现有的船舶定位桩升降机构由于结构等原因,工作性能不理想,需要进一步加以改进。

本发明的目的在于提供一种操作方便,工作性能好的船舶定位桩升降机构。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种船舶定位桩升降机构,其特征是:每船定位桩系统四套;定位桩直径1200mm重20T;四套定位桩的升降单独动作;定西半球桩下桩后船体浮于水面,随潮差自由升降;采用两套电机泵组并联为定位桩升降供油,单套使用速度减半,两套互为应急;由于四套升降为单动,为简化系统,采用四套串联,机旁手柄阀直接操控定位桩升降油缸的伸缩,采用两台7.5KW-25ml/r的恒功率变量电机泵组。
