Abstract

本发明提供了用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其确保管道可以和管支座顺利连接,且无需对管道进行整体热处理、水压及无损探伤,同样确保管道的品质,降低了企业管道检测的成本。其包括梁结构,所述梁结构的侧部设置有导向框架,所述导向框架的内腔内设置有四个对中布置的管支座,所述管支座内布置有管道,所述管道具体为高温高压管道,其特征在于:所述管道的外圆面布置有夹箍结构,所述夹箍结构通过螺母、螺栓紧固于所述管道的外表面,所述夹箍结构对应于所述导向框架内,四个所述管支座的内侧分别焊接连接所述夹箍结构的外表面。

用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置
技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉结构的技术领域,具体为用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置。
背景技术
大型余热锅炉上布置有多条高温高压管道,并且管道上往往设有导向装置。由于受管道材料、壁厚等限制,工地上不能直接在管道上焊接管支座。因此,以往厂内必须在管道的外表面焊接预埋板,方便现场焊接管支座,但管道上焊接预埋板后,管道需要整体热处理、水压及无损探伤,确保管道的品质,企业对于管道的检测成本大。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其确保管道可以和管支座顺利连接,且无需对管道进行整体热处理、水压及无损探伤,同样确保管道的品质,降低了企业管道检测的成本。
用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其技术方案是这样的:其包括梁结构,所述梁结构的侧部设置有导向框架,所述导向框架的内腔内设置有四个对中布置的管支座,所述管支座内布置有管道,所述管道具体为高温高压管道,其特征在于:所述管道的外圆面布置有夹箍结构,所述夹箍结构通过螺母、螺栓紧固于所述管道的外表面,所述夹箍结构对应于所述导向框架内,四个所述管支座的内侧分别焊接连接所述夹箍结构的外表面。
其进一步特征在于:所述夹箍结构为两个对称的半圆弧结构拼合而成,所述半圆弧结构的两端部设置有外凸的紧固板,所述紧固板上设置有定位贯穿孔,所述管道贯穿拼合后的两个半圆弧结构形成的内腔,所述半圆弧结构的内壁紧贴所述管道的外壁,所述螺栓贯穿拼合后的所述半圆弧结构的对应的贯穿孔后、所述螺母套装于所述螺栓的外露部分,所述螺母紧固压装于对应的所述紧固板的对应侧;
所述梁结构对应于所述管支座的位置处设置有连接板,所述连接板的两侧焊接连接所述梁结构、对应的管支座的外侧;
所述导向框架对应于所述管支座的位置处设置有焊接连接板,所述焊接连接板的两侧分别焊接连接对应位置的导向框架的支架、对应位置的管支座的外侧。
采用本发明的结构后,由于管道的外圆面布置有夹箍结构,所述夹箍结构的通过螺母、螺栓紧固于所述管道的外圆面,所述夹箍结构对应于所述导向框架内,四个所述管支座的内侧焊接连接所述夹箍结构的外表面,其使得管支座直接焊接于夹箍结构的外表面,且夹箍结构无需通过焊接连接管道外圆面,使得管道的不会产生品质上的变化,其无需对管道进行整体热处理、水压及无损探伤,其确保管道可以和管支座顺利连接,同样确保了管道的品质,降低了企业管道检测的成本。

具体实施方式
用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,见图1~图2:其包括梁结构1,梁结构1的侧部设置有导向框架2,导向框架2的内腔内设置有四个对中布置的管支座3,管支座3内布置有管道4,管道4具体为高温高压管道,其特征在于:管道4的外圆面布置有夹箍结构5,夹箍结构5通过螺母6、螺栓7紧固于管道4的外表面,夹箍结构5对应于导向框架2内,四个管支座3的内侧分别焊接连接夹箍结构5的外表面,其在工地上进行现场焊接。
夹箍结构5为两个对称的半圆弧结构8拼合而成,半圆弧结构8的两端部设置有外凸的紧固板9,紧固板9上设置有定位贯穿孔,管道4贯穿拼合后的两个半圆弧结构8形成的内腔,半圆弧结构8的内壁紧贴管道4的外壁,螺栓7贯穿拼合后的半圆弧结构8的对应的贯穿孔后、螺母6套装于螺栓7的外露部分,螺母6紧固压装于对应的紧固板9的对应侧;梁结构1对应于管支座3的位置处设置有连接板10,连接板10的两侧焊接连接梁结构1、对应的管支座3的外侧;导向框架2对应于管支座3的位置处设置有焊接连接板11,焊接连接板11的两侧分别焊接连接对应位置的导向框架2的支架12、对应位置的管支座3的外侧。

1.用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其包括梁结构,所述梁结构的侧部设置有导向框架,所述导向框架的内腔内设置有四个对中布置的管支座,所述管支座内布置有管道,所述管道具体为高温高压管道,其特征在于:所述管道的外圆面布置有夹箍结构,所述夹箍结构通过螺母、螺栓紧固于所述管道的外表面,所述夹箍结构对应于所述导向框架内,四个所述管支座的内侧分别焊接连接所述夹箍结构的外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其特征在于:所述夹箍结构为两个对称的半圆弧结构拼合而成,所述半圆弧结构的两端部设置有外凸的紧固板,所述紧固板上设置有定位贯穿孔,所述管道贯穿拼合后的两个半圆弧结构形成的内腔,所述半圆弧结构的内壁紧贴所述管道的外壁,所述螺栓贯穿拼合后的所述半圆弧结构的对应的贯穿孔后、所述螺母套装于所述螺栓的外露部分,所述螺母紧固压装于对应的所述紧固板的对应侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其特征在于:所述梁结构对应于所述管支座的位置处设置有连接板,所述连接板的两侧焊接连接所述梁结构、对应的管支座的外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于余热锅炉高温高压管道导向装置,其特征在于:所述导向框架对应于所述管支座的位置处设置有焊接连接板,所述焊接连接板的两侧分别焊接连接对应位置的导向框架的支架、对应位置的管支座的外侧。
