Abstract
本发明属于高分子材料领域,公开了一种液晶显示基板材料及其制备方法。液晶显示基板材料由以下成分按照重量比组成:ABS环氧树脂为26-38份、聚酯为13-25份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为18-22份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为5-7份、聚碳酸酯为8-12份。液晶显示基板材料制备方法为将所述的各种成分进行高温熔融、通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤压处理,经过挤出、冷却、切粒后获得液晶显示基板材料。本发明的液晶显示基板材料具有较好的耐热性能,较好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,可作为基板材料应用于液晶显示等领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,涉及一种材料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种液晶显示基板材料其制备方法。
背景技术
随着工业技术的进步,显示器的材质也在不断的进行更新。从之前的刚性玻璃到柔性基板,所经历的时间也非常短。柔性液晶显示器具有非常广的用途,如智能电视、智能手机、电脑等电子产品中有着大量的应用。基板材料作为液晶显示器的组成部分,基板材料的各种物理性能也对液晶显示器的性能有着较关键的作用。液晶显示器的基板材料必须具备较高的耐热性能,另外还需具有较好的拉伸性能和断裂伸长率。这些性能的优劣都会左右着液晶显示器的使用寿命和产品品质。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的基板材料的耐热性能有待提高,同时其作为柔性材料的拉伸性能和断裂伸长率也较低,不能较好的应用于液晶显示器的基板的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种液晶显示基板材料,液晶显示基板材料由以下成分按照重量比组成: ABS环氧树脂为26-38份、聚酯为13-25份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为18-22份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为5-7份、聚碳酸酯为8-12份。
一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取ABS环氧树脂为26-38份、聚酯为13-25份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为18-22份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为5-7份、聚碳酸酯为8-12份,将ABS环氧树脂、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和聚碳酸酯五种材料加热至120-140℃,加热后进行搅拌,高温混合均匀;
(2)打开双螺杆挤压机,将步骤(1)中混合均匀后的混合物通过双螺杆挤压机进行挤压处理,双螺杆挤压机转速为100-300转/分钟,双螺杆挤压机的各区温度分别为:一区为170-175℃,二区为180-185℃,三区为195-200℃,四区为205-210℃;
(3)挤出后将混合物进行切粒,切粒后制备得到液晶显示基板材料。
所述的一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法中,ABS环氧树脂优选为38份。
所述的一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法中,双螺杆挤压机一区温度优选为175℃。
所述的一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法中,制备过程中将各种材料优选加热至140℃。
有益效果:
通过将ABS环氧树脂、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、聚碳酸酯五种材料进行有效组合,制备得到的液晶显示基板材料具有良好的耐热性能、拉伸性能和断裂伸长率。本发明的液晶显示基板材料可耐150℃下30h至50h无老化、变形的情况。拉伸强度为37.4MPa至39.8MPa。断裂伸长率为33%至36%。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)取ABS环氧树脂为26kg、聚酯为25kg、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为20kg、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为5kg、聚碳酸酯为8kg,将ABS环氧树脂、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和聚碳酸酯五种材料加热至130℃,加热后进行搅拌,高温混合均匀;
(2)打开双螺杆挤压机,将步骤(1)中混合均匀后的混合物通过双螺杆挤压机进行挤压处理,双螺杆挤压机转速为300转/分钟,双螺杆挤压机的各区温度分别为:一区为170℃,二区为185℃,三区为195℃,四区为210℃;
(3)挤出后将混合物进行切粒,切粒后制备得到液晶显示基板材料。
实施例2
(1)取ABS环氧树脂为32kg、聚酯为13kg、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为18kg、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为7kg、聚碳酸酯为12kg,将ABS环氧树脂、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和聚碳酸酯五种材料加热至120℃,加热后进行搅拌,高温混合均匀;
(2)打开双螺杆挤压机,将步骤(1)中混合均匀后的混合物通过双螺杆挤压机进行挤压处理,双螺杆挤压机转速为100转/分钟,双螺杆挤压机的各区温度分别为:一区为175℃,二区为185℃,三区为200℃,四区为205℃;
(3)挤出后将混合物进行切粒,切粒后制备得到液晶显示基板材料。
实施例3
(1)取ABS环氧树脂为38kg、聚酯为19kg、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为22kg、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为6kg、聚碳酸酯为10kg,将ABS环氧树脂、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和聚碳酸酯五种材料加热至140℃,加热后进行搅拌,高温混合均匀;
(2)打开双螺杆挤压机,将步骤(1)中混合均匀后的混合物通过双螺杆挤压机进行挤压处理,双螺杆挤压机转速为200转/分钟,双螺杆挤压机的各区温度分别为:一区为170℃,二区为180℃,三区为195℃,四区为210℃;
(3)挤出后将混合物进行切粒,切粒后制备得到液晶显示基板材料。
制备得到的液晶显示基板材料的耐热强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率结果如下表所示。
对液晶显示基板材料的组成和配比进行优化后,所制备的基板材料具有了较高的耐热性能、较好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,可作为液晶显示器的基板材料应用于液晶显示领域,提高液晶显示器的使用寿命和产品品质。
Claims (5)
1.一种液晶显示基板材料,其特征在于液晶显示基板材料由以下成分按照重量比组成: ABS环氧树脂为26-38份、聚酯为13-25份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为18-22份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为5-7份、聚碳酸酯为8-12份。
2.一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取ABS环氧树脂为26-38份、聚酯为13-25份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为18-22份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为5-7份、聚碳酸酯为8-12份,将ABS环氧树脂、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和聚碳酸酯五种材料加热至120-140℃,加热后进行搅拌,高温混合均匀;
(2)打开双螺杆挤压机,将步骤(1)中混合均匀后的混合物通过双螺杆挤压机进行挤压处理,双螺杆挤压机转速为100-300转/分钟,双螺杆挤压机的各区温度分别为:一区为170-175℃,二区为180-185℃,三区为195-200℃,四区为205-210℃;
(3)挤出后将混合物进行切粒,切粒后制备得到液晶显示基板材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法中所述的ABS环氧树脂为38份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法中双螺杆挤压机一区温度为175℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种液晶显示基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于制备过程中将各种材料加热至140℃。
