本发明公开了一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:将茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,5-8份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、复合环保热稳定剂、微胶囊化红磷、膨胀型石墨、聚乙烯蜡及高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;将邻苯二甲酸酯类、导电金属粉、碳纤维、煅烧陶土、滑石粉及抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与上述制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,冷却;将得到的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。本发明中,上述电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料耐候性能好,耐高压性能优异,不仅不存在脱落问题,且硬度较高,热稳定性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及高压电缆用护套材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料
背景技术
在高压电缆中的护套材料一般由绝缘电阻较大的材料制成,在多点连续接地时,在离地点较远的护套位置上可形成危险电压不仅可危及电缆的运行安全,也会导致施工人员的触电,目前一般在护套层上涂覆石墨进行放电,但在电缆敷设中容易损坏、脱落,污染周围环境,严重影响电缆安装过程中的正常检测,给生产厂家和用户造成很多麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,所述高压电缆用低温护套材料耐候性好,耐高压性能优异,不仅不存在脱落问题,且硬度较高,热稳定性能好。
本发明提出的一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:按重量比称取60-65份茂金属聚乙烯,15-20份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为17.5-19.2%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,5-8份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,5-7份由42-53wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与47-58wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准50-73wt%的微胶囊化红磷,2-5份膨胀型石墨、0.2-0.4份聚乙烯蜡及0.2-0.27份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准17-30wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,3-10份导电金属粉,18-26份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准40-100wt%的煅烧陶土,15-20份滑石粉,0.5-1.2份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至80-90℃搅拌3-5min,然后提高温度至100-105℃搅拌1-3min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。
优选地,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的密度为1150-1180kg/m3,吸湿度为0.25-0.4%。
优选地,茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙烯树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸树脂的重量比为60-65:15-20:5,茂金属聚乙烯与碳纤维的重量比为60-65:20-25。
优选地,在S2中,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类由邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯的一种或多种组成。
优选地,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
优选地,抗氧剂由辛基化二苯胺、丙酮和二苯胺高温反应产物、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉、6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉、二芳基对苯二胺混合剂、2.6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、苯乙烯化苯酚、1,3-双(二甲基氨基丙基)-2-硫脲、硫代二丙基二月桂酯、二丁级二硫代氨基甲酸镍的一种或多种组成。
本发明中,使用茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为基材,因为乙稀-醋酸乙烯树脂具有良好的填料包容性与可交联性,通过控制醋酸乙稀的含量处于一定的范围并与其他基材混合使用,可显著提高护套材料的填料相容性、热密封性能及其耐候性能,复合环保热稳定剂无毒、润滑性好,滑石粉分散性强,并配合添加适量碳纤维黑及导电金属粉,耐高压性能优异,不存在脱落问题,不污染环境,且可使制品具有较高热稳定性及良好的表面光滑度的前提下,配合本身具备的高硬度使得其耐刮擦性能大幅度提高,提高硬度后的护套材料对于可抵抗电缆支架所产生的剪切形变的能力显著提高,大大增加了电缆的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
本发明提出的一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:按重量比称取60-65份茂金属聚乙烯,15-20份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为17.5-19.2%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,5-8份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,5-7份由42-53wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与47-58wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准50-73wt%的微胶囊化红磷,2-5份膨胀型石墨、0.2-0.4份聚乙烯蜡及0.2-0.27份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准17-30wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,3-10份导电金属粉,18-26份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准40-100wt%的煅烧陶土,15-20份滑石粉,0.5-1.2份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至80-90℃搅拌3-5min,然后提高温度至100-105℃搅拌1-3min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。

本实施例中,一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:按重量比称取61份茂金属聚乙烯,20份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为18%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,8份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,5份由50wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与50wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准73wt%的微胶囊化红磷,2.05份膨胀型石墨、0.35份聚乙烯蜡及0.2份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准30wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,5份导电金属粉,18份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准50wt%的煅烧陶土,20份滑石粉,0.75份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至88℃搅拌3.5min,然后提高温度至102℃搅拌1.5min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。
实施例2
本实施例中,一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:按重量比称取64份茂金属聚乙烯,16份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为19%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,5.5份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,7份由42wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与58wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准55wt%的微胶囊化红磷,4.5份膨胀型石墨、0.25份聚乙烯蜡及0.27份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准18wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,10份导电金属粉,26份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准100wt%的煅烧陶土,15份滑石粉,1.15份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至85℃搅拌5min,然后提高温度至105℃搅拌3min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。
实施例3
本实施例中,一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:按重量比称取62份茂金属聚乙烯,18份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为18.55%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,6份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,6份由48wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与52wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准67wt%的微胶囊化红磷,3.5份膨胀型石墨、0.35份聚乙烯蜡及0.25份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准24wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,5份导电金属粉,25份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准55wt%的煅烧陶土,17份滑石粉,0.75份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至88℃搅拌4min,然后提高温度至102℃搅拌2.5min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。
实施例4
本实施例中,一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,包括:按重量比称取64份茂金属聚乙烯,17份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为19.2%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,6份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,6.85份由47.2wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与52.8wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准68wt%的微胶囊化红磷,3.5份膨胀型石墨、0.35份聚乙烯蜡及0.25份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准28wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,5份导电金属粉,24份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准75wt%的煅烧陶土,16份滑石粉,0.85份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至88℃搅拌4min,然后提高温度至100℃搅拌2.5min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。
将实施例1-4中所述的耐高压电缆护套材料进行性能测试,测试结果如下:

1.一种电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,其特征在于,包括:按重量比称取60-65份茂金属聚乙烯,15-20份乙稀-醋酸乙烯含量为17.5-19.2%的乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂,5-8份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,5-7份由42-53wt%环保型Ca/Zn复合稳定剂与47-58wt%环氧大豆油组成的复合环保热稳定剂,以复合环保热稳定剂为基准50-73wt%的微胶囊化红磷,2-5份膨胀型石墨、0.2-0.4份聚乙烯蜡及0.2-0.27份高效润滑剂置于低速捏合机中搅拌均匀;称取以茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基准17-30wt%邻苯二甲酸酯类,3-10份导电金属粉,18-26份碳纤维,以聚乙烯蜡为基准40-100wt%的煅烧陶土,15-20份滑石粉,0.5-1.2份抗氧剂置入上述低速捏合机中并与制备的物料混合均匀,然后将制备的物料置于高速捏合机中加热进行高速搅拌均匀,其中首先将温度提高至80-90℃搅拌3-5min,然后提高温度至100-105℃搅拌1-3min,冷却;将制备的物料送入双螺杆造粒机中进行挤出造粒,烘干得到耐高压电缆护套材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,其特征在于,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的密度为1150-1180kg/m3,吸湿度为0.25-0.4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,其特征在于,茂金属聚乙烯、乙稀-醋酸乙烯树脂及聚甲基丙烯酸树脂的重量比为60-65:15-20:5,茂金属聚乙烯与碳纤维的重量比为60-65:20-25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,其特征在于,在S2中,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类由邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯的一种或多种组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,其特征在于,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用耐候耐高压护套材料,其特征在于,抗氧剂由辛基化二苯胺、丙酮和二苯胺高温反应产物、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉、6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉、二芳基对苯二胺混合剂、2.6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、苯乙烯化苯酚、1,3-双(二甲基氨基丙基)-2-硫脲、硫代二丙基二月桂酯、二丁级二硫代氨基甲酸镍的一种或多种组成。
