Abstract

本发明公开了一种尼龙托辊,包括辊筒和芯轴,辊筒两端通过轴承及轴承座套装在芯轴上,轴承外侧依次设置迷宫内盖、迷宫外盖、密封盖和轴卡。该托辊的辊筒利用尼龙6切片、聚乙烯树脂、马来酸酐等混合制成原料,通过挤出机挤出成型,不仅降低了生产成本,而且提高了生产效率。制成的辊筒各方面性能都有所提高,能适用于比较恶劣的使用环境。

一种尼龙托辊
技术领域
本发明属于带式输送装置使用的托辊技术领域,特别是涉及一种托辊。
背景技术
现有托辊的辊筒一般都采用橡胶尼龙通过注塑机注塑成型,每一次只能成型1至2个辊筒,生产效率低下,远远不能满足市场的需求。而且成型的辊筒外表有明显模具印,表面粗糙,影响其使用功能。其耐热温度和熔点不高,不能适用于恶劣环境的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种尼龙托辊,其辊筒生产效率高,成本低,能适用于恶劣的使用环境,从而完全解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种尼龙托辊,包括辊筒和芯轴,辊筒两端通过轴承及轴承座套装在芯轴上,轴承外侧依次设置迷宫内盖、迷宫外盖、密封盖和轴卡,所述辊筒采用挤出机挤出成型,轴承座、迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖采用注塑机注塑成型。
进一步,辊筒由以下质量百分比的组分构成:
尼龙6切片70%
聚乙烯树脂25%
马来酸酐5%。
进一步,在尼龙6切片、聚乙烯树脂和马来酸酐组成的原料中加入占原料重量0.03%的炭黑和占原料重量0.5%的机油。
进一步,所述辊筒采用挤出机挤出成型,挤出机进料段温度为215℃,型化段温度为230℃,均化段温度为230℃,模具颈部温度为230℃,分流梭内温为225℃,分流梭外温为210℃,模具口温度为220℃,主机转速为550r/min,牵引机转速为330r/min。
作为优选,轴承座由以下质量百分比的组分构成:
玻纤尼龙55%
聚氯乙烯24.65%
辊筒废料20%
炭黑0.35%。
作为优选,所述轴承座采用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机的加料段温度为230℃,均化段温度为230℃,压缩段温度为220℃,喷嘴温度为210℃,注塑压力为70MPa。
作为优选,迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖均有以下质量百分比的组分构成:
尼龙切片65%
聚乙烯树脂30%
马来酸酐5%。
作为优选,每100kg尼龙切片、聚乙烯树脂和马来酸酐组成的原料中加入0.035g的炭里。
作为优选,所述迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖均采用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机的加料段温度为220℃,均化段温度为230℃,压缩段温度为230℃,喷嘴温度为220℃,注塑压力为60MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:该托辊的辊筒利用尼龙6切片、聚乙烯树脂、马来酸酐等混合制成原料,通过挤出机挤出成型,不仅降低了生产成本,而且提高了生产效率。制成的辊筒各方面性能都有所提高,能适用于比较恶劣的使用环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种尼龙托辊,包括辊筒2和芯轴1,辊筒2两端通过轴承4及轴承座8套装在芯轴1上,轴承4外侧依次设置迷宫内盖6、迷宫外盖7、密封盖5和轴卡3,所述辊筒2采用挤出机挤出成型,轴承座8、迷宫内盖6和迷宫外盖7采用注塑机注塑成型。
一、辊筒
辊筒由以下质量百分比的组分构成:
尼龙6切片70%
聚乙烯树脂25%
马来酸酐5%。
在尼龙6切片、聚乙烯树脂和马来酸酐组成的原料中加入占原料重量0.03%的炭黑和占原料重量0.5%的机油。其中炭黑可增强辊筒的抗静电性能,机油能够增强原料成型时的流动性能,保证成型过程更顺畅。
上述原料按照比例均匀混合后,装入挤出机的进料斗预热(预热温度控制在100-120℃,此温度范围能够保证原料足够的干燥度,提高成型产品合格率)后进入单螺杆挤出机塑化,通过系列模具再进入真空定型套定型冷却,最后根据需要切断为不同长短规格,加工轴承座孔后成为合格的辊筒。
所述辊筒采用挤出机挤出成型,挤出机进料段温度为215℃,型化段温度为230℃,均化段温度为230℃,模具颈部温度为230℃,分流梭内温为225℃,分流梭外温为210℃,模具口温度为220℃,主机转速为550r/min,牵引机转速为330r/min。
在进行辊筒成型时,1.原料必须达到干燥要求才能进行成型,必要时需要二次烘干或炒干后才能按比例混合使用;2.尼龙6切片在开包后应立即使用,防止材料吸水,保证挤出的辊筒管体无气泡;3.挤出机开机后,各段温度需在设定温度上加5-10℃预热,当出料正常时,才恢复至设定温度。
该辊筒与现有技术的橡胶尼龙辊筒相比较,各性能指标如下:

从上表中可以看出,本发明辊筒与现有技术的橡胶尼龙辊筒相比,不仅外观光亮、平滑,提高了其使用性能;而且各项指标均有所提升,特别是长期耐热温度和熔点提升比较明显。该辊筒在成本降低,生产效率提升的情况下,同时各种性能指标也优于传统的橡胶尼龙辊筒。
二、轴承座
所述轴承座由以下质量百分比的组分构成:
玻纤尼龙55%
聚氯乙烯24.65%
辊筒废料20%
炭黑0.35%。
采用上述原料比例混合,能够保证轴承座成型后收缩率不大于20%。
将上述原料按比例混合均匀在80℃温度进行预热,采用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机的加料段温度为230℃,均化段温度为230℃,压缩段温度为220℃,喷嘴温度为210℃,注塑压力为70MPa。
三、迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖
所述迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖均有以下质量百分比的组分构成:
尼龙切片65%
聚乙烯树脂30%
马来酸酐5%。
每100kg尼龙切片、聚乙烯树脂和马来酸酐组成的原料中加入0.035g的炭里。
所述迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖均采用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机的加料段温度为220℃,均化段温度为230℃,压缩段温度为230℃,喷嘴温度为220℃,注塑压力为60MPa。
四、装配
首先,在辊筒两端安装轴承座;然后,芯轴的一端安装轴承,并装配到轴承座上,另一端穿过辊筒后再安装另一个轴承并压紧到位;接着,芯轴两端的轴承外侧分别依次装配迷宫内盖、迷宫外盖、密封盖和轴卡,尼龙托辊即装配完成。

1.一种尼龙托辊,包括辊筒和芯轴,辊筒两端通过轴承及轴承座套装在芯轴上,轴承外侧依次设置迷宫内盖、迷宫外盖、密封盖和轴卡,其特征在于:所述辊筒采用挤出机挤出成型,轴承座、迷宫内盖和迷宫外盖采用注塑机注塑成型,辊筒由以下质量百分比的组分构成:
尼龙6切片70%
聚乙烯树脂25%
马来酸酐5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙托辊,其特征在于:在尼龙6切片、聚乙烯树脂和马来酸酐组成的原料中加入占原料重量0.03%的炭黑和占原料重量0.5%的机油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的尼龙托辊,其特征在于:所述辊筒采用挤出机挤出成型,挤出机进料段温度为215℃,型化段温度为230℃,均化段温度为230℃,模具颈部温度为230℃,分流梭内温为225℃,分流梭外温为210℃,模具口温度为220℃,主机转速为550r/min,牵引机转速为330r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙托辊,其特征在于,轴承座由以下质量百分比的组分构成:

7.根据权利要求6所述的尼龙托辊,其特征在于:每100kg尼龙切片、聚乙烯树脂和马来酸酐组成的原料中加入0.035g的炭黑。
