本申请是根据2009年10月12日提交的发明名称为“塑料容器”的专利申请200980113086.6的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料容器,具体地但不是唯一地涉及一种一般用于运输或存放牛奶的类型的吹塑的塑料容器。
背景技术
公知地,以轻型塑料容器包装牛奶用于通过超市等零售。期望制造尽可能轻的塑料容器,同时确保它们在对消费者以良好状况传送产品中保持适用性。
在尝试限定“适用性”中,包装行业做了实验性的60N最大载荷力测试。如果轻型塑料容器能够承受在设定距离上以每秒4mm施加的60N最大载荷力,实验显示它将经受得住牛奶填充和分发系统并成功零售到消费者。
目前,对于牛奶容器的常规容量尺寸的每种容器(如,1品脱、2品脱、4品脱、6品脱或1升、2升等),存在重量“上限”,这意味着很难制造仍具有适用性(如,适于通过实验性的60N最大载荷力测试)的更轻的容器。
发明内容
鉴于不损害结构完整性即容器保持适用性而减小标准容量容器的重量上限,设计了本发明。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了用于存放液体(如牛奶)的塑料容器,包括:限定用于存放液体的室的主体部分;以及安装在主体部分上且从主体部分延伸的颈部分,颈部分具有用于液体通过至室/从室通过液体的开口通道,其中颈和主体部分以具有非平面轮廓的闭环相交。
在历史上,传统的轻型吹塑塑料容器的颈和主体部分之间的相交处是潜在的弱点,必须通过相对于主体部分的大部分的厚度局部地增加该区域的塑料的厚度来加强。但是,本发明人认为该弱点由于颈和主体部分以具有基本平面轮廓的闭环相交而出现。本发明人已惊奇地发现通过再次设计该相交处以提供具有非平面轮廓的闭环,针对材料加强的需求可以减小甚至完全消除。按照这种方式,塑料容器可以制造得相当轻,甚至大约轻10-15%而无需损害它的结构完整性(如,由实验性的60N最大载荷力测试所确定的)。
在优选的实施例中,容器是构造为立在平面表面上的种类,如在台车或冰箱架上。容器优选地如此构造,以致主体部分、颈部分和开口通道具有预计在存放中大致竖直的(如开口通道的边缘大致呈现水平)公共的纵向轴线。闭环优选地与主体部分、颈部分和开口通道的所述纵向轴线同心。期望这种同心来避免否则在最大载荷力测试期间可能出现的扭转力。
具有与容器的主体部分的中心纵向轴线同轴的开口通道也有益于减小在对容器填充如牛奶的液体期间的发泡效应。这种容器经常称为“中心颈”容器,并因此在结构上区别于其中颈部分的开口通道是“离心”或以一倾斜角远离竖直方向布置,如在传统的喷壶或简便油桶的情况下。
闭环可以具有圆形或至少基本圆形的底迹。替换地或附加地,闭环可以在三个相互垂直的方向弯曲。颈部分可以具有带纵向轴线的基本柱形的部分,在这种情况下闭环优选地围绕纵向轴线以恒定半径弯曲,也可以在平行于该轴线的方向弯曲。闭环可以位于双曲抛物面(其通常称为马鞍面或标准马鞍面)上。
设定具有圆形底迹(即具有恒定半径)的闭环是期望在最大载荷力测试期间提供下传到主体部分中的力的均衡。
在优选的实施例中,容器的主体部分限定肩(典型地主体部分的弯曲上部),且闭环位于颈部分和主体部分的肩之间的过渡处。更优选地,闭环优选地位于基本柱形的部分和主体部分的肩之间的过渡处。在那种情况下,基本柱形的部分可以限定主体部分和一般称为容器的“颈平台”,即在传统牛奶容器中螺纹颈的底部的区域,之间的中间成形部。
优选地,柱形的部分限定圆形的底迹,更优选地柱形的部分的侧壁与纵向轴线平行。这提供了在最大载荷力测试期间有益的进一步的结构同轴性。
颈部分可以具有用于使盖与对应螺纹接合的螺纹。颈部分可以具有台阶轮廓,颈部分的宽度在颈部分与主体部分相交处可以为最大。台阶轮廓可以包括截头圆锥表面,提供了沿颈部分的至少一部分长度在宽度上的逐渐变化。
在优选的实施例中,颈部分限定了用于接收与其螺纹接合的盖的螺纹部分,且主体部分限定了具有弯曲轮廓的上肩区域;其中颈部分限定了在所述螺纹部分下方的圆柱形的部分,圆柱形的部分的侧壁与所述的中心纵向轴线同轴且平行,圆柱形的部分与主体部分的肩区域的相交处是非平面的。螺纹部分优选地在平面相交的闭环中交接圆柱形的部分。优选地,圆柱形的部分是在螺纹部分和主体部分之间的中间成形部。

还提供了制造塑料容器的方法,包括步骤:提供构造用于生产根据本发明第一方面的容器的模具;以及在模具中吹塑塑料,即生产根据本发明第一方面的容器。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了用于存放液体(如牛奶)的塑料容器,包括带有限定孔的一体手柄的主体,孔具有沿第一方向穿过主体延伸的中心轴线,主体的底迹具有沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向延伸的纵向轴线,其中底迹具有沿它的纵向轴线变化的宽度,并在底迹的中间区域的宽度大于在其每个纵向端处的宽度。
一种公知的塑料容器具有基本矩形的底迹,在与纵向轴线对齐的假想中心线的每侧上具有两个拐角区域,所有四个拐角区域与其等距。一个例子在图11中示出。这种容器可以是吹塑构造,如通过在模具中吹塑型坯形成,该模具具有当从模具中喷出容器时沿假想中心线(如沿图11中的容器的中心纵向轴线)分离的两部分。但是,经常的情况是,当型坯被吹进图11所示种类的正方形/矩形腔(其中模具分离出现在容器的相对平行面上)时,发生型坯壁厚的过分拉伸/变薄。
本发明人已理解每个拐角区域表示作为整体在主体中的潜在弱点,克服该问题的传统方式(即通过确保拐角区域处的壁厚度不能降到最小水平之下)不助于尝试减小塑料容器的总体重量。因此,本发明人已提出具有根据本发明第二方面的新颖底迹的容器,不趋于在吹塑工艺期间局部变薄临界区域的壁厚度。结果,塑料容器的总体重量可以减小,同时保持结构的完整性和存放容量。
具体地,模具分模线“拐角对拐角”布置,如图12的例子的方式所示(其中分模线大致与图11所示的成45度布置)并且假定与分模线成90度布置的拐角不过分深,已发现在型坯上的拉伸/变薄效不像利用图11所示种类的传统模具那么极端,使壁厚度内的塑性分布更均匀。
底迹的中心纵向轴线优选地与其中要吹塑容器的模具的分模线对齐。
在优选的实施例中,底迹是非矩形的(即底迹不限定内直角)。在中间区域的底迹的内角优选地大于底迹纵向端处的内角。
一体的手柄优选地布置在容器的拐角处,更优选地具有与主体的纵向轴线延伸成一线的纵向轴线。
主体可以限定用于存放液体的室,该室延伸进一体的手柄内和/或穿过一体的手柄。底迹可以是至少局部方块形状(即大致限定菱形),至少局部方块形状的底迹可以在每个纵向端处截短。任一拐角区域可以是倒圆的,而不是尖锐的,不脱离方块形状的底迹。底迹因此可以是基本六边的,在底迹的相对纵向端处具有一对平行边。平行边优选地比其它四个边(其优选地具有相同长度)短。该六边构造区别于现有技术中公知的四边或正方形底迹,以及由具有弯曲或截掉的拐角区域的大致正方形主体限定的公知的类八边形底迹,拐角区域本身限定直径相对的边/表面。新颖的六边形底迹允许多个相同容器的紧密包装,很少或没有其间的浪费空间。
底迹的宽度在中间区域最大,其可以比它的最大长度的任一纵向端的宽度大至少25%,甚至可能至少50%。更进一步地,中间区域的底迹的宽度可以小于最大长度的每端处的宽度的10倍,可能小于约5倍。
底迹可以包括例如由主体中的槽产生的外周台阶。槽可以在垂直于中心纵向轴线的方向延伸,并形成在底迹的中间区域和一个纵向端之间。台阶可以邻近底迹的最宽部。这种台阶用于相对于外部基准面在预定定向排列容器,例如当相同种类和构造的多个容器沿着生产线连续地输送时。
应该理解,第一方面的容器可以包括第二方面的容器的一个或更多特征,反之亦然。例如,第一方面的容器可以包括一体的手柄,并可以限定方块形状的底迹,优选地手柄布置在主体部分的拐角处,更优选地与主体的纵向轴线成一线并沿拐角对拐角延伸的模具分模线。通过另一例子的方式,第二方面的容器可以包括第一方面的非平面的颈相交部。

具体实施方式
图1示出了体现本发明一方面的轻型吹塑塑料容器10。容器10包括主体部分12和颈部分14。主体部分12限定用于存放液体(如牛奶)的室16。颈部分14安装在主体部分12上且从主体部分12延伸,并具有连通室16和通过其将容器10充满并排空液体的开口通道18。如在现有技术中常见的,通道18可以被气密封件覆盖。
颈部分14以具有非平面轮廓的闭环20与主体部分12相交。闭环20位于在颈部分14的底部的基本柱形的壁22和主体部分12的上部或肩24之间的过渡处。
闭环20的非平面轮廓参照示出标准马鞍面30的图4最好地示出。闭环20位于距离中心轴线XX固定距离的这样一个表面上。闭环20具有一对极大值32和一对极小值34,从图2和3中可看出这些围绕柱形壁22的外周等距设置。
在示出的实施例中,闭环20具有由柱形壁22定界的基本圆形的底迹(footprint)。
颈部分14可以具有带用于以对应螺纹接合盖(未示出)的螺纹42的基本柱形的上部40。柱形的上部40和在颈部分14的底部的柱形壁22由截头圆锥区44分离,如此布置以致颈部分在它的底部处比它的自由端宽。柱形的上部40、柱形壁22和截头圆锥区44都以公共纵向轴线为中心。依据闭环20在平行于公共纵向轴线方向上的曲率,柱形壁22的高度(在平行于公共纵向轴线的方向)围绕颈部分14的外周在圆周方向上变化。柱形壁22的下端限定与主体部分12的肩区域的非平面相交部。
应该注意,容器10是构造为立在平面表面上如台车或冰箱架上的种类的。更具体地,主体部分12、颈部分14和开口通道18具有公共(中心)纵向轴线,其预计在容器存放期间大致是竖直的(即开口通道18的边缘大致呈现水平)。闭环20与主体部分12、颈部分14和开口通道18的所述公共纵向轴线同轴。主体部分12、颈部分14、开口通道18和闭环20的同心期望来避免在最大载荷力测试期间可能出现的扭转力。
由于开口通道与容器的主体部分的中心纵向轴线同心,容器也可以称为“中心颈”容器。这种构造尤其有益于在容器填充如牛奶的液体期间减小发泡效应。
容器10通过使用恰当形状的模具吹塑来制造。合适模具的例子在图5中示出,其中模具50包括颈模52、主体模54和底部模56。主体模54和底部模56限定其中形成容器10的主体部分12的连续腔58。颈模52限定其中形成容器10的螺纹颈部分14的腔60。
如现有技术中常见的,颈模52设有设计来限定颈部分14的期望形状和螺纹成形的颈插入件62。不同内部构造的颈插入件在颈模52内是可互换的。类似地,颈模52可以与不同的主体模54互换。
应该理解,主体部分12和颈部分14是容器10的不同部分,它们传统地由模具50的不同件分别限定,不同件即为由模具50的分模线64(在颈模52和主体模54之间的过渡处)分离的主体模54和颈模52。但是,在本发明的优选实施例中,闭环20在分模线之下。更具体地,颈部分14的柱形的部分22在主体模54内形成在分模线64之下。因而,闭环20邻近一般称为容器的“颈平台”(传统地公知为颈部分的与主体部分的肩交接的那一部分)但在之下。但是,在这种情况下,柱形的部分有效地是颈平台和主体部分的肩之间的中间成形部。在每种情况下,如果闭环和相连的中间成形部形成在主体模54中它将是优选的,以便不同的螺纹部分能够利用不同的颈模52吹塑。
结果是加强的容器,其克服了传统的为了克服结构弱点增加颈和主体部分之间的壁厚的要求。
图6a-6c分别示出了体现本发明的第二方面的第一塑料容器110的立体图、俯视图和主视图,图9a和9b分别示出了体现本发明的第二方面的第二塑料容器210的俯视图和主视图。第一和第二塑料容器110、210具有不同的容量,第一容器110具有1品脱容量,第二容器210具有6品脱容量。除此以外,第一和第二容器110、210具有许多共同特征,包括带颈部分124、224的主体120、220,颈部分124、224以非平面轮廓的闭环126、226与主体的剩余部分相交。
第一容器110的主体120具有限定孔132(通常称为手柄“眼”)的一体式手柄130,孔132的中心轴线AA沿第一方向延伸穿过主体120。中心轴线AA平行于模具的两部分134、136的分离方向—在图6b中示意地示出—在其中形成第一容器110。
主体120投射到底迹140,在当前情况下为在俯视图中可见的最外周。底迹140具有沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向延伸的纵向轴线BB。底迹140具有沿它的纵向轴线BB变化的宽度,在底迹140的中间区域142中的宽度大于在其每个纵向端144处的宽度。实际上,最大宽度(Wmax)在中间区域142中,最小宽度(Wmin)在每个纵向端144处。Wmax:Wmin的比率是大约5:1。底迹140具有基本截头菱形的形状,纵向端144代替沿纵向轴线BB的一对拐角。纵向端144表示容器110的相反的平行侧,中心轴线AA与其平行。内角是非直角,即在中间区域处相对的内角大于90度。底迹140大致是六边形的,不同于现有技术中公知的四边形或正方形底迹,以及由具有弯曲或截掉的拐角区域的大致正方形主体限定的公知的类八边形底迹,拐角区域本身限定直径相对的边/表面。
容器110的底迹140包括外周的台阶150,其由主体120中的竖直槽或肋152形成。肋152有助于相对于诸如传送机160的外部基准面以预定定向排列多个容器110,如图7所示。按照这种方式容器110可以布置成紧密包装的阵列,例如当如图8所示充满标准的台车架170时。
图9a和9b示出了具有一体式手柄230的第二容器210的主体220,手柄限定中心轴线A’A’沿第一方向延伸穿过主体220的孔232。主体220具有在图9a中可见的底迹240。底迹240具有沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向延伸的纵向轴线B’B’。底迹240具有沿它的长度变化的宽度,在中间区域242最大(Wmax),在每个纵向端244最小(Wmin)。Wmax:Wmin的比率是大约3:1。底迹240具有基本截头菱形的形状;纵向端244沿纵向轴线B’B’取代两个拐角,并对否则是四边形的形状增加额外的两边。底迹240包括由竖直肋252形成的略微的外周台阶250,这在容器210的情况下用于式样而不是对齐的目的。如图10所示,多个容器210布置成紧密包装的阵列,相邻的行偏离容器的一半长度,以适合标准台车架270的宽度。
参照图6到10说明的容器优选地由吹塑形成。优选地,模具如此构造,以致手柄的纵向轴线和主体的纵向轴线沿模具的中心分模线彼此成一直线(以致手柄布置在主体的一拐角处)。换句话说,模具如此构造,以致模具分模线相对于主体拐角对拐角布置,主体的中间区域沿模具的打开方向(垂直于分模线)延伸。
如图1到3的实施例,容器110、210包括中心颈开口通道,其用于减小在容器填充如牛奶的液体期间的发泡效应。颈和通道以与图1到3的实施例相同的同心考虑(相对于主体的中心竖直轴线)布置,以便减小在测试期间不利的最大载荷力。
一种公知的塑料容器具有基本矩形的底迹,在与纵向轴线对齐的假想中心线的每侧上具有两个拐角区域,所有四个拐角区域与其等距。一个这种公知的底迹的例子在图11中以300示出。这种容器可以是吹塑构造,如通过在模具中吹塑型坯310形成,该模具具有当从模具中喷出容器时沿假想中心线340(如沿图11的容器底迹的中心纵向轴线)分离的两部分320、330。
图12示出了改进的模具400,其中模具件420、430的分模线440大致以上述种类的非矩形的菱形形状的底迹的“拐角对拐角”布置(即与图11所示的成45度有效地布置)。假定与分模线400以90度布置的拐角460不过分深,已发现在型坯410上的拉伸/变薄效果不像利用图11所示的种类的传统模具那么极端,使壁厚度内的塑性分布更均匀。
由此可见,图12中的底迹的中心纵向轴线与模具400的分模线440一致。优选地,容器的手柄眼(图12中不可见)也与分模线440对齐,图6c和9b中示出的容器也是这种情况。
由模具400限定的底迹大致是菱形形状的,六边中两个大致相对的纵向端表面470由四个斜边表面480分离。底迹是非矩形的,在中间区域的底迹的内角大于底迹纵向端处的内角。因此,底迹的宽度在中间区域最大,在每个纵向端处最小。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于存放液体(如牛奶)的塑料容器,所述容器具有主体,所述主体包括限定手柄眼的一体式手柄并且限定用于存放液体的室,所述主体具有底迹,所述底迹具有沿第一方向延伸的横向轴线以及沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸的纵向轴线,其中所述底迹具有两个大致相对的纵向端表面以及布置在所述纵向端表面之间的斜边表面,并且所述底迹具有沿其纵向轴线变化的宽度,所述宽度在所述底迹的中间区域最大并且在所述底迹的任一纵向端处最小,所述底迹在中间区域的宽度小于所述底迹在纵向端表面之间的长度,并且所述一体式手柄具有与所述主体的底迹的纵向轴线一致地延伸的纵向轴线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述底迹的中间区域限定所述底迹的位于纵向轴线任一侧上的相对的横向端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器,其中所述底迹是大致六边形。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的容器,包括从主体延伸的颈,所述颈具有穿过其的用于使液体经过至室/自室经过液体的开口通道,其中所述颈和所述主体以具有非平面轮廓的闭环相交。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的容器,包括从主体延伸的颈,颈具有穿过其的用于使液体经过至室/自室经过液体的开口通道;其中开口通道与主体的中心竖直轴线同心。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的容器,其中容器是吹塑构造,具有与所述底迹的纵向轴线相对应的分模线。
7.一种生产塑料容器的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:提供模具,所述模具限定构造成生产具有主体的容器的腔,所述主体包括限定手柄眼的一体式手柄并且限定用于存放液体的室,所述主体具有底迹,所述底迹具有沿第一方向延伸的横向轴线以及沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸的纵向轴线,所述底迹具有两个大致相对的纵向端表面以及布置在所述纵向端表面之间的斜边表面,其中所述底迹具有沿其纵向轴线变化的宽度,所述宽度在所述底迹的中间区域最大并且在所述底迹的任一纵向端处最小,所述底迹在中间区域的宽度小于所述底迹在纵向端表面之间的长度,并且所述一体式手柄具有与所述主体的底迹的纵向轴线一致地延伸的纵向轴线,所述方法还包括在所述腔中吹塑塑料的步骤。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述模具具有分模线,并且所述腔构造成使得底迹的纵向轴线与所述模具的分模线一致。
9.一种存放牛奶的方法,包括下列步骤:提供具有存放表面的架或台车,以及以紧密包装的阵列方式将多个根据权利要求1-6中任一项的容器布置在所述存放表面上。
10.一种用于生产轻型塑料容器的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:在模具中吹塑塑料,所述模具具有腔,所述腔构造成生产根据权利要求1-6中任一项的容器,其中所述模具具有分模线,并且所述腔构造成使得底迹的纵向轴线与所述模具的分模线一致。
11.一种模具,构造成用于生产根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的塑料容器,或者构造成用于在根据权利要求7-10中任一项所述的方法中使用。
