本发明公开一种阻燃聚丙烯母料,属于化工材料领域。本发明阻燃聚丙烯母料各组分按重量份计为:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂18-22份、氯化石蜡9-13份、抗氧剂10100.1-0.5份、硬脂酸镁7-10份、氢氧化铝30-35份、氧化锌0.2-0.4份、季戊四醇5-7份。本发明选用有机硅阻燃剂,各原料组分之间有很好的阻燃协同作用,阻燃剂在聚丙烯基体中分散性好,用该母料制备的阻燃聚丙烯材料阻燃效果好,力学性能优异。

技术领域
    本发明属于化工材料领域,具体是一种阻燃聚丙烯母料。
背景技术
聚丙烯(Polypropylene,简称PP)是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料。具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀。在工业界有广泛的应用,是平常常见的高分子材料之一。实现聚丙烯无卤阻燃,减少对环境和人身体健康的危害已经成为阻燃聚丙烯发展的一个趋势。目前,聚丙烯的阻燃改性通过添加阻燃剂来实现,含卤阻燃剂由于对环境危害大,人们选择无卤阻燃剂来改善聚丙烯的阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃聚丙烯母料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻燃聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,所述阻燃聚丙烯母料各组分按重量份计为:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂18-22份、氯化石蜡9-13份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、硬脂酸镁7-10份、氢氧化铝30-35份、氧化锌0.2-0.4份、季戊四醇5-7份。
本发明所述阻燃聚丙烯母料各组分按重量份计为:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂20份、氯化石蜡11份、抗氧剂1010 0.3份、硬脂酸镁8.5份、氢氧化铝32.5份、氧化锌0.3份、季戊四醇6份。
本发明还提供一种制备阻燃聚丙烯母料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:按重量份称取各原料混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒即得到阻燃聚丙烯母料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明选用有机硅阻燃剂,各原料组分之间有很好的阻燃协同作用,阻燃剂在聚丙烯基体中分散性好,用该母料制备的阻燃聚丙烯材料阻燃效果好,力学性能优异。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
按重量份取下述原料:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂20份、氯化石蜡11份、抗氧剂1010 0.3份、硬脂酸镁8.5份、氢氧化铝32.5份、氧化锌0.3份、季戊四醇6份。
将上述原料混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒即得到阻燃聚丙烯母料。
应用实施例1:
将实施例1中的阻燃母料以28%添加量与共聚聚丙烯混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒得阻燃聚丙烯料,阻燃等级为 UL94-V0,其拉伸屈服强度为31.5MPa,缺口冲击强度为8.3 kJ/m2
实施例2
按重量份取下述原料:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂18份、氯化石蜡9份、抗氧剂1010 0.15份、硬脂酸镁7份、氢氧化铝30份、氧化锌0.2份、季戊四醇5份。
将上述原料混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒即得到阻燃聚丙烯母料。
将实施例2中的阻燃母料以35%添加量与共聚聚丙烯混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒得阻燃聚丙烯料,阻燃等级为 UL94-V0,其拉伸屈服强度为32.5MPa,缺口冲击强度为7.3kJ/m2
实施例3
按重量份取下述原料:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂22份、氯化石蜡13份、抗氧剂1010 0.5份、硬脂酸镁10份、氢氧化铝35份、氧化锌0.4份、季戊四醇7份。
将上述原料混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒即得到阻燃聚丙烯母料。
将实施例3中的阻燃母料以30%添加量与共聚聚丙烯混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒得阻燃聚丙烯料,阻燃等级为 UL94-V0,其拉伸屈服强度为28.6MPa,缺口冲击强度为6.6kJ/m2

1.一种阻燃聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,所述阻燃聚丙烯母料各组分按重量份计为:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂18-22份、氯化石蜡9-13份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、硬脂酸镁7-10份、氢氧化铝30-35份、氧化锌0.2-0.4份、季戊四醇5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,所述阻燃聚丙烯母料各组分按重量份计为:聚丙烯100份、有机硅阻燃剂20份、氯化石蜡11份、抗氧剂1010 0.3份、硬脂酸镁8.5份、氢氧化铝32.5份、氧化锌0.3份、季戊四醇6份。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述阻燃聚丙烯母料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:按重量份称取各原料混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒即得到阻燃聚丙烯母料。
