然而现有的芝麻油在原料成分上略显单一，且传统生产工艺繁复低效，因此，有必要改进原有配方和原有工艺，进一步的提高其食用价值。为了增加芝麻油的食疗保健价值，可以添加一些天然的中草药原料，中草药中多含有大量的挥发性油类、脂溶性成分以及生物碱等活性成分，具有调节人体体质、改善体内微循环系统、增进抵抗力等功效，然而，传统的芝麻油压榨工艺对中草药中的活性成分损失较大，为了最大限度的保护活性成分，可以采用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取工艺，不仅能高效的萃取活性成分，还降低了生产成本，这样制得的芝麻油，色香味俱佳，且食疗保健功效独特，市场潜力巨大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油及其制备方法，为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，由以下重量份的原料制成：芝麻1300-1400、桃仁10-12、杏仁7-9、三七花1-2、丹参1-2、艾叶2-3、红三叶草1-2、川芎1-2、接骨木果1-2、月季花2-3。
本发明所述的一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，其制作方法如下：
（1）将芝麻、桃仁、杏仁混合均匀，粉碎，得到40-50目的A料；
（2）将其余剩余成分混合均匀后粉碎成40-50目，加入适量的1%米醋，搅拌成糊状，得到B料；
（3）将A料与B料一同送入萃取釜中进行超临界二氧化碳流体萃取，并加入50%-60%混合料量的酒精作为夹带剂，超临界二氧化碳流体萃取的条件为：萃取温度为45-55℃，萃取压力为28-32MPa,循环萃取85-95分钟，二氧化碳流量为35-45kg/h；
（4）将萃取后的液体降温至室温，收集所有液体，加入吸附剂脱色除杂，过滤，即得到精炼油。
本发明所述的一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，其特征在于，所述吸附剂由以下重量份的原料制成：白土12-15、树木灰烬6-9、木屑4-7；制备方法是将白土、树木灰烬、木屑混合均匀，研磨成250-300目粉末；然后加入7%-9%的醋酸，搅拌均匀，浸泡8-10小时，过滤取出；再加入8%-10%的碳酸钠溶液中，搅拌均匀，浸泡4-5小时，然后过滤取出；用蒸馏水清洗3-4次，烘干即得。

本发明所述的一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，其特征在于，所述吸附剂由以下重量份（公斤）的原料制成：白土12、树木灰烬6、木屑4；制备方法是将白土、树木灰烬、木屑混合均匀，研磨成250-300目粉末；然后加入7%-9%的醋酸，搅拌均匀，浸泡8-10小时，过滤取出；再加入8%-10%的碳酸钠溶液中，搅拌均匀，浸泡4-5小时，然后过滤取出；用蒸馏水清洗3-4次，烘干即得。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：芝麻1300-1400、桃仁10-12、杏仁7-9、三七花1-2、丹参1-2、艾叶2-3、红三叶草1-2、川芎1-2、接骨木果1-2、月季花2-3。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，其制作方法如下：（1）将芝麻、桃仁、杏仁混合均匀，粉碎，得到40-50目的A料；
（2）将其余剩余成分混合均匀后粉碎成40-50目，加入适量的1%米醋，搅拌成糊状，得到B料；
（3）将A料与B料一同送入萃取釜中进行超临界二氧化碳流体萃取，并加入50%-60%混合料量的酒精作为夹带剂，超临界二氧化碳流体萃取的条件为：萃取温度为45-55℃，萃取压力为28-32MPa,循环萃取85-95分钟，二氧化碳流量为35-45kg/h；
（4）将萃取后的液体降温至室温，收集所有液体，加入吸附剂脱色除杂，过滤，即得到精炼油。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有活血化瘀功效的保健芝麻油，其特征在于，所述吸附剂由以下重量份的原料制成：白土12-15、树木灰烬6-9、木屑4-7；制备方法是将白土、树木灰烬、木屑混合均匀，研磨成250-300目粉末；然后加入7%-9%的醋酸，搅拌均匀，浸泡8-10小时，过滤取出；再加入8%-10%的碳酸钠溶液中，搅拌均匀，浸泡4-5小时，然后过滤取出；用蒸馏水清洗3-4次，烘干即得。
