Abstract

一种排水系统,其包括:水泵主体(1)、进水管(2)、出水管(3)、储水装置(4)和连接紧固件(5),连接紧固件连接进水管(2)和出水管(3),其特征在于:进水管和出水管嵌套形成环形腔(6),环形腔内设置过滤器(7),过滤器周圈具有定位环(70),定位环(70)截面宽度()大于所述连接紧固件前端面(53)到止位面(41)的间距(),所述连接紧固件(5)设置夹紧装置。当用户忘记安装过滤器时进水管和出水管之间的环形空腔使水泵与储水装置之间连接不稳定,若此时用户将螺纹结构旋紧至止位面的位置,由于定位环截面宽度大于连接紧固件前端面到止位面的间距(),夹紧辅助装置与出水管之间仍然无法夹紧,水泵此时处于倾斜的状态,提示用户安装过滤器,水泵中的防倾倒开关处于断开的状态,水泵无法工作,保证用户和水泵的安全。

一种排水系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种排水系统,特别是具有水泵过滤器的排水系统。
背景技术
现有的快速安装拆卸的水泵中通常设置有过滤器,过滤器便于拆卸以便清洗过滤器上的杂物防止其堵住进水口,然而用户在使用时常常会忘记安装过滤器,造成水泵在没有过滤器的情况下工作,这样污水中的杂物及大颗粒在水泵工作过程中很容易被吸入水泵的叶轮腔内造成叶轮的损坏,降低水泵的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种排水系统能够防止用户忘记其过滤器。
为解决上述问题本发明提供一种排水系统其包括:水泵主体、进水管、出水管、储水装置和连接紧固件,连接紧固件连接进水管和出水管,其特征在于:进水管和出水管嵌套形成环形腔,环形腔内设置过滤器,过滤器周圈具有定位环,定位环截面宽度大于连接紧固件前端面到止位面的间距,连接紧固件设置夹紧装置提供定位环紧固的压力。 
优选的,过滤器定位环设有挡板和密封件。
优选的,密封件为弹性垫圈其截面宽度小于所述间距。
优选的,过滤器呈圆台形,由开口端到封闭端直径逐渐减小,过滤器外表面沿轴向设置加强筋。
优选的,所述定位环设置在过滤器开口端周圈。
优选的,所述连接紧固件通过螺纹结构连接紧固。
优选的,所述进水管上设置定位环夹紧辅助装置。
优选的,所述夹紧辅助装置为环形筋,所述夹紧装置将环形筋压紧,环形筋将定位环压紧。
优选的,所述止位面为阻止连接紧固件过度紧固的阻挡面。
优选的,所述水泵设置有防倾倒开关。
进水管和出水管之间形成的环形腔用于安装过滤器,当用户忘记安装过滤器时进水管和出水管之间的环形空腔使水泵与储水装置之间连接不稳定,水泵位置会倾斜,若此时用户将螺纹结构旋紧至止位面的位置,由于定位环截面宽度大于连接紧固件前端面到止位面的间距,所以当连接紧固件与止位面抵触,夹紧辅助装置与出水管之间仍然无法夹紧,水泵此时仍然处于倾斜的状态,提示用户安装过滤器,水泵中的防倾倒开关处于断开的状态,水泵无法工作,保证用户和水泵的安全。

具体实施方式
参照图1、2、3所示的一种排水系统其包括:水泵主体1、进水管2、螺纹件5、过滤器7、弹性垫圈72、出水管3、储水桶4。所述进水管2安装在水泵主体1上,进水管2外圈设置环形筋21。所述出水管3设置在储水桶4上,出水管3的外圈设置有用于和螺纹件5配合的外螺纹31,螺纹件5与出水管3旋紧时能够起到连接紧固出水管3和进水管2的作用。所述过滤器7开口端75外周圈设有定位环70,过滤器7开口端75和封闭端78之间具有过滤栅格74。
参照图1、2、3所示,水泵主体1设有防倾倒开关11,螺纹件5设有内螺纹51与出水管3外螺纹31相互齿合。螺纹件5内尾部设有紧固圈52,紧固圈52位于进水管2环形筋21和水泵主体1之间,紧固圈52向内延伸与环形筋21重叠使螺纹件5能够灵活的转动且不会与进水管2脱离。所述进水管2的外径小于出水管3的内径,进水管2位于出水管3内,进水管2的另一端与叶轮腔12连接,所述螺纹件5通过与出水管3外螺纹31旋紧连接进水管2和出水管3。进水管2与出水管3之间形成环形腔6,过滤器7安装在环形腔6内。所述进水管2插入过滤器7开口端75,过滤器7封闭端78插入所述出水管3内,过滤器7呈圆台形,过滤器7开口端75到封闭端78直径逐渐减小。过滤器7定位环70位于进水管2环形筋21和出水管3水出水口32之间,定位环70的直径大于出水口32的直径。所述定位环70包括挡板71和弹性垫圈72,弹性垫圈72由弹性材料制成,弹性垫圈72安装在与挡板71相邻的槽77内。安装水泵时进水管2插入过滤器7开口端75,过滤器7封闭端插入出水管3内,加强筋73与出水管3内表面贴合对安装起到导向作用,能够很容易的使螺纹件5的内螺纹51与出水管3的外螺纹31对准,旋转螺纹件5紧固圈52带动环形筋21和挡板71沿轴向A向储水桶4移动,所述进水管2环形筋21和出水口32将定位环70夹紧,弹性垫圈72将出水口32密封。弹性垫圈72截面的宽度                                                小于螺纹件5前端面53到止位面41的间距,当螺纹件5旋到最紧时,螺纹件5前端面53到止位面41之间仍有一段距离,保证螺纹件5与止位面41相抵触前将弹性垫圈72夹紧达到最佳密封效果。水泵工作时水流由出水管3流经过滤器7阻挡杂质和大颗粒防止其进入通过进水管2进入水泵主体叶轮腔12内部,损坏叶轮。
参照图4、5、6所述过滤器7包括主体部分和弹性垫圈72部分,主体部分为一体件整体呈圆台形,过滤器开口端75位于圆直径较大的一端,封闭端78位于圆台直径较小的一端。开口端75外侧径向向外设置挡板71,挡板71内侧设置槽77,临近槽77为过滤器壁79,过滤栅格74由过滤器壁79开始延伸至封闭端78,过滤栅格74由径向的圆环741和纵向的加强筋73组成,所述加强筋均73匀的分布在过滤器壁79表面,延伸至圆环741并连接临近的圆环741,最终交叉于底部封闭端78,所述弹性垫圈72套在槽77上并与所述挡板71组成过滤器定位环70其截面宽度为,该宽度在安装时随着弹性垫圈的压缩变小,并且该宽度始终大于前端面53到止位面41的间距
参照图2、7所示,当用户没有安装过滤器7且未旋紧螺纹件5时,前端面53与止位面41不抵触,进水管2和出水管3之间的环形腔6失去了过滤器7的填充使得水泵与储水桶4之间的连接不稳定。此时若旋紧螺纹件5,使前端面53与止位面41相抵触,由于定位环70宽度即环形筋21与挡板71的接触面到出水口32的距离大于螺纹件前端面53到止位面41的间距,因此环形筋21不会与出水口32抵触夹紧,水泵仍然具有沿轴向A活动的空间,水泵与储水桶4连接不稳定。基于上述原因在漏装过滤器7时水泵会产生倾斜触发了其内置的防倾倒开关11,防倾倒开关11切断电机电源阻止水泵非正常启动,保护水泵和用户的安全。水泵倾斜时电机无法正常工作提示用户重新安装过滤器7,同时触发防倾倒开关11阻止水泵非正常启动。
综上所述,用户在忘记安装过滤器7的情况下,无论是否将螺纹件5旋转至与止位面41抵触的位置,水泵都会发生倾斜,此外水泵内置的防倾倒开关11在水泵倾斜时触发保证用户和水泵的安全。
上述实施方式是本发明的一个较佳的实施例,但本发明并不限定于此,所述技术领域人在不脱离本发明权利要求范围内所做的修改和替换,均在本发明权利要求保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种排水系统,其包括:水泵主体(1)、进水管(2)、出水管(3)、储水装置(4)和连接紧固件(5),连接紧固件连接进水管(2)和出水管(3),其特征在于:进水管和出水管嵌套形成环形腔(6),环形腔内设置过滤器(7),过滤器周圈具有定位环(70),定位环(70)截面宽度(                                               )大于所述连接紧固件前端面(53)到止位面(41)的间距(),所述连接紧固件(5)设置夹紧装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述过滤器定位环设有挡板(71)和密封件(72)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述密封件为弹性垫圈其截面宽度()小于所述间距()。
4.根据权利要求1所述的排水系统,其特征在于;所述过滤器呈圆台形,由开口端(75)到封闭端(78)直径逐渐减小,过滤器外表面沿轴向设置加强筋(73)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述定位环(70)设置在过滤器开口端(75)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述连接紧固件(5)通过螺纹结构连接紧固。
7.根据权利要求1所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述进水管上设置定位环夹紧辅助装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述夹紧辅助装置为环形筋(21),所述夹紧装置将环形筋(21)压紧,环形筋将定位环压紧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述止位面(41)为阻止连接紧固件过度紧固的阻挡面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的排水系统,其特征在于:所述水泵设置有防倾倒开关。
