本发明提供了一种烘毛工艺。烘毛前喷洒由清水、顺滑剂、84消毒液配比的混合剂；装机加温烘烤；开箱喷水，二次加温烘烤，打开烘毛机，喷洒柔软剂、亮光剂、增白剂配比的混合液，三次加温烘烤;取毛。本发明的有益效果是生产出的羽毛平整度达95%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及羽毛球加工技术领域，具体的说，是一种烘毛工艺。
背景技术
在羽毛球加工技术领域，传统的羽毛的烘毛工艺：烘毛前喷洒清水，使羽毛含水量达15%左右装机，加温至75度烘烤30分钟取出，成品皱毛率一般在25-28%之间。本发明提供一种新的烘毛工艺，生产出的羽毛平整度达95%左右，其洁净度、洁净度、光泽度和柔韧度均大幅提高。
发明内容
    本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高羽毛平整度的烘毛工艺。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种烘毛工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
配置混合剂：水90%，顺滑剂5%，消毒液5%混合搅拌形成的混合剂；
喷洒混合剂：将混合剂均匀喷洒在羽毛上，使羽毛湿度达到10-15%；
装机：羽毛置入烘毛机，加热；
一次加温：65-75°下加温烘烤15-25分钟；
喷水：打开烘毛机，羽毛喷水，百公斤羽毛喷水1.5-2.0公斤；
二次加温：70-80°下加温烘烤10-15分钟；
配置混合液：水90%，柔软剂、亮光剂各2.5%，增白剂5%；
喷洒混合液：打开烘毛机，喷洒混合液，百公斤羽毛喷洒4.5-5.0公斤；
三次加温：75-80°下加温烘烤10-15分钟；
取出羽毛；
所述的消毒液为84消毒液。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：本发明通过配置混合剂、混合液、三次加温，使得生产出的羽毛平整度达95%左右，其洁净度、洁净度、光泽度和柔韧度均大幅提高。

实施例2：
羽毛100公斤，烘毛前喷洒由清水、顺滑剂、84消毒液配比的混合剂，羽毛湿度达到13%；装机加温70度烘烤15分钟；开箱喷水1.5公斤，二次加温75度烘烤12分钟，打开烘毛机，喷洒柔软剂、亮光剂、增白剂配比的混合液4.7 公斤，三次加温78度烘烤12分钟;取毛。生产出的羽毛平整度达97%。

1.一种烘毛工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
配置混合剂：水90%，顺滑剂5%，消毒液5%混合搅拌形成的混合剂；
喷洒混合剂：将混合剂均匀喷洒在羽毛上，使羽毛湿度达到10-15%；
装机：羽毛置入烘毛机，加热；
一次加温：65-75°下加温烘烤15-25分钟；
喷水：打开烘毛机，羽毛喷水，百公斤羽毛喷水1.5-2.0公斤；
二次加温：70-80°下加温烘烤10-15分钟；
配置混合液：水90%，柔软剂、亮光剂各2.5%，增白剂5%；
喷洒混合液：打开烘毛机，喷洒混合液，百公斤羽毛喷洒4.5-5.0公斤；
三次加温：75-80°下加温烘烤10-15分钟；
取出羽毛。
