前述的配方中(经药理实验,申报保健食品,并获取健字号后)还可以加入以重量计的下列组分:黄芪900-1100 g、党参900-1100 g、太子参900-1100g、红景天800g-1000g、白术800g-1000g、白芍800g-1000g,而优选的配伍还可以是黄芪1000g、党参1000g、太子参1000g、白术900g、白芍900g用预水解SBE技术提取并浓缩。
上述的组合物中主要成份为香橼所含挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,能促进肠胃里蠕动和消化液分泌,排除肠内积气,并有祛痰作用;炙甘草有补脾和胃,益气复脉的作用,用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心动悸,脉结代;代代花有疏肝,和胃,理气的作用;百合有润肺止咳,清心安神,补中益气,清热利尿,清热解毒,凉血止血,健脾和胃的功效;利于心悸怔忡,失眠多梦,烦燥不安者;嗜酸乳杆菌在人体整个胃肠道中,"从上而下"调节微生态环境,释放有益双歧杆菌等其他益生菌生长的物质,增加大肠内益生菌的数量、增强它们的生命力,从而抑制各种有害菌,减少体内毒素生成,减轻肝脏解毒负担,使肠胃更加健康;双歧杆菌能维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘,下痢和胃肠障碍等;干酪乳杆菌作为益生菌的一种,能调节肠内菌群平衡、促进人体消化吸收等作用;嗜热链球菌能改善肠道微环境,调节血压 ,抗癌作用 ,延缓衰老 ,产乳酸, 对胃酸、胆盐的耐受性。

4.根据权利要求1所述的调理气虚体质的膳食,其特征在于包括以重量计的下列组分:微胶囊化后的双歧杆菌(青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌)900g-1100g、乳杆菌(嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌)900g-1100g、嗜热链球菌900g-1100g、山药900g-1100g、佛手900g-1100g、茯苓 900g-1100g、桑葚900g-1100g、陈皮 900g-1100g、甘草900g-1100g、沙棘900g-1100g、百合900g-1100g、香橼900g-1100g、人参800g-1000g、玫瑰茄700g-900g;
制作时先将以是山药、佛手、沙棘、茯苓、桑葚、陈皮、香橼、玫瑰茄、甘草、人参为主要原料,浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用预水解SBE技术提取并浓缩后,配以百合、糊精100℃干燥并灭菌6小时,配以蜂花粉、木糖醇,再混合进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的双歧杆菌(青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌)、乳杆菌(嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌)、嗜热链球菌混合的工艺制成固体饮料,然后分装成10-65 ml/瓶(做成饮品则省略上述配以糊精100℃干燥并灭菌6小时一道工序),每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶;也可以加入适量附料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成饼干等快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用。
