本发明涉及一种气动手持式锚杆螺母装卸器,其特征在于:叶片式气马达(2)的马达输出轴(3)的端部设置一太阳轮(4),太阳轮(4)与一级行星轮(5)相啮合,一级行星轮(5)套装在一级行星轮轴(6)上,一级行星轮轴(6)的一端设置在一级行星架(7)上,一级行星架(7)上设置二级太阳轮(8),二级太阳轮(8)与二级行星轮(9)相啮合,二级行星轮(9)套装在二级行星轮轴(10)上,二级行星轮轴(10)的一端设置在二级行星架(11)上,输出轴(12)通过平键(13)与二级行星架(11)相连,输出轴(12)轴端通过轴端挡圈(14)与螺钉(26)加以稳固。本发明经行星齿轮减速,具有减速比大,速度低,输出扭矩大,振动小的特点。

技术领域
本发明属矿山机械设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种气动手持式锚杆螺母装卸器。
背景技术
目前市场上不带支腿的锚杆螺母装卸器,部分采用叶片马达无减速机构,马达经过冲击机构直接输出;这种锚杆螺母装卸器,振动大,难于手持操作。另一种锚杆螺母装卸器,采用叶片马达,经二级普通外啮合齿轮减速。速度大,扭矩小。安装锚杆时,不适应大力矩情况下工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无振动,力矩大的气动手持式锚杆螺母装卸器。本发明采用叶片马达经行星齿轮减速,减速比大,速度低,输出扭矩大。本发明主要用于配合气动手持式帮锚杆钻机安装树脂类锚杆,拧紧和拆卸锚杆螺母,也可用于其他各类工作场合如矿井、隧道、水利、地铁、建筑、桥梁施工中的的螺栓、螺母安装和拆卸。实现本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种气动手持式锚杆螺母装卸器,包括有进气机构、叶片式气马达、上盖、前盖、压柄、柄体及内齿圈,其特征在于:叶片式气马达的马达输出轴的端部设置一太阳轮,太阳轮与一级行星轮相啮合,一级行星轮套装在一级行星轮轴上,一级行星轮轴的一端设置在一级行星架上,一级行星架上设置二级太阳轮,一级行星架与二级太阳轮为一体式结构,二级太阳轮与二级行星轮相啮合,二级行星轮套装在二级行星轮轴上,二级行星轮轴的一端设置在二级行星架上,输出轴通过平键与二级行星架相连,输出轴轴端通过轴端挡圈与螺钉加以稳固。所述的一级行星轮与一级行星轮轴之间设有第一轴承,所述的二级行星轮与二级行星轮轴之间设有第二轴承,一级行星架与前盖之间设有第三轴承,二级行星架与上盖之间设有第四轴承,输出轴与上盖之间设有第五轴承。为了消除反扭矩,内齿圈外部焊接有一长杆。
本发明采用叶片马达经行星齿轮减速,具有减速比大,速度低,输出扭矩大,振动小的特点。

具体实施方式
参照附图,一种气动手持式锚杆螺母装卸器,包括有进气机构1、叶片式气马达2、上盖15、前盖21、压柄24、柄体25及内齿圈22,其特征在于:叶片式气马达2的马达输出轴3的端部设置一太阳轮4,太阳轮4与一级行星轮5相啮合,一级行星轮5套装在一级行星轮轴6上,一级行星轮轴6的一端设置在一级行星架7上,一级行星架7上设置二级太阳轮8,一级行星架7与二级太阳轮8为一体式结构,二级太阳轮8与二级行星轮9相啮合,二级行星轮9套装在二级行星轮轴10上,二级行星轮轴10的一端设置在二级行星架11上,输出轴12通过平键13与二级行星架11相连,输出轴12轴端通过轴端挡圈14与螺钉26加以稳固。所述的一级行星轮5与一级行星轮轴6之间设有第一轴承16,所述的二级行星轮9与二级行星轮轴10之间设有第二轴承17。一级行星架7与前盖21之间设有第三轴承18,二级行星架11与上盖15之间设有第四轴承19,输出轴12与上盖15之间设有第五轴承20。为了消除反扭矩,内齿圈22外部焊接有一长杆23。
本发明的工作过程如下:整机由进气机构、马达、行星减速机构三大部分组成。是以压缩空气为动力源的低速、大扭矩手持式工具。气源通过进气机构1带动叶片式气马达2运转,叶片式气马达2的马达输出轴3的端部的太阳轮4转动带动一级行星轮5转动,通过一级行星轮轴6、一级行星架7、二级太阳轮8、二级行星轮9、二级行星轮轴10及二级行星架11带动输出轴12转动。使用时气源与进气接头相连,摁下开关,压缩空气经进气机构进人叶片式气马达,使转子高速旋转,经减速器减速后,由输出轴输出动力,该机具有双向旋转功能,当逆时针转动进气操纵手柄时,装卸器可实现正转,用于锚杆搅拌及螺母的旋紧,顺时针转动时,装卸器实现反转,用于拆卸搅拌头及螺母等。

1.一种气动手持式锚杆螺母装卸器,包括有进气机构(1)、叶片式气马达(2)、上盖(15)、前盖(21)、压柄(24)、柄体(25)及内齿圈(22),叶片式气马达(2)的马达输出轴(3)的端部设置一太阳轮(4),太阳轮(4)与一级行星轮(5)相啮合,一级行星轮(5)套装在一级行星轮轴(6)上,一级行星轮轴(6)的一端设置在一级行星架(7)上,一级行星架(7)上设置二级太阳轮(8),二级太阳轮(8)与二级行星轮(9)相啮合,二级行星轮(9)套装在二级行星轮轴(10)上,二级行星轮轴(10)的一端设置在二级行星架(11)上,其特征在于:输出轴(12)通过平键(13)与二级行星架(11)相连,输出轴(12)轴端通过轴端挡圈(14)与螺钉(26)加以稳固;所述的一级行星轮(5)与一级行星轮轴(6)之间设有第一轴承(16),所述的二级行星轮(9)与二级行星轮轴(10)之间设有第二轴承(17),一级行星架(7)与前盖(21)之间设有第三轴承(18),二级行星架(11)与上盖(15)之间设有第四轴承(19),输出轴(12)与上盖(15)之间设有第五轴承(20),所述的一级行星架(7)与二级太阳轮(8)为一体式结构。
