本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀钼铑合金钢及其在钻进钻杆中的应用,其化学成分及质量百分比为:碳0.36~0.44%,钼6.4~7.2%,铑2.5~3.5%,硅0.8~1.2%,镍1.0~1.4%,锶0.03~0.05%,铼0.06~0.08%,锰0.8~1.2%,镓0.013~0.017%,钴0.06~0.08%,磷0.012~0.016%,锆0.45~0.65%,硫0.03~0.09%,铷0.08~0.14%,铬和钛共0.06~0.08%,铬和钛所占质量百分比的比例为5~7:1,其余为铁。本发明提供的钼铑基合金钢材料耐腐蚀性能优异,适合用于制备钻进钻杆。

技术领域
本发明属于钻杆领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀钼铑合金钢及其在钻进钻杆中的应用。
背景技术
钢是铁碳合金的统称。在实际生产中,钢往往根据用途的不同含有不同的合金元素,人类对钢的应用和研究历史相当悠久,但是直到19世纪贝氏炼钢法发明之前,钢的制取都是一项高成本低效率的工作。如今,钢以其低廉的价格、可靠的性能成为世界上使用最多的材料之一,是建筑业、制造业和人们日常生活中不可或缺的成分。可以说钢是现代社会的物质基础。但是钢本身特性存在缺点,密度高,比较重,比较易被腐蚀,比较脆容易断裂。
实际应用中,钻进钻杆用钢需要具有较高的耐腐蚀性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀钼铑合金钢及其在钻进钻杆中的应用。
本发明的上述目的是通过下面的技术方案得以实现的:
一种耐腐蚀钼铑合金钢,其化学成分及质量百分比为:碳0.36~0.44%,钼6.4~7.2%,铑2.5~3.5%,硅0.8~1.2%,镍1.0~1.4%,锶0.03~0.05%,铼0.06~0.08%,锰0.8~1.2%,镓0.013~0.017%,钴0.06~0.08%,磷0.012~0.016%,锆0.45~0.65%,硫0.03~0.09%,铷0.08~0.14%,铬和钛共0.06~0.08%,铬和钛所占质量百分比的比例为5~7:1,其余为铁。
进一步地,所述的耐腐蚀钼铑合金钢化学成分及质量百分比为:碳0.40%,钼6.8%,铑3.0%,硅1.0%,镍1.2%,锶0.04%,铼0.07%,锰1.0%,镓0.015%,钴0.07%,磷0.014%,锆0.55%,硫0.06%,铷0.11%,铬和钛共0.07%,铬和钛所占质量百分比的比例为6:1,其余为铁。

进一步地,所述的耐腐蚀钼铑合金钢化学成分及质量百分比为:碳0.44%,钼7.2%,铑3.5%,硅1.2%,镍1.4%,锶0.05%,铼0.08%,锰1.2%,镓0.017%,钴0.08%,磷0.016%,锆0.65%,硫0.09%,铷0.14%,铬和钛共0.08%,铬和钛所占质量百分比的比例为7:1,其余为铁。

对实施例1~7的合金钢进行了耐腐蚀测试。将实施例1~7的钢材料分别放入5wt%的NaCl溶液、10wt%的硫酸溶液和10wt%的氢氧化钾溶液中,测定时间为1年。
结果见下表。
