Abstract

本发明涉及一种机柜。
背景技术
现有技术中,机柜中装设的服务器具有高密度高发热量的特点,使用时其内部温度通常较高,散热不足。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种利于散热的机柜。
一种机柜,包括机柜本体及散热装置,该机柜本体包括用于安装服务器的若干层叠的支架,该散热装置包括一贴于支架外侧的导热胶片、一固定于机柜本体的侧盖以及一散热器,该散热器固定于侧盖上并与导热胶片接触。
相较现有技术,本发明机柜工作时产生的热能自导热胶片传递至散热器,散热器将热量传递到空气中,以降低机柜工作温度。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本发明机柜的较佳实施方式包括一机柜本体10及散热装置20。
机柜本体10包括四个竖直的立柱100及位于每一侧的两立柱100之间的层叠设置的若干用于承载服务器的支架11。机柜本体10的每一侧的两立柱100各开设一相对的连接孔12。
请一并参阅图3及图4,该散热装置20包括一导热胶片21、一散热器22、一侧盖23、若干螺钉24及两个锁扣件25。
散热器22包括一概呈矩形的底板220及垂直向外设置于底板220的若干鳍片221。底板220四周边缘开设若干螺孔222。
侧盖23设有一长方形的开口及一沿该开口的边缘垂直设于侧盖23的一侧的固定框,该固定框内形成一与该开口相连通的空腔230,空腔230的形状大小与散热器22外轮廓一致。固定框包括两个沿竖直方向延伸且相对的第一延伸片231及两个沿水平方向延伸且相对的第二延伸片232。两第一延伸片231于远离侧盖23的一侧中部相向地分别延伸形成一矩形凸片233,两第二延伸片232于远离侧盖23的一侧中部相向地分别延伸形成一矩形凸片233a,凸片233上开设与螺孔222相对的通孔234,凸片233a上开设与螺孔222相对的通孔234a。在本实施方式中,锁扣件25为活动设置于侧盖23两侧的两插销。
导热胶片21大小与支架11侧面大小相符,其竖直方向边缘开设与凸片233位置相对、大小一致的凹槽210,水平方向边缘开设与凸片233a位置相对、大小一致的凹槽210a。
组装时,利用螺钉24穿过通孔234、234a锁入螺孔222,将散热器22固定于侧盖23的空腔230内。将导热胶片21贴附于支架11。将侧盖23装设于机柜本体10并使散热器22的底板220与导热胶片21贴合,凸片233、233a分别收容于凹槽210、210a,散热器22与导热胶片21可完全贴合。导热胶片21具有粘性及良好的柔韧性,结合于支架11及散热器22的底板220之间,增加了支架11与散热器22的接触面积。锁扣件25伸入连接孔12中,从而将侧盖23固定于机柜本体10。拆卸时,将锁扣件25从连接孔12中退出,可将散热器22和侧盖23自机柜本体10上拆下。
本发明机柜的机柜本体10的侧面安装散热装置20,机柜工作时产生的热能自导热胶片21传递至散热器22,散热器22将热量传递到空气中,以降低机柜工作温度。

Claims (6)

1.一种机柜,包括机柜本体及散热装置,该机柜本体包括用于安装服务器的若干层叠的支架,该散热装置包括一贴于支架的外侧面的导热胶片、一固定于机柜本体的侧盖以及一散热器,该散热器固定于侧盖上并与导热胶片接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一底板,所述的导热胶片将散热器的底板粘着于机柜支架的外侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的机柜,其特征在于:所述散热器的底板朝远离导热胶片的一侧设有若干鳍片。
4.如权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于:所述侧盖设有一开口及沿该开口的边缘设于该侧盖一侧的固定框,固定框设有一与该开口相连通的空腔,所述散热器固定于所述空腔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的机柜,其特征在于:所述固定框包括沿竖直方向延伸且相对的两第一延伸片及沿水平方向延伸且相对的两第二延伸片。
6.如权利要求5所述的机柜,其特征在于:所述第一延伸片及所述第二延伸片于远离侧盖的一侧设有若干凸片,所述散热器固定于所述凸片。
