另外,阀块19容纳至少一个压力传感器20,借助于压力传感器,可通过测量来检测蓄压单元9的储存空间中存在的系统压力,以便根据这个系统压力控制泵送装置3的运行。优选地,阀块19容纳两个这种压力传感器20,它们冗余地检测蓄压单元9的储存空间中存在的系统压力。

另外,阀块19容纳温度传感器21,22,即与限压阀13相互作用的第一温度传感器22,以及与冲洗阀14相互作用的第二温度传感器21。
特别地,当限压阀13或冲洗阀14打开时,可通过与相应的阀13、14相互作用的温度传感器21、22检测相应的阀13、14的开度。
除了高压孔系统,阀块19包括低压孔系统,温度传感器21和22通过该低压孔系统在不进行管道连接的情况下联接到限压阀13和冲洗阀14,使得在低压区中,第一温度传感器22定位在限压阀13的下游不远处而第二温度传感器21定位在冲洗阀14的下游不远处。
低压孔系统与经历限压阀13和冲洗阀14的中间连接的高压孔系统分开。
低压孔系统包括用于限压阀13和冲洗阀14的燃料公共泄流道(drain)23,其通往燃料供应系统的低压区4。
另外,分配给蓄压单元9的阀块19容纳泄漏检测装置24,为此,除了高压孔系统和低压孔系统外,阀块19还包括泄漏孔系统,泄漏孔系统在不进行管道连接的情况下联接到泄漏检测装置24。
泄漏孔系统与低压孔系统和高压孔系统分开。
通过本发明,燃料供应系统(即大型柴油发动机或船舶柴油发动机的共轨燃料供应系统)的构造可显著简化。
因此,直接容纳限压阀13和冲洗阀14的阀块19可直接联接到蓄压单元9,即联接到蓄压单元的储存空间。因此,阀块19和蓄压单元9之间的高压管线以及通往阀13和14的高压管线可被省略。
另外,温度传感器21和22被集成到阀块19或直接由阀块容纳。因此,对温度传感器21和22输送燃料的燃料管线可被省略。
另外,通过泄漏检测装置进行的泄漏检测优选地集成在阀块19中。这保证燃料供应系统的设计结构的进一步简化。
本发明还涉及图2中所示的蓄压单元9、阀块19和阀门13和14的组件,其中所述组件优选还包含所述或各个压力传感器20、温度传感器21和22以及泄漏检测装置24。
通过本发明,实际中已知的燃料供应系统为了将限压阀13、冲洗阀14、所述或各个压力传感器20和温度传感器21、22联接到蓄压单元9所需要的很多管道连接可被省略。
实现这一点,是因为在直接对与上述组件相互作用的蓄压单元9起作用的阀块19中集成了多种功能,即阀13和14的功能、各个压力传感器20的功能、温度传感器21和22的功能,以及泄漏检测的功能。因此,不仅燃料供应系统中的密封点的数量被减少,燃料供应系统的额外构件或组件也更容易接近。

Claims (11)

1.一种燃料供应系统,特别是被设计成船舶柴油发动机的内燃机的共轨燃料供应系统,其具有低压区(4),所述低压区(4)具有泵送装置(3),以便将燃料从所述低压区(4)输送到高压区(6)中,其中,在所述泵送装置(3)和分配给气缸的喷射器(1)之间的高压区(6)中,提供了永久地处于高压下的蓄压系统(7),其包括经高压管线(10)联接的蓄压单元(9),其中所述蓄压系统(7)经同样永久地处于高压下的至少一个高压管线(10)连接到所述泵送装置(3),其中所述蓄压系统(7)经根据喷射循环而偶尔处于高压下的高压管线(11)连接到所述喷射器(1),并且其中限压阀(13)和冲洗阀(14)与所述蓄压系统(7)的蓄压单元(9)中的一个相互作用,其特征在于,对与所述限压阀(13)和所述冲洗阀(14)相互作用的蓄压单元(9)分配阀块(19),所述阀块(19)直接对所述蓄压单元(9)起作用并容纳所述限压阀(13)和所述冲洗阀(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述阀块(19)还容纳至少一个压力传感器(20),优选两个冗佘运行的压力传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述阀块(19)包括高压孔系统,所述蓄压单元(9)的存储空间通过所述高压孔系统在不进行管道连接的情况下联接到所述限压阀(13)、所述冲洗阀(14)和所述压力传感器(20)或各个压力传感器(20)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述阀块(19)容纳温度传感器(21,22),即与所述限压阀(13)相互作用的第一温度传感器(22)和与所述冲洗阀(14)相互作用的第二温度传感器(21)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述阀块(19)包括低压孔系统,所述温度传感器(21,22)通过所述低压孔系统在不进行管道连接的情况下联接到所述限压阀(13)和所述冲洗阀(14),使得在所述低压孔系统的区域中,所述第一温度传感器(22)定位在所述限压阀(13)的下游不远处而所述第二温度传感器(21)定位在所述冲洗阀(14)的下游不远处。
6.根据权利要求5所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,用于所述限压阀(13)和所述冲洗阀(14)的低压孔系统包括通往所述低压区(4)的公共泄流道(23)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述低压孔系统与经历所述限压阀(13)和所述冲洗阀(14)的中间连接的高压孔系统分开。
8.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述阀块(19)容纳泄漏检测装置(24)。
9.根据权利要求5所述的燃料供应系统,其特征在于,所述阀块(19)容纳泄漏孔系统,所述泄漏孔系统在不进行管道连接的情况下联接到所述泄漏检测装置(24),其中所述泄漏孔系统与所述低压孔系统和所述高压孔系统分开。
10.一种组件,包括燃料供应系统的蓄压系统(7)的蓄压单元(9)、限压阀(13)和冲洗阀(14),其中所述蓄压单元(9)可通过高压管线(10)联接到其它蓄压单元(9),其中所述蓄压单元(9)可通过另一个高压管线(10)联接到泵送装置(3),并且其中所述蓄压单元(9)可通过根据喷射循环而偶尔处于高压下的高压管线(11)联接到喷射器(1),其特征在于,对所述蓄压单元(9)分配阀块(19),所述阀块(19)直接对所述蓄压单元(9)起作用并容纳所述限压阀(13)和所述冲洗阀(14)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,具有根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的结构。
