Abstract

本发明公开了一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料及其制备方法。该材料由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚丙烯80-90重量份、石墨烯微片10-13重量份、二氧化钛2-3重量份、聚乙炔3-5重量份、偶联剂0.01-1重量份和抗氧剂2-5重量份。该材料是将上述原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出、造粒。制得的材料不仅具有高导电性、高力学性能、填充量少、且制备方法连续、简单、适合规模化生产。

一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
石墨稀坚硬度高,在室温下具有良好的导电性能,且结构十分稳定,即使在较大的作用力下,碳原子不必重新排列来适应外力,从而保持了结构稳定。仍能保持着良好的导电性能。但是由于石墨烯与塑料体系的基材容易出现相容性、石墨烯难于分散等问题,已经有很多研究者制备了石墨烯填充的复合材料,很多学者都采用溶液聚合法和原位聚合法来制备石墨烯填充的复合材料,这些方法操作复杂,成本昂贵,因而只能应用于一些小规模的制备。
聚丙烯材料是一种常用的工程塑料,由于其具有着良好的耐候性和力学性能,因而被用于汽车、家居、建筑、电气等各领域。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明的目的是提供了一种具有高导电性、高力学性能、填充量少、且制备方法连续、简单、适合规模化生产。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
所述石墨烯微片的厚度为1-5nm。
所述二氧化钛的直径为20nm。
所述偶联剂为NDZ-101,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯80-90重量份、石墨烯微片10-13重量份、二氧化钛2-3重量份、聚乙炔3-5重量份、偶联剂0.01-1重量份和抗氧剂2-5重量份,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合温度为70-90℃,混合时间为10min,然后置于真空烘箱中100-110℃下烘10-16h;
(2)将混合好的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,物料在螺杆的剪切、混炼和输送下充分的熔合,最后经过模头挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比为60:1,挤出机各区段的温度为180-250℃,挤出机转速为20-30rpm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用与现有碳系填充复合材料相比,本发明的复合材料能在石墨烯微片填充量少的条件下,使材料具有优异的导电性能,这是由于我们在材料的配方中通过加入二氧化钛和聚乙炔促进了电子的运动,提高了材料的导电性。同时我们加入了偶联剂和抗氧剂提高了材料的相容性问题。本发明采用熔融共混法来制备石墨烯填充聚丙烯复合材料,具有生产连续、操作简单、可规模化生产的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)聚丙烯80kg、厚度为1nm的石墨烯微片10kg、直径为20nm的二氧化钛2kg、聚乙炔5kg、偶联剂NDZ-1011kg和抗氧剂10102kg,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合温度为70℃,混合时间为10min,然后置于真空烘箱中100℃下烘16h;
(2)将混合好的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,物料在螺杆的剪切、混炼和输送下充分的熔合,最后经过模头挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比为60:1,挤出机转速为20rpm,
所述螺杆各区的温度为:第一区180℃,第二区200℃,第三区230℃,第四区240℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)聚丙烯90kg、厚度为2nm的石墨烯微片13kg、直径为20nm的二氧化钛3kg、聚乙炔3kg、偶联剂NDZ-1010.5kg和抗氧剂10105kg,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合温度为90℃,混合时间为10min,然后置于真空烘箱中110℃下烘10h;
(2)将混合好的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,物料在螺杆的剪切、混炼和输送下充分的熔合,最后经过模头挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比为60:1,挤出机转速为30rpm,
所述螺杆各区的温度为:第一区190℃,第二区220℃,第三区240℃,第四区250℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)聚丙烯80kg、厚度为5nm的石墨烯微片10kg、直径为20nm的二氧化钛2kg、聚乙炔5kg、偶联剂NDZ-1010.01kg和抗氧剂10102kg,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合温度为80℃,混合时间为10min,然后置于真空烘箱中100℃下烘16h;
(2)将混合好的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,物料在螺杆的剪切、混炼和输送下充分的熔合,最后经过模头挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比为60:1,挤出机转速为30rpm,
所述螺杆各区的温度为:第一区190℃,第二区220℃,第三区240℃,第四区250℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚丙烯:80-90份,石墨烯微片:10-13份,
二氧化钛:2-3份,聚乙炔:3-5份,
偶联剂:0.01-1份,抗氧剂:2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述石墨烯微片的厚度为1-5nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛的直径为20nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为NDZ-101,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
5.一种石墨烯填充聚丙烯材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯80-90重量份、石墨烯微片10-13重量份、二氧化钛2-3重量份、聚乙炔3-5重量份、偶联剂0.01-1重量份和抗氧剂2-5重量份,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合温度为70-90℃,混合时间为10min,然后置于真空烘箱中100-110℃下烘10-16h;
(2)将混合好的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,物料在螺杆的剪切、混炼和输送下充分的熔合,最后经过模头挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比为60:1,挤出机各区段的温度为180-250℃,挤出机转速为20-30rpm。
