Abstract
本发明提供一种低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法。本发明的低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、硬脂酸钡、氯化石蜡、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,其特征是:各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯10-20份、硬脂酸钡1-6份、氯化石蜡3-7份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅1-3份、三氧化二锑1-3份、氢氧化铝1-3份、硼酸锌1-3份、碳酸钙1-3份。本发明生产的料粒阻燃性能好,不会产生黑烟,同时热稳定性好,抗老化性能佳。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法,属于化工新材料技术领域。
背景技术:
电缆料生产的关键是产品配方,因为各项指标具有相互制约关系,既要使粒料质量合格,又要使投料成本最低,所以各种助剂的添加量有一个最佳配比。电缆在使用的过程中有时候由于短路会发生起火燃烧现象,严重威胁人民财产的安全。现在的阻燃电缆,在发生燃烧时虽然没有明火,但是会产生大量黑烟,造成环境污染。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题一种低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法,生产的料粒阻燃性能好,没有黑烟产生,同时热稳定性好,抗老化性能佳。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、硬脂酸钡、氯化石蜡、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯10-20份、硬脂酸钡1-6份、氯化石蜡3-7份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅1-3份、三氧化二锑1-3份、氢氧化铝1-3份、硼酸锌1-3份、碳酸钙1-3份。
上述低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料的制备方法,该方法为:按重量份数将各组分加入高混机中在85℃-95℃的温度下混炼后挤出造粒:挤出机温度为80℃、120℃、160℃、170℃,机头165℃;挤出机螺杆转速25转/分;机头过滤网80目、120目各一层;风冷采用风压0.07MPa、风量2250m3/h,功率7.5kw的离心式通风机。
有益效果:
本发明生产的料粒阻燃性能好,不会产生黑烟,同时热稳定性好,抗老化性能佳。

实施例1:
低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、硬脂酸钡、氯化石蜡、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯10份、硬脂酸钡1份、氯化石蜡7份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅1份、三氧化二锑3份、氢氧化铝1份、硼酸锌3份、碳酸钙1份。
上述低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料的制备方法,该方法为:按重量份数将各组分加入高混机中在85℃-95℃的温度下混炼后挤出造粒:挤出机温度为80℃、120℃、160℃、170℃,机头165℃;挤出机螺杆转速25转/分;机头过滤网80目、120目各一层;风冷采用风压0.07MPa、风量2250m3/h,功率7.5kw的离心式通风机。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯20份、硬脂酸钡6份、氯化石蜡3份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅3份、三氧化二锑3份、氢氧化铝1份、硼酸锌1份、碳酸钙1份。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯15份、硬脂酸钡5份、氯化石蜡5份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅2份、三氧化二锑2份、氢氧化铝2份、硼酸锌2份、碳酸钙2份。
实施例4:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯12份、硬脂酸钡6份、氯化石蜡3份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅2份、三氧化二锑1份、氢氧化铝3份、硼酸锌2份、碳酸钙3份。

1.一种低烟阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、硬脂酸钡、氯化石蜡、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,其特征是:各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯10-20份、硬脂酸钡1-6份、氯化石蜡3-7份、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅1-3份、三氧化二锑1-3份、氢氧化铝1-3份、硼酸锌1-3份、碳酸钙1-3份。
