本发明公开了一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其由聚烯烃树脂、发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、驱蚊虫母料、加工助剂、色母料混合后,经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷而制得。其在工艺中加入了驱蚊虫中草药粉,制备的瑜伽垫、运动垫、爬爬垫等终端产品可持久的散发驱蚊气味,有效避免在户外休闲、运动、野外就餐时,蚊虫等对人们休闲的干扰。由于驱蚊虫中草药粉为纯植物成分,具有特有的清新气味,不会给使用者带来不适。

本发明专利涉及一种聚烯烃发泡材料及其制备工艺,尤其是指一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚烯烃类塑料应用范围广泛,具有良好的物理、化学和力学性能,其韧性、挠曲性和缓冲性能良好,并且具有电绝缘、隔热等性质,广泛应用于包装、化工、建筑等领域。聚烯烃类泡沫塑料应用广泛,也是最早成功制得的泡沫塑料之一。早在1941年,美国杜邦公司就利用氮气法成功制备了LDPE泡沫塑料。经过几十年的发展,聚烯烃泡沫塑料已经发展成熟,在品种及应用方面实现了多样化。随着理论研究的不断深入以及发泡技术的进步,泡沫塑料在产量和质量方面都有了长足的进步。
聚烯烃发泡材料以广泛应用于日常生活中,比如竞技类运动垫,休闲瑜伽垫,儿童爬行垫。目前对聚烯烃发泡材料的研究众多,多数集中在发泡材料的回弹性能、保温性能等方面,而对益于身心健康的聚烯烃发泡材料甚少,由于像瑜伽垫、户外运动休闲垫、野外就餐垫等,在户外使用时蚊虫容易爬、飞行到垫子上及周围,从而影响人们正常的休闲运动,因此发明一种靠垫子自身能驱散蚊虫的休闲运动垫用聚烯烃发泡材料具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其将驱蚊虫中草药粉引入到制备组分中,使用该驱蚊虫聚烯烃泡沫制得的瑜伽垫、运动垫、爬爬垫可以在使用空间内起到较好的驱蚊虫效果,而且中草药的清香及味道不会让人们不适,特别适合于室内休闲健身的运动场所。
本发明的另一目的在于提供这种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料的制备方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其由以下重量份的组分制备而成:
其中,发泡剂母料由AC发泡剂与聚烯烃树脂按1:2混合经密炼、造粒制得,交联剂母料由DCP交联剂与聚烯烃树脂按3.75:75混合经密炼、造粒制得,驱蚊虫母料由驱蚊虫中草药粉与聚烯烃树脂按1:4混合经密炼、造粒制得,上述的比例均为重量比。
所述的聚烯烃树脂为低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种或几种混合物。
所述的AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
所述的DCP交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
所述的驱蚊虫中草药粉为含硼为黄花蒿、夜来香、艾叶、天竺葵、食虫草、七里香、薰衣草中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的加工助剂为硬脂酸锌、抗老化剂、抗静电剂、氧化锌、颜料等中的一种或几种混合物。
一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)将AC发泡剂、DCP交联剂、驱蚊虫中草药粉分别与聚烯烃树脂按照比例混合,分次加入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度为110—120℃,时间为10min—20min;
2)将密炼后的物料分次经过单螺杆造粒机进行塑化、挤出、造粒,挤出机机身温度设定温度110℃—150℃,螺杆转速为10—20r/min,分别制得发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、驱蚊虫母料;
3)将聚烯烃树脂、发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、驱蚊虫母料、加工助剂、色母料,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速20—30r/min,挤出温度120—125℃;
4)挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为180—220℃,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷制得驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料。

聚烯烃树脂,其可为低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种或几种的混合物。
发泡剂母料,其由AC发泡剂与聚烯烃树脂按照重量比1:2混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为110℃,时间为20min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为110℃,螺杆转速为10r/min,进而获得发泡剂母料;AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
交联剂母料,其由DCP交联剂与聚烯烃树脂按重量比3.75:75混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为120℃,时间为10min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为150℃,螺杆转速为20r/min,进而获得交联剂母料;DCP交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
驱蚊虫母料,由驱蚊虫中草药粉与聚烯烃树脂按重量比1:4混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为115℃,时间为15min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为125℃,螺杆转速为14r/min,进而获得驱蚊虫母料;所述的驱蚊虫中草药粉为含硼为黄花蒿、夜来香、艾叶、天竺葵、食虫草、七里香、薰衣草中的一种或几种的混合物。
加工助剂,其为硬脂酸锌、抗老化剂、抗静电剂、氧化锌、颜料等中的一种或几种混合物。
实施例1
将聚烯烃树脂20kg、发泡剂母料50kg、交联剂母料15kg、驱蚊虫母料25kg、加工助剂5kg、色母料2kg,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速30r/min,挤出温度125℃;挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为220℃,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷制得驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料。
实施例2
将聚烯烃树脂10kg、发泡剂母料20kg、交联剂母料10kg、驱蚊虫母料10kg,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速20r/min,挤出温度120℃;挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为180℃,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷制得驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料。
实施例3
将聚烯烃树脂13kg、发泡剂母料30kg、交联剂母料12kg、驱蚊虫母料15kg、加工助剂2kg、色母料0.8kg,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速22r/min,挤出温度122℃;挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为190℃,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷制得驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料。
实施例4
将聚烯烃树脂17kg、发泡剂母料40kg、交联剂母料14kg、驱蚊虫母料20kg、加工助剂3kg、色母料1.6kg,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速26r/min,挤出温度124℃;挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为210℃,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷制得驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料。
Claims (6)
1.一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的组分制备而成:
其中,发泡剂母料由AC发泡剂与聚烯烃树脂按1:2混合经密炼、造粒制得,交联剂母料由DCP交联剂与聚烯烃树脂按3.75:75混合经密炼、造粒制得,驱蚊虫母料由驱蚊虫中草药粉与聚烯烃树脂按1:4混合经密炼、造粒制得,上述的比例均为重量比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的聚烯烃树脂为低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种或几种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述的DCP交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的驱蚊虫中草药粉为含硼为黄花蒿、夜来香、艾叶、天竺葵、食虫草、七里香、薰衣草中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的加工助剂为硬脂酸锌、抗老化剂、抗静电剂、氧化锌、颜料等中的一种或几种混合物。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料的方法,其特征在于:
1)将AC发泡剂、DCP交联剂、驱蚊虫中草药粉分别与聚烯烃树脂按照比例混合,分次加入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度为110—120℃,时间为10min—20min;
2)将密炼后的物料分次经过单螺杆造粒机进行塑化、挤出、造粒,挤出机机身温度设定温度110℃—150℃,螺杆转速为10—20r/min,分别制得发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、驱蚊虫母料;
3)将聚烯烃树脂、发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、驱蚊虫母料、加工助剂、色母料,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速20—30r/min,挤出温度120—125℃;
4)挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为180—220℃,物料发泡后经冷却、收卷制得驱蚊虫聚烯烃发泡材料。
