目前，在建筑行业中的水磨石砂磨是采用与水磨机配套的普通砂轮装在水磨机上进行砂磨的，普通的砂轮是采用金刚砂和酚醛树脂粘合而成，由于酚醛树脂抗水性能差，普通的砂轮在水中容易失效，一般国家规定的普通砂轮的保存期仅为六个月，普通砂轮在失效后，砂轮容易破裂，使用操作不安全，而且不耐磨，工作效率低，一个普通砂轮磨头仅仅可磨3到5㎡的水磨石地面，普通砂轮重量较重，容易造成水磨机超越，缩短水磨机的工作寿命。

本发明的目的是提供一种新型的水磨机磨头工具，它结构简单，操作方便，磨削力大，耐磨，工作效率高，重量轻，使用操作安全，水磨机在工作时不会短缺，可延长水磨机的使用寿命，磨块可以随时更换，适用范围广泛。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明是采用以下技术方案：它是由磨块1、螺杆2、螺母3、磨块固定盘4、通孔5、凹腔6、加强筋7组成；磨块1通过螺杆2和螺母3按圆周均匀固定在磨块固定盘4的底面上，且螺杆2的一端焊接在磨块1的顶面，磨块固定盘4的上端中心处设置有通孔5，磨块固定盘4的下端设置有凹腔6，磨块固定盘4上均匀设置有数个加强筋7。
所述的磨块1是由粉状的钨、钴、铁、铜和人造金刚石磨料混合后放入模具中加温压制而成。
所述的磨块固定盘4是采用铝合金浇筑而成。
本发明在使用时，先将磨块1固定在磨块固定盘4上，然后将磨头装在水磨机上就可以方便使用了，操作非常方便。

参照图1，图2，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：它是由磨块1、螺杆2、螺母3、磨块固定盘4、通孔5、凹腔6、加强筋7组成；磨块1通过螺杆2和螺母3按圆周均匀固定在磨块固定盘4的底面上，且螺杆2的一端焊接在磨块1的顶面，磨块固定盘4的上端中心处设置有通孔5，磨块固定盘4的下端设置有凹腔6，磨块固定盘4上均匀设置有数个加强筋7。
