本发明公开了一种硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂,由以下的配方组成和质量组份配合而成:硅酸钠30~50份,HEDP2~6份,硼砂1~2份,铬酸盐8~10份,硫酸锌2~5份,巯基苯并噻唑0.8~2份,余量为水。其特点是具有很好的缓蚀作用,适用于以碳钢、不锈钢、钢材等作为换热器材的冷却水处理,具有较高的阻垢及缓蚀性能,且具有低毒、高效、经济的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体是涉及一种硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂。
背景技术
工业冷却循环水系统内含有诸多杂质,如各类悬浮物、胶体物和溶解物质。通常采用预处理的方法消除其中的不溶物质;但以离子状态存在于水中的盐类无法清除,这些盐类在系统运行过程中,会引起许多问题,主要表现为水垢的产生与附着、设备的各种腐蚀、微生物的滋生与粘泥物的聚集等,这会造成系统运行寿命、热交换和生产效率的下降,甚至使企业被迫停产。
冷却水塔、冷水机组、循环水冷凝系统等,长期运行后,都需要得到有效的清洗,清洗的目的是除去其系统中的污垢、腐蚀产物、微生物及其衍生物等,提高系统的工作效率。
硅酸盐-有机磷复合缓蚀剂具有良好的防腐和阻垢作用,适用于高ph值、高碱度、中性硬度的水,具有污垢系数、腐蚀速度慢、没有点垢、成本低和低毒等优点。二氧化硅能和水系统中的腐蚀产物形成胶态吸附化合物而覆盖在金属表面上,达到防止金属腐蚀的目的。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂,它具有很好的缓蚀作用,适用于以碳钢、不锈钢、钢材等作为换热器材的冷却水处理,具有较高的阻垢及缓蚀性能,且具有低毒、高效、经济的特点。
本发明的硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂是由以下的配方组成和质量组份配合而成:硅酸钠30~50份,HEDP2~6份,硼砂1~2份,铬酸盐8~10份,硫酸锌2~5份,巯基苯并噻唑0.8~2份,余量为水。
一种硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂的配制方式为:将上述比例的硅酸钠、HEDP、硼砂、铬酸盐、硫酸锌和巯基苯并噻唑加入到一定量的水中,搅拌均匀即可。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
以制备硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂100g为例:
硅酸钠35份,HEDP6份,硼砂1份,铬酸盐9份,硫酸锌3份,巯基苯并噻唑1.2份,余量为水。
一种硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂的配制方式为:将上述比例的硅酸钠、HEDP、硼砂、铬酸盐、硫酸锌和巯基苯并噻唑加入到一定量的水中,搅拌均匀即可。
上述实施例中,应用了合理的配比,和适宜的方法,得到的该产品具有很好的缓蚀作用,并且具有低毒、高效、经济的优点。
实施例2:
以制备硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂100g为例:
硅酸钠40份,HEDP3.5份,硼砂1.5份,铬酸盐8.5份,硫酸锌4.5份,巯基苯并噻唑0.8份,余量为水。
硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂的配制方式与实施实例1相同。
上述实施例中,更改了各物质的质量份数,使得到的产品具有较高的阻垢及缓蚀性能,可以有效的保护金属构件。
实施例3:
以制备硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂100g为例:
硅酸钠45份,HEDP4.5份,硼砂2份,铬酸盐9份,硫酸锌5份,巯基苯并噻唑1.2份,余量为水。
上述实施例中,通过更改各物质的质量份数,使产品对金属部件具有很好的缓蚀阻垢的功效。
综上所述,本发明具有很好的缓蚀作用,适用于以碳钢、不锈钢、钢材等作为换热器材的冷却水处理,具有较高的阻垢及缓蚀性能,且具有低毒、高效、经济的特点。

1.一种硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂,其特征在于,各组份物质及其质量份数为:硅酸钠30~50份,HEDP2~6份,硼砂1~2份,铬酸盐8~10份,硫酸锌2~5份,巯基苯并噻唑0.8~2份,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂,其特征在于各组分物质及其质量份数为:硅酸钠35份,HEDP6份,硼砂1份,铬酸盐9份,硫酸锌3份,巯基苯并噻唑1.2份,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂,其特征在于各组分物质及其质量份数为:硅酸钠40份,HEDP3.5份,硼砂1.5份,铬酸盐8.5份,硫酸锌4.5份,巯基苯并噻唑0.8份,余量为水。

5.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐系冷却水处理剂,其特征在于配制方式为:将上述比例的硅酸钠、HEDP、硼砂、铬酸盐、硫酸锌和巯基苯并噻唑加入到一定量的水中,搅拌均匀即可。
