Abstract

本发明为一种电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶及其配制方法。它是将一级桐油与250目以上的电工滑石粉或石英粉按重量1∶1~3的比例配方制成,其配制方法是先将桐油置于加热容器内升温,当温度升为170℃~200℃时,加入电工滑石粉或石英粉,同时搅拌均匀,再在此高温熬制2小时成胶化物即为成品,本发明的配方成本低廉,配制过程简便,使用时填充入电磁铁,短时通电就能快速结固,进一步降低了电磁铁的生产成本,同时保证了电磁铁产品的质量。

电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶及其配制方法
本发明涉及一种基于植物油的粘合材料及其配制方法,特别是指一种电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶及其配制方法。
目前国内制造耐高温起重电磁铁所用耐高温填充绝缘胶,一般是从日本进口而来的树脂胶,其价格相当昂贵,而且填入电磁铁后难以短时结固,为了加快其结固的速度,不得不长时间通电烘烤,不仅耗费电能,致使电磁铁的生产成本更为提高,而且长时间通电高温烘烤,容易损坏电磁铁内部绝缘性,使产品质量难以保证。
为此,本发明的目的,乃是提供一种配方成本低廉、配制过程简便且使用时能快速结固的电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶及其配制方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样来实现的。电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶是将一极桐油与250目(相当于φ0.063毫米)以上的电工滑石粉或石英粉按重量1∶1~3的比例配方制成。其配制方法是,将按比例量的一级桐油置于加热容器内升温,当温度升为170℃~200℃时,按配方量加入电工滑石粉或石英粉,同时搅拌均匀,再在此高温熬制2小时成胶化物后即得成品。加热容器可采用反应罐或锅。
本发明所制得的电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶,所用原材料少且价廉易得,工艺流程短而易于实施,从而大为降低了生产成本,提高了市场竞争力。据初步估算,其价格约为日本进口树脂的5%。使用结果表明,该耐高温绝缘胶填充入电磁铁后,短时通电烘烤就能快速结固,从而相对节约电能,提高劳动生产率,保证了电磁铁产品的质量。
实施例,取一级桐油500克,石英粉1000克(250目以上),先将桐油倒入锅中,升温到170℃~200℃时加入石英粉,搅拌均匀,再在此高温熬制2小时成胶化物后即为成品。

1、一种电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶,其特征在于,它是用下面方法制得的:将一定量的一级桐油置于加热容器内升温,当温度升为170℃~200℃时,把重量比为一级桐油∶电工滑石粉或石英粉=1∶(1~3)的电工滑石粉或石英粉加入,同时搅拌均匀,再在此高温熬制2小时,成胶化物即得成品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶,其特征在于,电工滑石粉或石英粉的粒径为φ0.063毫米以下。
3、根据权利要求1的一种电磁铁专用耐高温绝缘胶的配制方法,其特征在于:将一定量的一级桐油置于加热容器内升温,当温度升为170℃~200℃时,把重量比为一级桐油∶电工滑石粉或石英粉=1∶(1~3)的电工滑石粉或石英粉加入,同时搅拌均匀,再在此高温熬制2小时,成胶化物即得成品。
