，具有推广使用的价值。

具体地，所述条状的铜的截面为三角形。

2.根据权利要求1所述的铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料，其特征在于：按重量比，所述锡占10％、所述铅占10％、所述锌占10％、所述多孔石墨烯占2％、所述铜占50％、所述乙酸铵占1％、所述铝基粉末占5％、所述氟化锌占5％、所述四氢糖醇占2％、所述氢化松香占5％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料，其特征在于：将铜制成条状，将锡、铅、锌、多孔石墨烯、三乙酸铵、铝基粉末、氟化锌、四氢糖醇、氢化松香混合后凝固在条形的铜表面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铝钢异种连接钎焊用钎料，其特征在于：所述条状的铜的截面为三角形。
