接骨木,忍冬科接骨木属,拉丁学名Sambucus williamsii。接骨木别名戳树,蒴树,公道老树,舒筋树,木蒴藋(音zhuó),大叶蒴藋,续骨木,扦扦活,七叶金,铁骨散,透骨草,接骨丹,珊瑚配等。
接骨木为落叶灌木或小乔木,达4~8米。老枝有皮孔,枝心中空,髓腔淡黄棕色。奇数羽状复叶对生,叶光滑,小叶2~3对,有时仅1对或多达5对,托叶狭带形或退化成带蓝色的突起;侧生小叶片卵圆形、狭椭圆形至倒长圆状披针形,长5~15cm,宽1.2~7cm,先端尖,渐尖至尾尖,基部楔形形或圆形,边缘具不整齐锯齿,基部或中部以下具1至数枚腺齿,最下一对小叶有时具长0.5cm的柄,顶生小叶卵形或倒卵形,先端渐尖或尾尖,基部楔形,具长约2cm的柄,揉碎后有臭气。花与叶同出,圆锥聚伞花序顶生,伞房花序,花冠裂片5,雄蕊5,与花冠近等长,长5~11cm,宽4~14cm;具总花梗,花序分枝多成直角开展;花小而密;萼筒杯状,长约1mm,萼齿三角状披针形,稍短于萼筒;花垸蕾时带粉红色,开后白色或淡黄色,花冠辐状,裂片5,长约2mm;雄蕊与花冠裂片等长,花药黄色;子房3室,花柱短,柱头3裂。浆果状核果近球形,直径3~5mm,黑紫色或红色;分核2~3颗,卵形至椭圆形,长2.5~3.5mm,略有皱纹。花期4~5月,果期9~10月。
接骨木被视为灵魂的栖息地,因为会产生和女巫、厄运相关的负面联想。中世纪时,焚烧接骨木或将它带进屋内都是不吉利的。不过经过适当的处理的接骨木可产生保护的功能,像是苏格兰人习惯在5月1日前收集接骨木叶,并把它挂在门上以远离厄运与坏事。接骨木的树枝可制成魔杖和拐杖,站在接骨木下则能避雷。
接骨木亦称“扦扦活”,是五福花科接骨木属的植物。分布在中国的吉林、辽宁、黑龙江、河北、河南、山东、山西、陕西、甘肃、湖北、湖南、安徽、江苏、浙江、福建、广东、广西、云南、责州、四川等地,欧洲亦有栽种,生长于海拔540米至1,600米的地区,一般生长在山坡、路边、灌丛中、沟边或宅边。
接骨木在世界范围内分布极广,在我国的有土产的中国接骨木,在欧洲也有西洋接骨木,甚至也有了专为园艺观赏用的金叶接骨木。作为药用的接骨木,欧洲有古老的歌谣这样说它:“皮叶花果,件件是宝,样样有效。”从化学分析上看,它除了花朵的芳香油,主要是甙类、黄铜醇以及一些仍然未知的有效成分,它的药效,也是涵盖了从头痛脑热的感冒发烧到手足折损等重症,难怪德国植物家玛丽安娜说过“在荒村僻野,如果接济一家人口粮的是榛子树,那么接骨木则是他们的医生”的话。
接骨木性强健,喜光,耐寒,耐旱。根系发达,萌蘖性强。
接骨木含接骨木花色素甙(sambicyanin),花色素葡萄糖甙(cyanidol glucoside),还含氢基酸(iridoid glucoside),莫罗忍冬甙(morroniside)等。
接骨木中医学上以茎、枝入药。有抗菌消炎、清热解毒、祛风除湿、活血止痛、通经接骨等功效,用于治疗各种炎症性疾病、风湿关节痛、腰腿痛、疮疡肿毒肺炎、阑尾炎、急性蜂窝组织炎、肿瘤、跌打损伤、骨折等。
接骨木的药材性味:味甘;苦;性平。归肝经。《唐本草》:″甘苦,平,无毒″;《本草拾遗》:″有小毒″;《现代实用中药》:″苦,寒″;《本草新编》:“味苦、辛,气平,有小毒”。
接骨木有祛风利湿、活血、止血、止痛之功效。治疗风湿痹痛,风湿筋骨疼痛,痛风,腰痛,大骨节病,急慢性肾炎,水肿,风痒,风疹,瘾疹,产后血晕,跌打损伤,跌打肿痛,骨折,骨折肿痛,外伤出血。
《唐本草》:″主折伤,续筋骨,除风痒、龋齿。可为浴汤。″
《千金翼方》:″打伤痕血及产妇恶血,一切血不行或不止,并煮汁服。″
汪连仕《采药书》:″行血败毒,洗一切疮疥、鬼箭风。″
《百草镜》:″治跌扑痈肿。″
《现代实用中药》:″为镇痛药。治手足偏风及风湿腰痛,骨间诸痛,四肢寒痛,脚肿。又跌伤骨痛、风疹、汗疹等为浴汤料。″
《本草新编》:″接骨木,入骨节,专续筋接骨,折伤酒吞,风痒汤浴。独用之以接续骨节固奇,然用之生血活血药中,其接骨尤奇,但宜生用为佳。至干木用之,其力减半,炒用又减半也。″
接骨木内服煎汤,15-30克;或入丸、散。外用:适量,捣敷或煎汤熏洗;或研末撒。但是,孕妇忌服。《品汇精要》:″多服令人吐。″
接骨木果,英文名称:Elderberries(Certified Organic),学名:Sambuccus nigra。接骨木果可促进发汗、抗鼻黏膜炎、利尿、帮助身体抵抗伤风、感冒。然而,孕妇不宜饮用。

接骨木属植物是我国民间常用草药,是我国民间,甚至是苗族、傣族、蒙古族等少数民族独具特色的传统中药.具有抗病毒、抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗艾滋病等药理功效。接骨木中的化合物成分主要有黄酮、三萜、环烯醚萜、酚及其苷、木脂素、氰苷等。
黄酮化合物是自然界尤其是植物界分布较广泛的一大类天然活性化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒、防治心血管疾病、免疫活性等药理功效。从接骨木(williamsii)果实中提取得到的4种黄酮类化合物芹菜素(1)、山奈酚(2)、槲皮素(3)和木犀草素(4),对中老年妇女的代谢具有积极影响,可以防治骨质疏松等疾病[5]。另外,Lamaison等从其叶中分离到的人参黄酮苷(panasenoside),具有显著的降低实验动物血压的作用。
花色素又叫花青素,是一类带有氧翁离子的特殊的水溶性黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于忍冬科植物中,主要分布于果实中,在其他器官如根、茎、叶中也有存在.糖基化的花色素称为花色素苷,其糖基通常位于3-0-位置,有时也在5-0-或者7-0-位。与黄酮相似,花色素苷具有抗氧化、抗癌、增强免疫、抗菌、抗过敏及抗病毒活性,因此具有较好的保健功效。
Schwaiger等从矮接骨木(S.ebulus)叶中分离得到化合物乌索酸(ursolic acid,又名熊果酸)。乌索酸具有较好的抗肿瘤活性.通过对矮接骨木中乌索酸抗炎活性机理的研究,他们得出接骨木可以用于治疗慢性炎症。
韩美华从接骨木根皮中分离得到3种环烯醚萜苷类化合物,其中α-莫诺苷在接骨木中的含量最多,在接骨木复方制剂中含量约为5.8%,具有健胃、利尿降压、补肝肾作用。
酚类成分是植物体内重要的次生代谢产物,广泛分布于药用植物中,是一种良好的抗氧化剂,具有广泛的药理作用,除常见的收敛、抗菌消炎、止血、驱虫、止泻外,还表现出抗肿瘤、抗突变、抗脂质过氧化物、抗变态反应、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗炎抑菌及抑制HIV复制等多种生物活性。
木脂素是一类广泛存在于自然界,由苯丙烷类氧化聚合而成的天然产物。从接骨木属植物中分离出的木质素类化合物分别属于苯并呋喃类、双四氢呋喃类、四氢呋喃类、芳醚类和芳基四氢萘类、新木脂素类等。
一些植物可以通过水解释放出HCN,并用其进行一些化合物的合成,这些化合物包括氰苷(cyanophoric glycosides)和氰脂(cyanolipids)。氰苷主要指具有α-羟基腈苷,已经在细菌、真菌、地衣、蕨类植物、拟蕨类植物、裸子植物和被子植物中发现。

Zakay-Rones等发现接骨木所含的2种蛋白质能够和在病毒表面发现的血细胞凝集素刺突相结合,而这些血细胞凝集素的刺突可以刺穿细胞壁,从而使病毒进入细胞.当这些刺突被结合后,病毒就无法刺穿细胞壁进入细胞。
Ahmadiani等通过小鼠甩尾试验和慢性甲醛致痛模型对矮接骨木根提取物进行实验,结果是其镇痛和抗炎性均优于水杨酸,且抗炎与镇痛机制与阿片系统无关。

Anon和Morag等认为西洋接骨木可能对治疗糖尿病、降低血脂以及阻止诸如HIV、流感和单纯性疱疹等感染有一定作用。
Mlinaric等研究表明接骨木提取物对HIV-1逆转录酶(RT-H1V)的抑制作用IC50为0.017g/L。抑制RT-HIV的生成是抗HIV的机理所在。
Yesilada等研究发现矮接骨木提取物浓度在1.95~250g/L有较强的抗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)作用。Cficeres等研究发现墨西哥接骨木(mexicana)提取物具有抑制呼吸道合胞体病毒(RSV)的作用。
陆英始载于《神农本草经》,功能疏肝健脾、祛风利湿,用于急性病毒性肝炎、骨折等症;血满草有祛风除湿,活血散瘀之功,用于风湿痹痛,水肿;接骨木有接骨续筋、活血止痛、祛风利湿之功,用于跌打肿痛、骨折。
接骨木成分中熊果酸和齐墩果酸有抗肝炎作用。齐墩果酸治疗传染性黄疸肝炎总有效率达93.5%,而熊果酸能使CCI4引起的急性肝损伤的大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶显著下降,熊果酸还有抗肿瘤作用,可能成为低毒高效的抗肿瘤药物。
接骨木嫩叶捣碎成泥外敷扭伤处可消肿、止痛,具有明显镇痛作用,能使风湿疼痛消失。外敷其嫩叶泥使金黄色葡萄球菌感染所致痈肿消退,有抗菌作用。其针剂具有清热解毒和消炎作用,可治疗急性化脓性扁桃腺炎及其他炎症。

接骨木果油可明显降低高脂血症模型小鼠的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及动脉硬化指数,也能降低甘油三酯,增加高密度脂蛋白值,这提示其有降血脂、抗动脉硬化之功。

(2)接骨木籽果的采取、洗涤与沥干:称取一定量的新鲜、成熟的接骨木籽果;用清水清洗、沥干后,备用;
(3)接骨木籽果汁饮料的制备:取洗涤、沥干后的新鲜接骨木籽果,连同加入2~5倍新鲜接骨木籽果量的纯净水一并加入到不锈钢磨浆粉碎机中进行接骨木籽果的磨浆粉碎,被磨浆粉碎后的接骨木籽果磨浆料液经200目筛底过滤,自动排出制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料液;
(4)接骨木籽果汁饮料液的匀质:将制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料液用柠檬酸和碳酸氢钠调节pH值在3.5~5.8之间,并用木糖醇或蜂蜜或甜味素将接骨木籽果汁饮料的匀质液调至适口,然后搅拌均匀后即得一种纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然接骨木籽果饮的制备,其特征在于一种纯天然接骨木籽果粒饮料的制备,其包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的选择:取新鲜、成熟的接骨木籽果;
(2)接骨木籽果粒的菜取、洗涤:称取一定量的新鲜、成熟的接骨木籽果;先后用清水清洗、沥干后,备用;
(3)接骨木籽粒饮的制备:取洗涤、沥干后的新鲜接骨木籽果,连同加入2~5倍新鲜接骨木籽果量的纯净水或矿泉水一并加入到不锈钢磨浆粉碎机中进行接骨木籽果的磨浆粉碎,被磨浆粉碎后的接骨木籽果磨浆料液经100目筛底过滤,自动排出制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果粒饮料液;
(4)接骨木籽果粒饮料液的匀质:将制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果粒饮料液用柠檬酸和碳酸氢钠调节pH值在3.5~5.8之间,并用木糖醇或蜂蜜或甜味素将接骨木籽果粒饮料的匀质液调至适口,然后搅拌均匀后即得一种纯天然接骨木籽果粒饮料;
(5)接骨木籽果粒饮料的灌装、灭菌与包装:将制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果粒饮料先后进行罐装、灭菌与包装操作;罐装采用灌装生产线自动罐装、灭菌与产品包装;灭菌温度100~105℃,灭菌时间20~30秒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然接骨木籽果饮的制备,其特征在于一种纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料的制备,其包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的选择:取新鲜、成熟的接骨木籽果;
(2)接骨木籽果的采取、洗涤与沥干:称取一定量的新鲜、成熟的接骨木籽果;用清水清洗、沥干后,备用;
(3)接骨木籽果汁饮料的制备:取洗涤、沥干后的新鲜接骨木籽果,连同加入2~5倍新鲜接骨木籽果量的纯净水一并加入到不锈钢磨浆粉碎机中进行接骨木籽果的磨浆粉碎,被磨浆粉碎后的接骨木籽果磨浆料液经200目筛底过滤,自动排出制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料液;
(4)接骨木籽果汁饮料液的匀质:将制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料液用柠檬酸和碳酸氢钠调节pH值在3.5~5.8之间,并用木糖醇或蜂蜜或甜味素将接骨木籽果汁饮料的匀质液调至适口,然后搅拌均匀后即得一种纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料。
(5)接骨木籽果汁饮料的灌装、灭菌与包装:将制备好的纯天然接骨木籽果汁饮料先后进行罐装、灭菌与包装操作;罐装采用灌装生产线自动罐装、灭菌与产品包装;灭菌温度100~105℃,灭菌时间20~30秒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然接骨木籽果饮的制备,其特征在于稀释、勾兑、磨浆用水为纯净水或矿泉水。
