技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械工业清洗剂领域,特别是涉及一种金属防锈清洗剂。
背景技术
目前,大部分金属都是比较容易生锈的,金属之所以发生生锈的现象有很多原因导致的,如存放的环境、气候等,除了这些因素还有就是金属本身的抗腐蚀能力都有很大的关系,为了延长金属的使用寿命和节约资源节约成本,有必要提供一种价廉物美的一种金属防锈清洗剂,且目前市场上的金属表面清洗剂在清洗金属时,存在清洗工艺复杂,清洗时间长,清洗成本高及清洗后的金属表面不会形成防锈层的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种金属防锈清洗剂。清洗金属表面时,既可以消除金属表面的锈斑,又可以对消除锈斑的金属表面进行防锈,而且生产工艺简单使用方便,简化了清洗工艺缩短工时,清洗成本低廉,对人体无毒无害,防锈效果明显。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案来实现:
一种金属防锈清洗剂,它是由下列重量百分比的原料依次加入反应容器中搅拌均匀获得的:
硅酸钠                     3%~5%
三聚磷酸钠                 10%~15%
还原剂                     6%~9%
卡丁醇乙醚                 8%~10%
甲苯酸                     16%~20%
羟基乙叉二磷酸             1%~3%
氢氧化钠                   3%~6%
碳酸钠                     加至10。

甲苯酸                     20%
羟基乙叉二磷酸             1%
氢氧化钠                   6%
碳酸钠                     加至100。
