Abstract

一种电路板模组,包括一电路板及一装设于电路板的连接器接口单元,电路板的一侧缘开设一缺口,连接器接口单元包括一用于与外部连接器插接的插接部及一位于插接部一侧的连接部,连接部置于电路板上并与电路板电性连接,插接部卡置于电路板的缺口内。本发明还提供了一种含有该电路板模组的电子装置。相较现有技术,本发明电子装置及其电路板模组在电路板上开设缺口以装设连接器接口单元,使连接器接口单元更接近于机箱的底板,进而有利于电路板上方的空间利用。

电子装置及其电路板模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置及其电路板模组。
背景技术
随着对服务器小空间、高性能的追求,势必压缩服务器机箱内部零件空间。目前市场常见的服务器电路板模组的连接器(如USB连接器、RJ45连接器等),是直插在电路板上,不利于节省机箱内部空间。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种利于节省机箱内部空间的电子装置及其电路板模组。
一种电路板模组,包括一电路板及一装设于电路板的连接器接口单元,电路板的一侧缘开设一缺口,连接器接口单元包括一用于与外部连接器插接的插接部及一位于插接部一侧的连接部,连接部置于电路板上并与电路板电性连接,插接部卡置于电路板的缺口内。
一种电子装置,其包括一机箱,机箱包括一底板,底板上设置有如上所述的电路板模组。
相较现有技术,本发明电子装置及其电路板模组在电路板上开设缺口以装设连接器接口单元,使连接器接口单元更接近于机箱的底板,进而有利于电路板上方的空间利用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明电子装置1包括一机箱10及一置于机箱10内的电路板模组20。机箱10包括一底板11及围设于底板11四周的四侧板13。
请参阅图2及图3,电路板模组20包括一电路板21及若干装设于电路板21的连接器接口单元23,连接器接口单元23是USB连接器接口或者RJ45连接器接口等。电路板21包括一朝向底板11的第一侧面211及一背向底板11的第二侧面212。电路板21的一侧缘开设一方形缺口213,缺口213包括一底壁2131及两平行的侧壁2132。电路板21于邻近缺口213的底壁2131处开设两固定孔214。
连接器接口单元23包括一插接部231及一位于插接部231后侧的连接部233。连接部233的宽度与插接部231一致,连接部233的厚度小于插接部231,进而使连接部233与插接部231呈台阶状。插接部231包括顶部2311、底部2312及两平行的侧部2313。顶部2311、底部2312及两平行的侧部2313围成一收容连接器的收容部2315。连接部233包括顶部2331、底部2332及两平行的侧部2333。顶部2311与顶部2331共面。插接部231的两侧部2313分别与连接部233的两侧部2333共面。连接部233的底部2332凸设两固定柱2335。连接部233的远离插接部231的一侧设有若干与收容部2315电性连接的针脚2337。
请一并参阅图4,组装时,将连接器接口单元23的插接部231置于缺口213内,并使连接部233的底部2332贴附于电路板21的第二侧面212。两固定柱2335分别插设于两固定孔214内。连接部233的针脚2337通过锡焊的方式与电路板21电性连接。插接部231的两侧部2313分别抵接于缺口213的两侧壁2132。收容部2315朝向其中一侧板13。
在本实施方式中,连接部233的底部2332与插接部231的底部2312的高度差约为电路板21的厚度,因此,连接部233的底部2332与电路板21的第一侧面211大致平齐。
本发明的电路板模组20在电路板21上开设缺口以装设连接器接口单元23,使连接器接口单元23更接近于底板11,进而有利于电路板21上方的空间利用。

Claims (9)

1.一种电路板模组,包括一电路板及一装设于电路板的连接器接口单元,电路板的一侧缘开设一缺口,连接器接口单元包括一用于与外部连接器插接的插接部及一位于插接部一侧的连接部,连接部置于电路板上并与电路板电性连接,插接部卡置于电路板的缺口内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:连接器接口单元是USB连接器接口或者RJ45连接器接口。
3.如权利要求1所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:缺口包括一底壁及两平行的侧壁,电路板于邻近缺口的底壁处开设两固定孔,连接部凸设两固定柱插设于电路板的两固定孔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:插接部包括顶部、底部及两平行的侧部,插接部的顶部、底部及两平行的侧部围成一用于收容外部连接器的收容部,插接部的两侧部抵接于缺口的两侧壁。
5.如权利要求4所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:电路板包括相对的一第一侧面及一第二侧面,连接部置于第一侧面上,插接部的底部与第二侧面平齐。
6.如权利要求4所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:连接部包括顶部、底部及两平行的侧部,连接部的顶部与插接部的顶部共面,插接部的两侧部分别与连接部的两侧部共面,连接部的两固定柱凸设于连接部的底部。
7.如权利要求4所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:连接部的远离插接部的一侧设有若干与收容部电性连接的针脚。
8.如权利要求6所述的电路板模组,其特征在于:连接部的底部与插接部的底部的高度差为电路板的厚度。
9.一种电子装置,其包括一机箱,机箱包括一底板,底板上设置有如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的电路板模组。
