本发明涉及铝合金领域,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀铝板。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,社会的进步,空调、冰箱、汽车等生活用品逐渐走进千家万户,空调冷凝板,冰箱壳体,汽车底盘等板材经常会处于潮湿环境中,因而,对这些板材的防锈性能有一定的要求,现有的材料一般使用塑料板或者铝板,塑料板的不足是强度和硬度较低,而铝板为了使其具有耐腐蚀性,具有防锈功能,必须进行后续氧化加工,这增加了铝板的成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度高、硬度好、抗腐蚀性强的耐腐蚀铝板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐腐蚀铝板,除了含有60.9-80.5%的铝之外,还含有锰、铬、氧化铝、镍和硅,所述锰含量在1.5-7.0%,所述含量为重量百分比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铬的含量为0.3-4.5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述氧化铝含量为22-26%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述镍含量为0.1-0.4%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硅含量为0.3-0.7%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防锈铝板强度高、硬度好、抗腐蚀性强、防锈性能强。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种耐腐蚀铝板,除了含有70%的铝之外,还含有锰、铬、氧化铝、镍和硅,所述锰含量在5%,所述含量为重量百分比。
另外,所述铬的含量为2.5%。
另外,所述氧化铝含量为22.7%。
另外,所述镍含量为0.3%。
另外,所述硅含量为0.5%。
本发明耐腐蚀铝板熔炼时采用快速分析仪器分析合金成分,并及时调整合金比例,使合金成分在本发明保护范围之内,氧化铝在铝合金体中形成类刚玉样物质,显著提高了铝合金的整体耐腐蚀性和耐磨性能,其余合金相互间作用,最终形成化学性质稳定的氧化膜,加工生产出来的铝板在淡水、污水、液化气、液氧、液氮等介质中具有优良的耐腐蚀性和抗应力腐蚀性,具有很强的耐腐蚀性能。
区别于现有技术,本发明耐腐蚀铝板强度高、硬度好、抗腐蚀性强、防锈性能强。

1.一种耐腐蚀铝板,其特征在于,含有60.9-80.5%的铝,还含有锰、铬、氧化铝、镍和硅,所述锰含量在1.5-7.0%,所述含量为重量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀铝板,其特征在于,所述铬的含量为0.3-4.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀铝板,其特征在于,所述氧化铝含量为22-26%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀铝板,其特征在于,所述镍含量为0.1-0.4%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀铝板,其特征在于,所述硅含量为0.3-0.7%。
